“beginner-friendly setup”
Pros
New users can become comfortable with the software surprisingly quickly. The platform is simple enough that most people can figure things out independently without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons
Free version does come with a limit. Once your list grows beyond what they allow, you'll need to pay extra.

“Design and pricing limitations”
Pros
Automating email subscriptions from a WordPress blog has been incredibly convenient. The setup process was simple and once configured, it required very little ongoing maintenance.
Cons
Pricing model is frustrating because it is partly based on total contacts even people who have already unsubscribed from the list. The templates also are not especially simple to design which is why I'm glad I do not need to build new ones very often.

“Professional emails made simple”
Pros
Overall, the platform delivers a strong balance of usability and functionality. Navigation is easy, performance tracking is helpful, the free allowance is generous and the templates make creating professional emails fast and efficient.
Cons
Getting support isn't always easy and some of the settings feel scattered so they can be tough to find at times. The template selection is also somewhat limited in style and customizing them isn't as flexible or convenient as I'd prefer.

“fantastic templates and interface”
Pros
Interface looks fantastic, the HTML editor is user-friendly and it comes with free, high-quality newsletter templates. Overall, it offers really great features and plenty of useful options.
Cons
It's honestly difficult to find much to complain about but if I had to mention something, the tab does occasionally crash because of bugs. It has happened a few times though the template usually gets saved automatically which helps a lot.

“Simple setup with advanced marketing tools”
Pros
The templates are really user-friendly and there's plenty of flexibility to customize things the way I want. Being able to add A/B testing and control email timing is a big plus and setting up different audience groups is easy too.
Cons
Pricing structure feels a bit too one-size-fits-all now. They do offer credits based on how many people you email but it doesn't feel like the best value. Since I only send campaigns about once a month, there really isn't a tier that fits occasional use very well.

“email delivery keeps failing”
Pros
Putting an email together is very easy and the platform includes plenty of fun features to work with while creating campaigns.
Cons
My main problem was that it stopped delivering emails to most of the contacts on the mailing list.

“flexible tagging and builder”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to create tags and apply them to different people in our audience based on specific criteria. The drag-and-drop email builder is also very useful and makes putting emails together much more convenient.
Cons
The part I'm least happy with is the reporting. The overview for an individual email report is hard to understand because the layout is a bit confusing.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how it moves through my mailbox like a Merry Maid, keeping all my communications neatly organized.
Cons
I haven't run into anything to dislike. It does exactly what it promises and even a bit more so I don't really see any downsides with this software.

“Professional email marketing at scale”
Pros
It is a really great platform for marketing. It helps send a high volume of emails to a large customer base and the messages come across as legitimate rather than spammy. The overall quality feels polished and in line with what you'd expect from a top-tier company.
Cons
Biggest weak spot is the automation which could definitely be better. On top of that, the templates can be glitchy at times which makes creating campaigns a bit frustrating.

“Smart retargeting and audience reach”
Pros
Being able to manage Google and Facebook retargeting from within the platform has been a real highlight for me. It's a really impressive tool that lets you get your message out to a large audience in a smart and effective way. It also helped me receive important information right when I needed it which made it even more valuable.
Cons
Pricing and advanced functionality can be a bit much. Once you get into the more advanced features, setting up signup forms becomes surprisingly difficult. A lot of those tools are buried deep in the navigation so they're hard to find and I often had to rely on Google just to figure out where to go and what steps to take next.

“Flexible campaign management platform”
Pros
This software gave us a complete view of our campaigns and helped us capture all the leads coming through our websites. It has a lot of potential when used the right way and the flexibility is one of its biggest strengths. Adding what you need is easy and it lets you start testing campaigns quickly.
Cons
Dashboard works really well overall and I'm happy with pretty much everything there. The only thing I'd still want is a mobile app or something similar so it's possible to stay on top of everything at all times, like Google offers with some of its products.

“Good option for basic campaigns”
Pros
Free plan is useful for sending basic campaigns as long as your database stays at 2,000 contacts or fewer. The email editor is easy and simple to work with.
Cons
It's frustrating that some features have recently been moved into the paid tier especially email scheduling and the ability to add admins to an account.

“Free plan that grows with you”
Pros
Getting email campaigns up and running was easy and managing them has been just as simple. Since my audience is still fairly small compared with a lot of other businesses, the free version gives me all the email marketing features I currently need. If my business grows over time, it's good to know I can upgrade and still get great value from the platform.
Cons
Figuring out how to apply styles and design elements to my marketing campaigns took a few attempts before it clicked. Setting up a reusable template is a bit tricky too.

“Built for fast business growth”
Pros
After using this marketing tool for a long time, I know the platform really well and it has proven to be ideal for any company that wants to market quickly and efficiently. It gives users the ability to achieve very noticeable growth in a short amount of time which is something only a few platforms really deliver and this one definitely does. I've put a lot of trust in this software because it lets me create high-impact campaigns with very strong designs. The interface is very practical to work with since all of the functions are displayed clearly which helps users work faster and get much better performance overall. It also includes different templates that are very useful for a variety of campaigns. Overall, it's a high-performing tool that offers excellent profitability for anyone who invests in it.
Cons
At this point, it only needs a few improvements to make it even better. The one change I would most like to see is in the drag-and-drop feature because there are times when it feels restrictive during the design process. That limitation has stopped me on several occasions from editing my designs exactly the way I want. Aside from that, this is really the only issue I have with the software and I hope this feedback is considered in future updates.

“A reliable nonprofit communication tool”
Pros
Running monthly newsletters and occasional event updates for the non-profit I help manage has been much more manageable with this tool. It comes with a lot of useful features and the overall setup is pretty easy to work with. Other teams in our organization use it for internal office communication as well which shows it works well for different kinds of messaging. The tutorials and guidance they provide are genuinely helpful and make the platform easier to learn. I also get a lot of value from the tracking and reporting tools, they show who opened an email, who forwarded it and which links or articles got clicks. On top of that, managing the distribution list is very convenient.
Cons
There is still a bit of a learning curve if you are not already familiar with email marketing tools especially when trying to adjust a layout or add and remove content from a template after you have already started building it. Another annoyance is formatting when pasting in text from somewhere else. I usually need to clear the formatting first and it works best if I paste the text into Word or another editor as plain text before bringing it into the template. If the content is cleaned up first, it is much easier to edit once it is inside the platform.

“Affordable software with advanced features”
Pros
Right away, this felt like a surprisingly capable option for a basic email program. The interface is very user-friendly when it comes to communicating with contacts and it also includes more advanced tools like A/B testing and drip campaigns. Compared with other programs, the pricing is much lower while still giving you a great set of features.
Cons
On the downside, working with support can be behd frustrating and they may blacklist users for almost any reason. Also, plenty of competing programs do come with a wider range of features.

“Making email marketing approachable”
Pros
Email marketing felt intimidating for a long time so having this tool has been a huge help as a beginner. I'd been putting off launching a newsletter because it seemed too complicated but once I finally decided to make it a priority, I was really happy I picked this platform. The interface is very simple and it makes creating email newsletters feel incredibly easy. Along the way, it also offers plenty of helpful guidance and tips which makes a big difference when you're doing this on your own for the first time. Another thing I really appreciate is how simple it is to draft new emails and schedule them for later instead of having to send everything immediately.
Cons
At the same time, it feels like I need a little more knowledge to fully explore the more advanced features that could probably be very useful. Right now, part of the challenge is not even knowing what I might be missing because I'm still learning. I'm also aware that my current plan limits how many messages I can send each month although that works fine for the amount I'm sending at the moment. I do wish the Free plan included more audience options but if I start seeing good results from what I'm doing now, I can see an upgrade being worth it later on. I'd also like access to deeper analytics so I could better evaluate performance though I assume those more powerful reporting features are likely available on a paid plan.

“Automation that saves valuable time”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the email automation. It has saved us a lot of time because emails can be set up in advance and sent automatically whenever someone subscribes to our newsletter.
Cons
It's a very useful platform for startup businesses that want to stay connected online with both potential and current customers. That said I do wish the free trial included access to all of the features so companies could fully explore the benefits before deciding to commit.

“More than a newsletter platform”
Pros
After using it for years, one thing that keeps standing out is how well it connects with most website platforms. It goes far beyond being just a newsletter tool since it covers a wide range of functions. It works really well for growing mailing lists through website opt-in forms and there are plenty of customization options for newsletter templates, whether you're sending standard campaigns, ecommerce emails, or dynamic content. On top of that, it comes with a broad set of tools that lets you customize just about anything you need.
Cons
One frustrating part is how often the backend usability gets changed. Over the last year, I've seen menu sections moved around or renamed and that creates confusion not just for me but for my clients too.

“friendly setup but dated templates”
Pros
Getting started with it was very easy and the interface felt welcoming right away. For our small business, it worked well as we began collecting customer emails and building more visibility in the community. Putting together newsletters was simple and the templates made it quick to plug in our own content and adapt them to what we needed. Importing customer information from our WiFi portal service was also convenient whenever people used our internet.
Cons
This might sound a little odd but the interface almost felt too simplified. Because the templates are so basic and the process is so guided, the newsletters can come across as a bit childish and not very compelling to open. They reminded me of the kinds of emails college clubs used to send out. Since I do not have a design background, I could not really turn them into something that looked more polished on my own so having better-looking, more modern templates would help a lot. It would also be useful to have some prewritten content options for common marketing campaigns and events.
