friendly, efficient, effective, and accessible customer service when I have a question - ease of use/user-friendly - saves histories.
Cons
wish had some international distribution benchmarks; all info seems to be US-centric.

Emma has made our work life very simple
Pros
Emma allows a high level of customization which is my favorite part. The learning curve is small. The software is very smart.
Cons
Sometimes two tasks get mixed up because of the software features.

Pros
The WYSIWYG is pretty reliable and intuitive. The list management is easy to use and sending an email to multiple audiences is so clear that there is no possible confusion to send to the wrong groups.
Cons
The Word clipboard feature doesnt always work. The template building is a little annoying.

Cons
Copy and pasting in blocks is annoying because it requires extra steps than usual.

The first best thing about Emma is that it makes newsletters very simple. The analytics it provides are sp useful. Having a built-in a/b test is particularly helpful in comparing different messages.
