The WYSIWYG is pretty reliable and intuitive. The list management is easy to use and sending an email to multiple audiences is so clear that there is no possible confusion to send to the wrong groups.

The Word clipboard feature doesnt always work. The template building is a little annoying.

The first best thing about Emma is that it makes newsletters very simple. The analytics it provides are sp useful. Having a built-in a/b test is particularly helpful in comparing different messages.
