“Simple, connected and dependable tool”
Pros
After trying a lot of different services, I still keep coming back to this one. It may be basic but that simplicity is actually part of why I stick with it. I've tested AWeber and plenty of others and this platform still helps me stay organized and keep moving in the right direction. I can build multiple campaigns for my websites and email marketing and it connects with Canva for quick design work, Squarespace for web development and eCommerce and checkout on both my Shopify and WordPress sites. I also appreciate being able to keep everything separate by site which makes it much easier to see what's working well and what isn't. On top of that, I can send emails separately, redirect them as needed and grow my email lists in a way that keeps them both linked and segmented depending on which sites I'm using. The built-in forms are not the strongest part but the upside is that you can create your own and save them. I do use AWeber too but I still wouldn't want to give this up.
Cons
Part I like least is still the forms, along with the limited space. You can create ads with it but once you start adding more and more, the cost climbs pretty quickly.

“professional mass emails that deliver”
Pros
Running my business has felt a lot more manageable with this. It lets me send professional, polished-looking mass emails to customers and that has been a huge help.
Cons
One downside that comes to mind is that some emails occasionally end up in spam folders so customers may not always see them.

“fantastic fit for newsletters”
Pros
Free plan felt basic in the best way and still gave us exactly the features we needed. Setting everything up was quick and creating content for mass emails, surveys, newsletters, or whatever else we want to send is very easy. It's honestly one of the most user-friendly systems I've worked with and I also appreciate being able to see metrics on how our newsletters are performing.
Cons
The one issue we've run into has been how formatting transfers to mobile devices. On certain phones, the content doesn't always display properly although I'm not completely sure whether that's due to the phone's operating system or the platform itself. That said support has been very helpful anytime we've reached out with questions about it.

“Limited features compared to competitors”
Pros
Being free is a big plus and the platform is easy to use. It makes bulk email sending pretty simple especially when you already have a large database of contacts.
Cons
Feature set feels fairly limited compared with many of the newer competitors that have appeared over the last few years. It's also not particularly helpful for things like newsletters, for instance.

“helpful free start”
Pros
Having a free trial at the beginning is really helpful especially for newer companies that are just getting started. It gives them a chance to work on sending newsletters and begin building their mailing list without having to commit right away.
Cons
There are limits on how many emails you can have in each group and the available templates feel restrictive if you want more creative freedom unless you pay for an upgrade.

“simple email editing win”
Pros
Right away, the interface felt very easy. We picked one of the built-in templates and quickly adjusted it with our colors, logo and branding. That helped us move away from an old custom HTML email setup which was a huge relief. Now anyone in the organization can edit and send emails much more easily.
Cons
Downside is that it's still quite limited when it comes to anything beyond email. They've experimented with other areas but they haven't really built tools that could replace what we already use for marketing, websites, or automation. That said it works well for us as long as they continue focusing on building a strong email platform.

“free emailing with useful reach”
Pros
Having a free mailing tool like this is really helpful for staying connected with clients and building up an email list without extra cost. It gives anyone a way to manage outreach and keep communication going.
Cons
Since I joined, the free plan has been cut back quite a bit. It used to allow up to 3 lists at no charge but now new users only get 1. On top of that, a lot of clients tell me my emails are landing in their spam folders which is frustrating.

“frustrating and buggy mail tool”
Pros
There's an acceptable interface but beyond that, nothing really stood out in a good way and the program felt more irritating than useful overall.
Cons
Using it was frustrating from the start because it was buggy and inefficient. We ended up hating the experience enough to switch to another mail program since this one was simply too aggravating to keep using.

“flexible newsletter builder”
Pros
Putting newsletters together is quick thanks to the drag-and-drop builder. The WYSIWYG editor feels familiar right away, doesn't take much time to learn and still gives you the option to customize with HTML when needed. It works well whether you want to keep things basic or build something more tailored.
Cons
Their templates feel overdue for a refresh and the push to expand beyond being just a newsletter platform has started to make the product feel more complicated than it needs to be. On top of that, the automation setup is more confusing than it should be.

“organized campaigns and time savings”
Pros
As the webmaster for an organization, I use it to send updates to our members and it has been extremely useful. The scheduled email feature is especially helpful because I can write messages ahead of time and set them to go out later which keeps everything much more organized. Another thing I really appreciate is that it can publish to social media channels like Facebook and Twitter at the same time as the email campaign so I don't have to post everything separately and it saves a lot of time.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve and it took me some time to get comfortable with the platform but it was never particularly hard to learn.

“powerful marketing automation”
Pros
Having this tool has given me much more control over my email marketing campaigns and it helps me make data-driven decisions that have a real impact on my business.
Cons
My only complaint is that it doesn't integrate with my customer database software. Since that system is specific to the alarm industry, it's not especially surprising but because the two platforms don't connect, I end up doing more list management than I otherwise would.

“excellent newsletters and analytics”
Pros
It's a really great choice for anyone who wants to create their own newsletters. There are templates available and they're quite good too. The analytics and integration features are especially useful and are the parts I appreciate most.
Cons
One annoying issue is that the "keep me logged in" option never actually works. If that feature isn't really supported, it would be better to remove it so there's less confusion and one less unnecessary click.

“Great campaign management platform”
Pros
Managing multiple campaigns at the same time is where this platform really shines. It comes with powerful features that make day-to-day work much more manageable and the whole application feels well organized and thoughtfully built.
Cons
Everything has been working perfectly on my end. I've also contacted customer support before and got quick, responsive help. I haven't run into any issues with the features and overall the system has performed outstandingly.

“fantastic for newsletter automation”
Pros
This has been the best software I've used for my monthly business email newsletter. I was especially pleased when they added automated emails since that feature has been really helpful and saves me a lot of time.
Cons
It has been a bit challenging not having a phone number to reach customer service. That said they do usually reply to emails fairly quickly.

“user-friendly start for beginners”
Pros
The platform is remarkably easy to get started with and it's clear a lot of effort has gone into making the experience accessible. The free plan is also a great way for new users to explore the software before making any commitment.
Cons
One downside is that the free plan basically comes with no support after the first 30 days, at least as far as I can tell. If something goes wrong, you're pretty much on your own unless you upgrade. The automation tools are also quite limited. I wouldn't suggest this system for a professional marketer but for a solo business owner just starting out with a non-technical person handling email, it can still do the job.

“clear and user-friendly design”
Pros
Simplicity is one of its strongest qualities. While it may not include every advanced feature available on the market, the software is simple and easy to navigate without unnecessary complexity.
Cons
I do wish tags and segments were easier to work with because there's definitely a bit of a learning curve when you're trying to email only specific members of your list.

“one-touch marketing win”
Pros
That one-touch approach to marketing has completely changed the way we work. After years of relying on traditional outreach methods and large-scale mailings, this feels significantly more efficient and effective.
Cons
At the beginning though, the interface felt unfamiliar which took a little getting used to.

“clean design and reliable emails”
Pros
The user-friendly design made the learning curve almost nonexistent. I never needed instructions, support, or outside resources to figure things out. The interface is modern and visually appealing, recipient customization is easy to manage and the platform has been consistently reliable in handling emails, images and other assets.
Cons
A very user-friendly email designer is definitely convenient but it can also be a bit limiting at times when you want more control. It clearly leans toward simplicity rather than flexibility which is usually a good thing but there are definitely moments when I wish the design options gave me a little more freedom.

“Easy to use with a learning curve”
Pros
Managing templates and adding contacts has become much easier thanks to the improved interface. It's especially helpful when I want to complete tasks quickly without investing too much time or effort.
Cons
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to figuring out how to build your email templates. The system itself is fairly easy but you still need to set aside enough time to go through everything properly and understand how it all works.
