“powerful reach for creators”
Pros
With how crowded social media has become, this program really helps your content get seen instead of getting lost. It's a great option for putting yourself out there and the marketing tools they offer do a lot to help grow and engage your online community.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about here. It does exactly what it says it will which is honestly refreshing. I'd definitely recommend it to creatives who are trying to build a following and expand their audience.

“No Regrets.”
Pros
The customer support team is great. They helped me learn how it worked and get things done. Now I am able to do all of it on my own. Creating email templates is so easy and without any hassle I am able to send out emails in a professional and user-friendly way.
Cons
None. I would recommend this software to everyone.

“Great automation and segmentation”
Pros
Getting campaigns set up on this platform feels very easy and it comes with a wide range of apps. The automation features are quite advanced, letting us configure actions for different segments online and tailor emails based on the behavior our customers show. It has been especially helpful for sending product recommendations, promotions and notifications just by having someone click a specific link. Another big advantage is the Zapier integration which makes it much easier to connect and automate different web applications so we can schedule actions between multiple online accounts without much hassle. It also supports a large number of apps. The segmentation tools are excellent because they let us combine up to five positive or negative conditions and it also includes pop-up forms that can be embedded directly on the website.
Cons
At first, using it can feel a bit complicated especially during the initial setup. That said the platform provides helpful resources like tutorials so it does not take long to start understanding it and taking advantage of everything it offers.

“simple setup with excellent value”
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use. The layout is clear, everything feels well organized and it is hard to make mistakes while using it. Even without much experience with email software, it does not take long to learn. For smaller email programs that do not require a lot of customization, it is an ideal fit. On top of that, it is free, or very close to free.
Cons
Once you need more advanced segmentation or deeper customization for emails and lists, it becomes difficult, time-consuming, or sometimes just not possible. That does not necessarily make the software bad but it is something to keep in mind because you will eventually run into limits if you plan to expand your email marketing efforts. Still, for small businesses or a basic email marketing setup, it is hard to beat.

“powerful campaigns and reliable delivery”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this platform is the range of features it offers. I can manage lists, groups and automation flows while building campaigns in an organized way without depending on anyone else. Emails sent through it consistently stay out of the spam folder which is a huge advantage since deliverability is so important. It also lets me import email lists from files and supports different formats like .txt. Setting up and integrating signup forms on websites is pretty easy and the interface feels simple to work with. On top of that, it includes a wide selection of very professional-looking templates.
Cons
To me, it is very close to being perfect but there are still a couple of things that could be better. The message automation could use more advanced options so tasks and sends can be customized with more precision. Another point is the pricing of the basic plan, it only adds 500 more subscribers compared to the free tier and I honestly think that limit should be a bit higher.

“Has a free version.”
Pros
It has a free version as well as a paid version. It is the cheapest and best option for email marketing in my view. Helps you track all the email information and provides with an email campaign report which includes all the details of sent, opened, clicked etc.
Cons
The reports do not seem to be real-time accurate.

“Professional Tool.”
Pros
Creating and designing the Mailchimp newsletter is so easy, you just need to drag and drop and customize accordingly. The layouts are great and are interchangeable. It also allows you to include videos or gifs. It shows all the stats of who we sent the email to, who opened it, who clicked etc.
Cons
The contact list setting could be a bit tricky, and they could improve it. I was also unable to find a way to share my account with other members in my office.

“excellent value and list tagging”
Pros
After trying another email marketing platform, I realized just how much this one gets right. It's easy to use and the value for the price has been excellent. Keeping up with my client lists is simple and the newer tagging feature has been really useful for segmenting contacts without relying on the older segment option. I also use the templates for newsletters and campaigns and they've worked without any issues. I haven't explored the more advanced tools yet so I can't really speak to those but at this point I'm very satisfied with it.
Cons
At this stage, the only real downside I notice is that the interface is beginning to feel a bit dated and somewhat bulky. I'd much rather see cleaner lines and a more modern, polished design in both the backend and the customer-facing side.

“Great for email marketing.”
Pros
Mailchimp is a tool that grows with you or your company. They offer a free version first and when your list increases then they charge you for it. This is the most recommended tool when it comes to email marketing. The templates that they’ve provided are great. The emails can be created to look professional. They continuously keep on adding new features and functionalities to it. It is a valuable software.
Cons
It has a bit of a learning curve.

“email scheduling that just works”
Pros
Scheduling and sending marketing emails through the web app is really easy. The interface makes it simple to keep our clients, students and subscribers informed just by dragging and dropping a few elements, adding the copy and sending it out.
Cons
One problem we ran into was with multiple users trying to access the same organization account. Because of that, we ended up having everyone share a single login.

“Affordable entry tool with outdated UI”
Pros
For a small business or startup trying to keep costs down, most email marketing tools are just too expensive. This is still one of the few platforms that offers a real freemium option so you can manage up to 2,000 contacts without paying. For basic email marketing, that makes it a very practical choice. It gives smaller teams a way to present themselves like bigger companies and deliver great customer service without spending much. That said if you expect to grow much past 2,000 contacts, it probably makes more sense to plan for a switch later or start with a different paid service right away. The platform itself is pretty awkward to work with.
Cons
Using it feels clunky overall. Even with the newer branding, the interface still comes across like something a high schooler put together back in the late 90s. It's definitely usable and it gets the job done and on the customer-facing side it can even look pretty polished but actually working inside the platform is surprisingly confusing. Even after using it for a few months, I still find myself clicking around trying to figure out where things are. I don't run into that problem with HubSpot or Campaign Monitor which are two other email marketing tools I've used and really preferred.

“Startup-friendly but falling behind competitors”
Pros
From where I stand, this is one of the best email marketing tools for brand-new businesses. The reason I say that is because it really suits startups that are working with a limited budget, rather than companies that are already growing fast. A lot of the useful features it includes are a very good match for small businesses just getting started. For instance, the free plan lets you send up to 2,000 emails per month at no cost and that is usually more than enough for a new company. It also comes with free, well-designed automated workflows you can choose from which is a nice bonus. On top of that, it works really well for campaigns. You can create a regular campaign, a plain text one, or an automated campaign and it gives you a great workflow to go with each option.
Cons
Free does not always mean better. The free templates available here are not as eye-catching or distinctive as the ones from ConvertKit, for example. Another downside is that the platform does not seem to be improving its features much especially when compared with other tools in the same space.

Pros
Building a mailing list that works with a CMS is very easy with this. The interface is user-friendly, the setup is simple and the free plan covers the needs of a small business really well.

“drag-and-drop newsletters done right”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to use. The features are clear, removing an email address from a list is very convenient and the editor keeps things simple with a drag-and-drop setup. A/B testing is available and setting up recurring newsletters is just as uncomplicated. There's also a free plan that works perfectly well while the paid subscriptions feel a bit overpriced. On top of that, it includes a great variety of templates and a built-in preview section which comes in handy when you're not completely sure how everything will look.
Cons
It won't be the right fit for every user. At the beginning, there's definitely a bit of a learning curve when trying to understand its unique terminology and features. That said they do offer a product-specific glossary for any terms that might be unfamiliar. I'd suggest checking it out here, http,//kb.it.com/glossary

“flexible templates for campaigns”
Pros
Week after week, this platform has become a big part of how we handle real estate communications and special campaigns. The part we value most is the DIY setup because it lets us customize our communication templates regularly and send them to large, well-organized audience segments without much trouble. A short review really doesn't cover everything that makes it so useful but if your business relies on website forms or needs to reach different types of audiences, this software can be a very practical tool.
Cons
At times, a little patience is required because the platform can be somewhat buggy. Usually, trying again solves the issue but it can still be frustrating when it happens. It's also worth checking whether a template displays properly on mobile since if it isn't responsive, you may end up needing help from a programmer.

“beautiful newsletters every month”
Pros
Putting together a BEAUTIFUL email newsletter for my company is fast and easy with this tool. I send an internal digest every month to keep everyone updated on development progress and it's honestly a pleasure being able to create something quickly that I know will display properly across browsers and devices.
Cons
I'd still appreciate having a few more templates included for free. In the end, we had to purchase the software to really make full use of everything it offers.

“packed with power and polish”
Pros
Working within the tight limits of email, this service still manages to deliver a surprisingly powerful and feature-rich experience. It does an excellent job of keeping people from accidentally sending spam which is a huge plus. Getting new users started has been very easy, with hardly any training or friction needed. The templates look really good and even campaigns built from scratch still come out polished. List management is simple to handle and the light sense of humor throughout the product genuinely makes it more enjoyable to use.
Cons
One thing that does bother me a bit is the amount of extra HTML it creates especially when I have to move back and forth between the rich-text editor and the HTML source view.

“newsletter workflow that just clicks”
Pros
This has been my go-to platform for campaign management and newsletters for a long time. The setup is easy and using it feels very simple so putting together a campaign is hassle-free. The mobile app is just as capable as the web version which means I can prepare and send campaigns right from my phone. Bringing in old subscribers is quick too since they can all be imported in one click. On top of that, the campaign analytics are detailed and useful, showing things like how many subscribers opened the campaign and how many clicked the links.
Cons
It has been excellent for me and one of the simplest campaign and newsletter platforms I've used. I really don't have any complaints so far.
