“good bulk mailing value”
Pros
Bulk mailing system is very easy to use. We've trained several clients to use it and people at all skill levels are able to learn it quickly without much trouble. The integration process is simple too so even with limited experience you can start collecting addresses and sending polished, attractive emails to visitors. They also keep adding new features which adds even more value over time.
Cons
The downside is that it can become fairly expensive once your mailing list grows large so it's important to make sure you're getting real value from the addresses you collect. Over the long run, a big email list can definitely pay off but you need to keep actively using it to make sure the cost is worth it.

“beautiful templates and branding”
Pros
The templates are one of the best parts of this software, they look polished, attractive and thoughtfully designed. If your business relies on using templates, they are genuinely very useful. The free plan was also a huge help for us during a time when money was tight and it really helped keep things going. It includes all the basic tools a new business needs to get started. On top of that, the brand itself looks fantastic and the interface is visually beautiful as well.
Cons
Using it can be pretty frustrating at times. The overall user experience feels quirky and finding certain options or features is harder than it should be. A lot of things seem tucked away in places that don't feel simple. For instance, when I went looking for the landing page editor, I could only find the landing page reports under the reports section but not the editor itself and eventually I just gave up. The tracking metrics are also fairly limited compared with competitors which offer much more useful and detailed reporting. On top of that, it's missing some important features especially a stronger tagging system and marketing automation.

“awesome email marketing toolkit”
Pros
This has been an awesome email marketing platform to use. It lets us create email templates, signup forms, subscribe forms, landing pages and add contacts for marketing without any hassle.

“flexible newsletters that shine”
Pros
Our church staff and I have really enjoyed using it because it's simple to work with and can be customized in so many different ways. Our congregants appreciate it too especially since we can embed links in the newsletter through images, text, or even full content boxes. Being able to preview emails before sending them on desktop, tablet/iPad and mobile is a big plus. It really helps make your organization or company look polished and professional.
Cons
I'm not a big fan of the standard free layouts though I do understand that offering more customized layouts as a paid option is part of how they make money. It would also be helpful if the customized sections could be moved around more freely within a template but we've been able to manage. The CCB (Church Community Builder) integration also hasn't been very impressive. Syncing groups is a real headache so I've ended up adding new people manually one at a time for more than a year.

“free plan and mobile campaigns”
Pros
Running a smaller ministry, the free plan has been a really valuable option. I can also schedule emails and even create or launch a campaign right from the app on my phone which makes things very convenient.
Cons
One issue comes up when people simply forward the email they receive instead of using the proper forward link. Sometimes the person who gets that forwarded message clicks unsubscribe and it ends up removing the original contact from our list. Adding them back can be frustrating since they have to resubscribe on their own and there's no real "oops" option to quickly fix it.

“Great for weekly announcements and updates”
Pros
Every week, we rely on this platform to send updates about our church events and it has worked really well for us. It lets us include links to our weekly sermons event sign-up pages and Bible chapter readings all in one email. Both visitors and church members have responded very positively to it. At this point, people actually look forward to Monday mornings because they know the email will be in their inbox.
Cons
One issue we've noticed is that some emails seem to get lost somewhere along the way. A few people have told us they stopped receiving the weekly messages even though they never unsubscribed. For some reason, they claim the emails are no longer reaching them.

“Email marketing made simple and effective”
Pros
It focuses on one job and does that exceptionally well. It connects with just about everything, the interface feels polished and simple to use and it helps companies get up and running quickly while also supporting them as they grow. Email plays a huge role in business growth, more than almost any other channel and this platform really helps you get that part right.
Cons
At the same time, we did run into limits when we needed more advanced features, deeper data configuration and customizations that it wasn't able to provide.

“Flexible design and full creative control”
Pros
Whether you're just starting out or already know what you're doing, the platform works well for both. It offers pre-built templates, drag-and-drop creation and full HTML coding so there's a good amount of flexibility depending on how hands-on you want to be.
Cons
Switching from a list-based system to an audience-based one really disrupted the way we had been using the platform. On top of that, contacts tied to a campaign can't be deleted for 7 days which is pretty frustrating.

“Launch campaigns in just hours”
Pros
Coming across this after the tough experience of building several websites on my own as a non-technical user was a huge relief. It was honestly amazing to have such a simple way to launch a website, really more of a landing page, for a collaborative webinar without much hassle. The landing page and email campaign were both live in under two hours and that even included writing the content. Compared with my previous website-building experiences, getting this page up and running felt incredibly easy. The best part for me was how usable it was overall, the interface is friendly, simple and very simple to navigate. It felt so uncomplicated that just about anyone could figure it out. Hooking up my payment gateway was quick too. There are several other add-ons beyond email campaigns although I just haven't had the chance to try those yet.
Cons
Template variety is a little limited although that is somewhat balanced out by how customizable the platform is with its DIY options. The templates that are available do look very nice so that helps. My only real confusion came when my latest landing page was suddenly shut down for allegedly violating the terms of service. I still don't actually know what caused that because the only response I got was a link back to the terms page without any specific explanation. Even with that frustrating issue, I'm still not put off from using it because I've had such a positive overall experience.

“Easy email automation without coding”
Pros
Getting started with it takes very little effort and showing other people how to use it is just as easy. The API is clean so it connects well with plenty of other tools and it works for a lot more than just email marketing.
Cons
A while back they redesigned the look of the system and while it's definitely more visually appealing, it also made navigating around the platform more difficult.

“Templates that make email design effortless”
Pros
The platform comes with excellent templates, feels simple to navigate and the free version lets you reach more than 2,000 people which is a big plus. It also includes autoresponder scheduling, the signup process is simple and using it overall is very easy. Another advantage is that it offers several plan options depending on what you need.
Cons
One downside is that the plans can end up costing more than advertised. It also doesn't provide support and the platform sometimes has delays when performing certain actions. On top of that, it could really use more features.

“Free plan covers basic needs”
Pros
Even on the free plan, this software covers the basics well for webinar emails event outreach and marketing blasts. It also gives enough customization options to tailor things so they fit your brand and needs.
Cons
One frustrating part of using this software is how many emails end up in spam or bounce back. In the tech industry especially, audiences often have tighter security settings and this platform has caused us to miss reaching a noticeable portion of our contacts.

“Better targeting through smart segmentation”
Pros
After looking for an email marketing platform that would work with our Shopify store, this turned out to be a great option for bringing in customers who opted into our marketing programs. The audience segmentation features have been especially useful, giving us a way to send more customized and personalized communication to different customer groups.
Cons
It was really frustrating when its partnership with Shopify ended since we then had to rely on a third-party connection to sync Shopify customers back into the platform after the native integration was removed. That change was disappointing news for us.

“Running drip campaigns with ease”
Pros
One thing that has worked really well for us is how the platform handles follow-ups for investment returns and lets us run different email drip campaigns in parallel. We've also been really pleased with its social marketing capabilities especially since we can connect it directly to all of our social networks.
Cons
A downside is that its sales intelligence features don't let us directly evaluate potential customers and it also doesn't provide tracking for people who visit our websites. Because of that, we've had to rely on other software to cover that part.

“Clear insights from detailed analytics”
Pros
Putting together newsletters with this tool works really well because the layouts look good across different devices and the step-by-step guidance helps make sure you do not miss important details like GDPR compliance. Once a campaign is sent, the analytics are very detailed and give a clear picture of how the newsletter is performing which is incredibly helpful. It also does a nice job of keeping the mailing list in good shape by removing duplicates, handling inactive contacts and managing unsubscribes so the whole process feels much simpler. On top of that, the interface has a lot of funny chimp messages that add a bit of personality and make the work more enjoyable.
Cons
There were a few cases where emails ended up in recipients' spam folders but that seemed to be related more to the organization's domain setup than to the app itself.

“Reliable email tool I keep using”
Pros
After using it for four years, this email tool still does exactly what I need. It offers plenty of customization without becoming complicated to use which is a big reason I have stuck with it this long. I honestly have no reason to switch and their customer service has been consistently excellent as well. If you call them, you'll see what I mean.
Cons
Pricing is the only issue. It is still competitive overall but I have noticed the cost has gone up recently and I think they could stand to lower it a bit.

“Simple email integration with code”
Pros
Back when I was freelancing and building my first dynamic websites, this was a huge help because I could plug the code straight into core PHP sites. I used it to handle the entire email functionality and having something that worked well without needing a full framework felt like a real advantage.
Cons
Appearance is the only feature I am concerns about. It looks very basic which makes the product feel less premium than it could.

Pros
Easy to customize emails. Offers email templates. Drag and drop facility. Simple design. Easy to learn. Fun to use. I’ve had a positive experience with this tool and have no intention of using any other software for emails. A very useful tool.
