“branded newsletters under control”
Pros
Creating my own branded newsletters with the available templates has been the part I enjoy most about this product. Another reason I prefer it is that it helps me stay focused on different strategies while also letting me engage with and follow people the way I want. Because of this excellent marketing tool, everything feels fully under my control.
Cons
It feels like a complete product to me. I honestly couldn't find any shortcomings worth mentioning here and I would recommend it without hesitation.

“powerful email campaign reporting”
Pros
When it comes to managing and sending email campaigns, this platform is still the one to beat. It's comprehensive, simple to use during the sending process and the reporting afterward is just as strong.
Cons
Recent pricing changes and the push to turn it into a broader marketing platform have taken a bit away from the overall experience. Most of the newer features aren't things I really need because I already handle those elsewhere and charging based on all listed names instead of only active subscribers feels like it punishes users who are careful about keeping their data clean and GDPR-compliant.

“beautiful newsletters for clients”
Pros
After moving over from Constant Contact, I started recommending it to just about everyone. It's a fantastic tool for creating gorgeous newsletters and I rely on it both for my own business and for my clients.
Cons
There are so many features available that I feel like I should be taking advantage of more of them but honestly, they can be confusing. The automation side also feels a bit tricky to understand.

“versatile campaigns and templates”
Pros
This platform is very user-friendly and lets me do much more than just send newsletters, including automated campaigns and even landing pages. The templates are mobile-friendly and editing them with the drag-and-drop builder is easy. The editor overall feels simple and convenient to work with.
Cons
Lately, the changes made to audience creation and management have made things harder on my end especially when I need to update lists or create new segments.

“professional emails with simple setup”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and the emails come out looking polished and professional. I recently needed to train someone with almost no computer experience and she was still able to pick it up and use it without much trouble.
Cons
Free plan isn't as generous as it used to be and no longer includes as much. I'm also not a fan of relying on tags since I'd rather work with multiple lists but the free version only allows up to three lists.

“Great email campaigns and automations”
Pros
Running email campaigns with this has been simple and easy. The welcome email automations when someone joins a list work really well and the basic how-to articles are detailed enough to make getting started much easier.
Cons
One frustrating part is having to move to a paid plan just to use more than one list. Even after upgrading, the feature set mostly stays the same so it feels like you are paying for extra lists rather than getting meaningful added functionality. Setting up more advanced automations, like sending a third email a week after the second only to people who did not open it, or limiting a sequence to certain subscribers, is also more complicated than it should be. On top of that, the popup options do not offer much customization.

“fun and free to use”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very easy which made it pleasant to use. I also appreciate that most of the platform is free and the sense of humor built into it gives it a fun personality.
Cons
At this stage, I feel there are better platforms available. I do not really see a reason to go back to something that feels overly branded and I was not a fan of how obvious it was that messages were being sent through it. The template options also did not feel very flexible.

“newsletter design that delivers”
Pros
Using it for newsletters and email outreach has been a really positive experience. The interface is very simple and the design tools are simple to work with while still helping create polished, professional-looking results.
Cons
Sometimes we wanted more interactive, qualitative ways to communicate and the platform didn't offer much in that area. Still, that's not really what it's built for.

“fantastic for newsletters”
Pros
Among the email marketing tools out there, this is one of the simplest to work with. I use it across my whole company to send newsletters and grow our email list and the free plan for up to 2,000 subscribers is a huge plus, with paid options available once you go beyond that.
Cons
Drag-and-drop builder does have its limits and I'd really like to see more advanced design and layering features added.

“powerful email campaign toolkit”
Pros
Beyond the email-based services, there are plenty of other options built in. We haven't really used those extra features but the email campaign side alone has been absolutely worth it. We still store all of our email contact information in the platform and continue using it for our marketing campaigns today.
Cons
Templates could use some improvement. A few of the email campaign designs feel stronger on other platforms, or at least better suited to what we need. That said it's a pretty minor complaint compared with how well the software works overall.

“flexible campaigns and contact segments”
Pros
Being able to duplicate campaigns saves a lot of time and creating separate contact sections for different purposes is really useful. Sending mass emails is easy and the free plan covering up to 2,000 subscribers is a big plus.
Cons
Free account does come with a sending limit. I also haven't come across a way to set up separate subscription options so people can be divided into groups when they sign up. The designer isn't the most polished but it's simple enough and still gets the job done.

“perfect for smaller clients”
Pros
Using this has been really easy and it's an excellent free option for some of my smaller clients. It handles everything I need without overcomplicating the process.
Cons
I do wish it offered more font choices and additional layout flexibility in the email setup. At times, the emails end up looking a bit too clunky.

“flexible templates for polished emails”
Pros
I'm using the free plan for one of my two businesses and it's been really helpful that they let you stay on it until you hit a subscriber limit. That gives you plenty of room to try the platform properly and grow your list before paying. The part I enjoy most is how much you can customize the templates so the emails look polished, with buttons, images and other visual touches.
Cons
Compared with the other email service provider I use, this one doesn't feel very user-friendly or simple. I'm also not a fan of how the lists are segmented and organized because the setup feels confusing.

“top-notch marketing campaigns”
Pros
When it comes to marketing and email campaigns, this one is second to none. It's simple to run and a lot of what it offers can be used at no cost at all.
Cons
Having worked with several bulk email and marketing platforms, I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint and can't point to any real downside.

“Top-notch marketing platform”
Pros
The drag-and-drop setup is incredibly easy, yet it still comes with a surprisingly powerful marketing platform behind it.
Cons
Only thing I'd change is the pricing. As the subscriber count grows, the cost starts to add up though it still feels worth every penny.

“widely supported and website-friendly”
Pros
It's everywhere so finding tutorials or getting help is never a problem. It covers all the core things I need and performs really well. The integration with my website is also easy and that makes a big difference.
Cons
Part that really trips me up is how tough it feels. I'm regularly frustrated and confused when trying to segment lists and the differences between some of the terms they use just aren't clear to me.

“practical and affordable choice”
Pros
Easy to use!!! It offers great functionality for everyday needs. Implementation was simple, training employees didn't take much effort and the price makes it accessible for most teams.
Cons
Software is fairly basic in terms of features. If you're looking for very advanced or high-end capabilities, other options may be a better fit but this one handles the core tasks well for most users.

“Perfect send-time and testing tools”
Pros
Campaigns are easy with this tool. The features I appreciate most are the ability to send at the best possible time, A/B test subject lines and re-send emails to people who didn't open them the first time.
Cons
The one thing I'd like to see improved is the template design. We usually build our own emails anyway but if the templates looked more polished and modern, we'd probably use them.

“Simple email design and reporting”
Pros
Designing emails and scheduling campaigns feels very simple and organizing campaigns is simple. The comparative reporting is especially helpful for spotting trends in open rates and click-throughs.
Cons
I do wish it had an integration plugin to automatically pull bounces and unsubscribes from Simpleview which is my CRM. Right now that part has to be done manually and it takes a lot of time.

“drag-and-drop newsletter win”
Pros
Creating our email newsletter template felt very easy and that was the biggest advantage for us. I really enjoy working with drag-and-drop tools and this one absolutely delivers on that feature.
Cons
Nothing negative I can point to. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice to have more flexibility to expand the outer borders while building a campaign template.
