“Easy tools with professional results”
Pros
Despite offering a wide range of features, the platform remains surprisingly easy to use. Adjusting layouts, refining email designs and tracking engagement metrics all feel easy while the finished emails look polished and professional.
Cons
Photo editor is a smart concept but it regularly doesn't save edits which creates a lot of unnecessary extra work even for simple things like resizing. On top of that, changing fonts and text sizes comes with a bunch of recurring issues and it's still surprising to see that happening after years of the same problem.

“Flexible templates for every campaign”
Pros
A wide selection of high-quality templates makes creating emails easy from the start while still allowing complete freedom to customize designs as needed.
Cons
Customization side still needs improvement in some areas, for instance, editing code line by line in the editor view is really difficult.

“Fast setup for growing businesses”
Pros
Quick setup was one of the biggest advantages for me. Being able to start for free while launching my business was incredibly helpful and I also value the ability to store resources in the library and share them with customers.
Cons
Creating a stylish form is difficult unless you use code or a plugin. Some workflows are still hard to handle even when following the guides. I also still haven't been able to figure out how to build segments from a single list and there really should be a more user-friendly way to do that than the current option.

“Automation that scales effortlessly”
Pros
Automation is easily the most valuable aspect of the platform. It takes over repetitive tasks involved in managing large contact lists making it far easier to scale email marketing efforts.
Cons
Getting started can be a little challenging. The different options aren't very simple at first although they do start to make more sense after using it for a while.

“Smart audience organization”
Pros
Creating targeted groups and subscriber lists is incredibly useful for keeping contacts organized and ensuring the right messages reach the right audience.
Cons
A few features aren't very simple to locate. Some tools are labeled with terms I wouldn't naturally think to search for, or I'd call them something different so getting to simple tasks can take longer when I haven't used them in a while.

“Everything most marketers need”
Pros
For the vast majority of email marketers, the available feature set is more than sufficient. Creating opt-in landing pages is also quick, simple and highly efficient.
Cons
It does miss some more advanced segmentation options especially when it comes to combining lists within a segment based on specific criteria but that limitation likely won't be a dealbreaker for most users.

“Quick setup with expanding features”
Pros
Setup took almost no time which immediately stood out as a major benefit. The WYSIWYG editor is easy to use and regular feature updates continue to add value through landing page tools, paid advertising integrations and automation capabilities. The ability to edit multiple emails in separate tabs is another feature I genuinely appreciate and the free allowance of up to 2,500 contacts makes the platform even more attractive.
Cons
One downside is that support can feel a little slow to respond if you've accidentally violated one of their terms or policies. That part can be frustrating especially when you're not even sure what triggered the issue in the first place.

“Efficient campaign management”
Pros
Creating emails for customers and industry contacts is a smooth and efficient process. The software makes it easy to select recipients, monitor campaign performance, track deliveries and build different email styles whenever needed.
Cons
the only downside is that I wish I had started using it sooner. I really don't have any real complaints because it handles everything I need and lets me create exactly what I want without taking much time.

“Clear insights into audience engagement”
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is being able to see exactly who opens our emails and who replies to them. Putting together a professional-looking email is also pretty easy and it works well for linking people back to our website for signups and more information about upcoming events.
Cons
We usually build new emails by copying an older campaign and then updating the content to fit the current message. The downside is that this sometimes causes odd formatting problems and we end up having to rebuild everything from a blank template. Since we're using the free version, there's no support available so I've had to search online and piece together fixes for some of the issues myself.

“A great place to start”
Pros
Anyone getting started with email marketing should definitely check this out because it's very simple to learn and use. The free plan is especially useful and you can accomplish a lot with it without immediately needing to move to a paid subscription. They've also added targeted advertising features which makes the platform even more helpful.
Cons
Once our email list started growing a lot, we had to move on from the free plan ,)

“Easy learning with strong templates”
Pros
Within just a few minutes, I was able to get comfortable with this email platform thanks to its simple interface. The variety of templates also provides plenty of strong starting points for creating campaigns.
Cons
It feels close to perfect overall but it may be limiting if you're very particular about the exact look and feel of your emails since the design options can be fairly limited. That said there's still a workaround, you can build and code the template somewhere else and then upload it into the platform.

“Built to grow with your business”
Pros
The platform is easy to work with, offers a broad set of features and does a great job of supporting customer growth as a business expands.
Cons
One downside is the very large price jump between the Standard and Premium plans which can make some businesses hesitant to scale too quickly.

“Simple communication for busy teams”
Pros
Weekly email communication couldn't be much simpler. We use it to distribute real estate transaction updates and court report information to subscribers and it consistently handles the task exactly as needed. Training new team members is quick and most people become comfortable with the system in less than an hour.
Cons
A few features feel like they really should already be included but they aren't built in yet, or at least not at this point. There are some useful third-party add-ons that help fill those gaps and we're also creating a few in-house additions to cover our specific needs.

“Better newsletter management”
Pros
Managing newsletters became significantly easier with this software. It allows the creation of multiple audience groups, personalized messaging for each segment, flexible scheduling options and detailed engagement statistics to track reader activity.
Cons
Only downside I've run into is that editing emails can feel a bit tedious sometimes because of the formatting but other than that I really don't have any complaints.

“Easy enough for anyone”
Pros
Ease of use is what stands out most to me. Even without a strong technical background, I found the setup process simple and the platform very user-friendly from the beginning.
Cons
My only issue with the software is the limit on the number of audiences you can create. If you need to email several different groups of people, you're restricted to only a certain number of audience groups.

Pros
Customer communication has become much more efficient since adopting this software. It provides a reliable, secure and fast way to share information making it an excellent choice for businesses that need to stay connected with current and prospective customers.
Cons

“Smooth onboarding with powerful automation”
Pros
The onboarding process felt very natural and required little effort. Its automation capabilities are especially valuable for lead nurturing, helping prospects move through the funnel without constant manual involvement.
Cons
Their billing model seems to have changed a few times which I know has frustrated some people in the community. In our case, the ROI is high enough that it hasn't been a big issue but unsubscribed contacts still count toward billing.

“helpful templates but pricing could improve”
Pros
Most of the features I need are readily available and finding a suitable template is rarely a challenge. The web-based editing tools also make customization quick and convenient.
Cons
Pricing is about the same as other well-known email marketing subscription platforms. It would stand out more in terms of value if the subscription cost were lower.

“Great choice for small newsletters”
Pros
Growing and managing an email list can be demanding, particularly for smaller teams but this platform makes the process much more manageable. Affordable pricing, a clean interface and easy-to-use design tools make it possible to create professional newsletters without technical expertise.
Cons
Once your subscriber list starts growing, the pricing becomes less attractive and it's pretty easy to outgrow the platform. Integrations also come with extra fees so if you need things like automated sequences or Zapier connections, you'll end up paying more for those features. On top of that some users mention that its heavy use of images and formatting can cause newsletters to end up in spam more often.
