“Helpful interface”
Pros
Getting to the apps and tools is very easy. The built-in help screens along the way are really useful when you're trying to decide which option to use. The way the apps and menus are laid out feels very user-friendly. It can seem like there are more tools than I need but I'm sure other users probably make use of more of them.
Cons
Other than the subscription setup, I really don't have any complaints. It would be nice to have the option to buy the product outright and then just pay for upgrades when needed.

“Worth the price”
Pros
People usually say this as a criticism but here it really feels justified: the platform is absolutely worth the cost. It's one of the most comprehensive options available and lets you target very specific niche markets with impressive precision.
Cons
Like most IT products, the price can still be a barrier for some companies. It also tends to lag on older or less powerful machines.

“Didn't meet expectations”
Pros
Even after using the platform for 8 months and with 5 years of marketing automation experience across other tools like Marketo, I still can't point to any real advantages.
Cons
There are honestly too many issues to list. The platform feels like it was made for developers rather than marketers. To really get good at it, you need to know JavaScript, HTML, SQL and other technical marketing skills. With other tools, you mostly just invest time learning the system itself but here you can spend hours learning it and still not become proficient unless you already have scripting experience. There's basically nothing ready to use out of the box--no WYSIWYG editor for emails or landing pages, no lead scoring and both web tagging and CRM sync are a mess. On top of that, support is practically nonexistent.

“Reliable marketing tools”
Pros
We've been using this product for a long time and together with other tools it helps us target and optimize advertising, manage multichannel campaigns and work with both mobile and web applications. The results have been very satisfying for us. At the same time, it's a useful tool to have in daily work.
Cons
There's no Russian language support and the interface is fairly complicated. Learning how the program works from scratch is not very simple.

“Best for experienced users”
Pros
Great tool and the outcome depends entirely on how well you know how to use it. My many years of IT experience help me get great results with it. I definitely wouldn't suggest this program to someone new because it almost certainly won't work well for a beginner.
Cons
One clear downside is that you need to know English to use it properly in full-time work. The interface also isn't very user-friendly and getting real value from the program requires a high level of professionalism.

“Not beginner friendly”
Pros
This software is clearly geared more toward professionals at the start so I really wouldn't recommend it to a beginner. That said, anyone could figure it out if they really wanted to. The real question is whether putting in that effort is worth it and that's not something with a simple yes-or-no answer. Personally, I enjoy using the program quite a bit.
Cons
To use this software properly, you need to understand the specific terminology and have a great sense of the goals and functions involved with this kind of tool. It's also absolutely essential to grasp how the underlying mechanisms work while using the program.

“better email tracking”
Pros
Recently introduced user interface is a clear improvement over the previous one which really wasn't very appealing for marketers. The email delivery and tracking features are especially useful because they give us a great sense of how many of our emails actually make it into customers' inboxes.
Cons
Whenever a bug comes up while using this software, getting help from customer support is frustratingly difficult. It often takes them hours to reply to emails and days to fully fix the issue.

“Simple e-signatures”
Pros
Sending documents was really easy and the platform itself was simple to use. I genuinely loved the software and the entire e-signature concept behind it.
Cons
Pricing ended up being too high for our company. Since we have a development team, we also needed API access and they wanted more for that than it was worth so we moved to DocuSign after negotiating a better deal at the time.

“Complete marketing toolkit”
Pros
Compared with other products I've used, this tool stands out as the most complete set of integrated digital marketing tools. It lets me tailor marketing content based on the target audience which makes campaigns feel much more personalized.
Cons
It definitely isn't inexpensive. That said, considering all the features and how well it helps deliver the best customer experiences across every channel, I think it's worth the cost.

“Great for marketing teams”
Pros
This is a really impressive product with a wide range of features that a marketing team would actually be looking for. It can make a real difference in performance and help strengthen the overall effectiveness of your marketing department.
Cons
If you're after a more basic marketing suite, there are definitely other options available. In that case, it may make more sense to choose something that only gives you the specific tools you need.

Pros
This product has been fantastic and gives me everything I need to market my business online successfully. I'd definitely recommend it.

“Easy collaboration”
Pros
Having centralized team collaboration in one place makes this a great product and it really helps users stay coordinated. It also suits individual users like me very well.

“Packed with features”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with this program which is what I enjoy most about it. It works well for both professional tasks and personal projects and it comes with a wide range of features that cover all kinds of needs. It's also fairly simple to navigate overall and if I ever get stuck, there are plenty of resources available that make it easy to look up what I need.
Cons
At the same time, it can feel pretty complicated and even basic tasks are sometimes hard to figure out unless I search for instructions first.

“Professional content tools”
Pros
Content creation and editing tools are among the best for giving a business a polished, professional look. The pricing feels fair and the monthly subscription means you always have access to the latest versions. It works really well for building a brand across different platforms, whether social or corporate and the integration with other systems is a big plus.
Cons
A subscription has to be kept active to continue using the platform which can be a downside. It also needs fairly powerful and expensive hardware to run the apps properly.

“Creative teamwork made easy”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is how it lets you work with photos, videos and other content while keeping a consistent look across all of your marketing efforts. The collaboration side is especially important for projects like these and we were able to share and edit content across our team without any trouble.
Cons
Compared with other tools I've used before, this one feels quite different so getting everyone onboard took more time than we expected. The pricing can also build up quickly especially if you don't already have other related IT programs. That said, if your business plans to use it often, I'd still consider it a worthwhile investment.

“Easy to work with”
Pros
This tool is excellent. The layouts are well done and everything is easy to access. Customer service has also been very helpful and the pricing is good when it's bundled with other IT products.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. It also gets expensive if you're not using it alongside other IT products and it isn't as easy to use across every platform.

“Needs better performance”
Pros
Getting around the platform is easy and it helps speed up management tasks. The user interface is simple so it's quick to locate whatever I need around the site.
Cons
One issue is that the locally installed software can sometimes use a lot of CPU which ends up slowing down the rest of the programs running on my computer.

“Personalized email marketing”
Pros
Managing every part of email marketing feels much more easy with this platform. It handles data really well and I especially enjoy the ability to create more personalized designs. My customers no longer seem to dread getting emails from me which says a lot. Being able to use consumer likes and dislikes makes it fast to send customized messages and the whole system feels very well thought out.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but the customer support team is available and helpful when you need guidance. Even though it seemed somewhat challenging at first, I'm pretty savvy with both new and older software for my business and I was able to learn this one fairly quickly.

“Keeps content consistent”
Pros
Using this tool has helped us keep our marketing content consistently on-brand across multiple channels. It has significantly improved our workflows and enabled our teams to deliver exceptional content on time and even beyond expectations.
Cons
Getting started took a while and the onboarding process felt slow at first. A few of our designers also preferred staying entirely within Creative Cloud in the beginning. Still, after working through those early challenges, we've been very happy with the outcome.
