Pros
Compared with older versions, this software feels faster and more basic and the updated interface looks much more modern. The new Developer Workspace is a nice addition and the overall experience is simple for both marketers and designers who are creating and promoting their products.
Cons
The downside is the subscription pricing. Over time, it ends up costing more than buying a perpetual license outright.

Pros
This software is very thorough and gives users a great way to connect, share and review content together. Everyone on the team can clearly see which sections have been assigned to each person, along with the overall progress during a project.
Cons
There is somewhat of a learning curve with this platform. It can take a little while for a team to adjust to the workflow and get comfortable with how everything is organized.

Pros
This tool now comes with everything that used to be part of its Insight so to me the feature set feels much more complete in one place.
Cons
It is an excellent platform for users who already know their way around it but the learning curve is definitely not light. In bigger organizations, it also truncates report results which can be a real limitation. For example, if you pull a report with 950,000 results, everything after 750,000 gets grouped into a single result.

“Easy to manage”
Pros
Having one place to go for everything we need has been a big plus. Since we manage multiple licenses as an enterprise, working with the IT team has also been a very pleasant experience.
Cons
I'd still like to see more integration across programs or better training if those options already exist.
