“Customized campaigns and useful analytics”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is pretty easy for the most part. Setting up campaigns, building segmented lists and checking the analytics for each email sent all feel simple enough to manage. The free version is also a nice option for anyone who is not ready to invest in email marketing yet. Once you move up to a paid plan, the difference is noticeable right away because the added functionality gives you a lot more to work with.
Cons
One area I still struggle with is creating automated campaigns tied to segments. I also wish there were more video-based tutorials that could walk users through different scenarios step by step. That said there are plenty of helpful third-party resources available and those have been useful whenever I run into problems.

“flexible email builder for every skill level”
Pros
This platform works really well for email marketers who are just getting started and it still gives experienced developers plenty of freedom to customize things however they want. Whether you're more technical or not, it helps take the parts of email creation you can't stand off your plate so you can spend more time focusing on the message that will resonate most with your subscribers. On top of that, the emails end up looking really polished.
Cons
Preview and email testing limits are still pretty frustrating. If an email goes through a lot of testing or review, I often end up having to rebuild it from scratch as a brand new email.

“custom email blasts that deliver”
Pros
Putting together customized emails and sending them out to specific email lists is very easy with this software. It makes targeted email campaigns simple to manage and use.
Cons
Only problem we ran into was that our emails got held up because we didn't realize there was a monthly sending limit. Once we upgraded our plan, everything worked fine and we haven't had any issues since.

“reliable for daily campaigns”
Pros
It's a really great tool that I rely on every day, mainly for marketing campaign emails. The help documentation is thorough enough that I've never even needed to contact support.
Cons
I've used it for a long time and there's honestly very little to complain about. The only thing I've noticed is that there haven't been many exciting new features recently though it still covers everything I need right now.

“simple setup but weak deliverability”
Pros
This software works well for someone who is new to email marketing or running a small business. The feature set is fairly basic which actually makes it a great fit for users who only need the essentials from an email platform. Its biggest advantage is how simple it is to use.
Cons
Biggest downsides are pretty clear. First, it doesn't offer enough advanced functionality especially when it comes to building a proper follow-up sequence. Second and more seriously, deliverability is a major problem. A lot of my emails either never reached the recipient or landed in promotions or spam folders instead. It seems like their IP addresses are not being managed well and email providers are flagging them. For a service like this, that's a major issue.

“campaign tracking that delivers”
Pros
Being able to update campaigns while still keeping older ones on hand has been really valuable. The click rates and tracking also make it much clearer to see what matters most to our readers.
Cons
The part that still frustrates me is the font glitches and design limitations. There are times when I want the layout to look a certain way but fixing it usually takes more coding knowledge than I have.

“simple tools for email campaigns”
Pros
Pretty much the whole platform feels easy to use, from the navigation to the email builder and campaign management. You really don't need to be a seasoned marketer to get comfortable with it.
Cons
With a product this established, I expected the basic editing features to work better. The email editor still has annoying problems with things like bold text and colors, where formatting looks right while editing but then doesn't appear correctly in the preview. That gets frustrating fast.

“attractive newsletters and reusable templates”
Pros
Creating newsletters with this has been a really pleasant process. It helped me put together gorgeous-looking emails and being able to save templates made the whole workflow much more convenient and quick.
Cons
Downside is that its automation and tagging features felt behind other email platforms which matters a lot from a marketing perspective. On top of that, at the time I used it, you had to manage multiple lists in one account so a single subscriber could be counted twice if they were on two different lists. That ended up inflating the pricing.

“powerful contact tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with our contacts and growing our follower base has been really manageable with this tool. The biggest advantage for us is the integration options especially being able to build forms and landing pages that connect directly to our website. It's also really useful to jump into the contact list and quickly see who is most engaged, who opens or ignores emails and even the reasons people unsubscribe. That kind of visibility has helped us do a much better job managing donors and staying aligned with what they want.
Cons
The email design side could definitely be better. It doesn't offer a lot of customization so creating fundraising emails has been a bit frustrating at times.

“helpful guidance for email campaigns”
Pros
From the start, the platform walks you through each step so it's very easy to use. It helps you build really effective email marketing for your business and I also appreciate being able to see who opened the emails and who didn't.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any negative issues with this program.

“simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with it is quick and using it day to day feels very easy. Designing emails for subscribers isn't difficult at all and if you'd rather not build one from scratch, there are plenty of templates available to choose from. Out of all the email marketing platforms I've tried, this one has the most simple interface.
Cons
One limitation for beginners is that the free version only gives you one audience for email setup. If you need more than a single email list, you'll have to move to a paid plan and that can become expensive if you want to manage more than three audiences.

“Capable integrations for marketers”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how many applications it connects with. There are plenty of ways to combine it with other tools, including Contact Form 7, Master Popups, OptinMonster, Zapier and various apps and plugins used with WordPress or Magento.
Cons
It's not a particularly simple platform even though it's good to see that it keeps evolving. Because of that, beginners probably won't find it the ideal place to start learning email marketing.

“perfect fit for small business”
Pros
This has been a really great fit for my small business. It keeps me connected with customers for important updates, marketing campaigns, promotions and more. I also enjoy checking my campaigns every day to see how they performed. The retargeting ads have been especially useful for us. On top of that, the platform is very simple to understand and use and setting up campaigns feels convenient.
Cons
One frustrating downside is that the basic plan does not include customer support. When I need help with my campaigns, there is no way to talk to a real person which can be very disappointing. They really need to improve customer support access for all users.

“fantastic for growing newsletters”
Pros
It's a really great option when you're just getting started with building an audience list. The platform is very simple to use, free for under 2,000 contacts and includes the key features you need. There's also a good amount of customization available through the easy drag-and-drop email editor.
Cons
As the list gets bigger, managing contacts and creating segments becomes harder. If you're trying to keep everything in one mailing list with separate segments coming from different signup forms, the functionality can feel a little limited at times. The automation area is also very user-friendly and quite capable but still somewhat basic in terms of what it can do. Setting up more advanced workflows can be challenging although newer additions like "customer journey" make it look like improvements are ongoing.

“reliable audience management and archives”
Pros
Putting together polished, professional communications is much more manageable with this tool and it helps us keep messaging consistent across a large audience. We do have a commercial database that we occasionally use for email outreach but this platform does a better job of organizing different audience segments and handling multiple levels of communication. The built-in archive is also something we really value since it lets us quickly look back at exactly what was sent, when it went out and who received it.
Cons
The formatting can get a bit finicky especially when text and graphics need to work together in the same message. On top of that some emails still land in spam folders so they sometimes have to be manually retrieved.

“fast setup and flexible templates”
Pros
Getting contacts imported through CSV is easy and it doesn't take long to build a list from the ground up. There are also plenty of templates available, with a lot of room for customization depending on what you need.
Cons
Costs can add up once you start scaling. The web forms aren't very customizable and setting up integrations takes some technical know-how.

“efficient survey flow”
Pros
It works as an e-commerce and marketing company that also brings social media and surveys together. Most of my experience has been on the survey side, where I've shared my opinions as a consumer for brands like Best Buy and Starbucks. The surveys are laid out in a very efficient way and the overall flow is clear, convenient and simple to follow.
Cons
Surveys can take quite a bit of time to complete. From what I've seen while looking into how the platform connects marketing, e-commerce, sales and email, it does offer great support for business owners who use it to improve their operations and strengthen interactions between employees and customers. The way these tools are integrated appears to work well overall.

“affordable and user-friendly tool”
Pros
This software is very easy to use and the pricing is fairly affordable. The core features are simple to configure and it also lets you create emails in HTML which is really useful.
Cons

“valuable email tracking for marketing”
Pros
Email marketing feels much less like a chore with this software which is why it has become one of the most important tools we use. Sending bulk emails to clients and leads is really easy and it even makes the process enjoyable. The feature I value most is being able to track exactly who received an email and who actually opened it. That insight is incredibly useful because it shows us which contacts are engaging with our campaigns. Using that data has helped us adjust both our messaging and targeting and we've seen sales improve when we focus on the people who are actually opening our emails.
Cons
There really isn't much to criticize but the biggest downside is the price once you need more than the free version. We've enjoyed using the free offering but when it became clear that we wanted access to more features, the subscription costs felt pretty steep. It may still be worth the money given the success we've had with the platform but we're still comparing it with other options before committing to a higher-tier plan.

“helpful tips and useful features”
Pros
Getting started took almost no experience or prior knowledge of email marketing which made the platform very approachable. I began on the free plan and then moved to a paid version after six months. Along the way, I got useful tips that really helped me improve and make my campaigns more professional. Features such as landing page creation have also been very valuable.
Cons
No downsides but one thing I personally do not enjoy is how often the user interface, menus and layout get changed.
