“beginner-friendly email powerhouse”
Pros
The drag-and-drop builder makes setup simple and beginner-friendly while still offering advanced tools like lead capture, send-time optimization and retargeting features for marketing campaigns.
Cons
My biggest frustration is how much more expensive the advanced features are compared to the basic plan. I'd really like stronger email segmentation but that feature is priced too high for a small budget like mine. Without access to those more targeted segmentation tools, smaller businesses miss the chance to focus on the right leads. It would help a lot if there were some kind of bridge between plans, maybe extra tiers so smaller users could grow into the higher-priced options without giving up so many important features in the meantime.

“adaptable newsletters and smart lists”
Pros
Flexibility in the editor is one of its standout features. When templates don't fully fit the need, content blocks make it easy to add structured, well-formatted sections while list management and help tools further improve usability.
Cons
there is not much I dislike about it. The only issue I ran into as a first-time user was when I tried building a new document from scratch. A few images would not stay where they were supposed to and it was not very simple to understand what was causing the problem.

“Friendly setup for small businesses”
Pros
This platform is easy to introduce to beginners even those who struggle with technology. It fits well for small business owners who need reliable client communication and integrates smoothly with tools like WordPress.
Cons
At the same time some parts aren't always very simple so you sometimes have to search online to figure things out. Not everyone thinks to do that and that can make the platform feel more complicated than it should. I'm also not a fan of only being able to send an email or landing page to one specific list because that can get confusing. On top of that, I'd really like to see more template customization options available.

“Worth it for growing lists”
Pros
MailerLite worked for us at first but once we passed the 10,000 subscriber limit after a few years, it just wasn't enough anymore. Switching to this made sense because the pricing fit our needs and the feature set was great so it's become the platform we rely on now.
Cons
Having the unlimited plan is really valuable because it lets us send to our entire list at once and saves a lot of time. That said the cost can feel a little expensive at times even though it's something we pretty much need.

“newsletter templates that perform”
Pros
Over the years I've used this as a Realtor and for another website I manage and it's been really reliable. Creating newsletters doesn't take much effort and being able to save multiple templates is a huge plus. One feature I especially appreciate is the preview option since it lets me check how the email will appear on both desktop and mobile before sending. It has some really fantastic features overall.
Cons
My only complaint is that I wish the pricing were a little lower based on how many contacts are included in each plan.

“advanced email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels user-friendly and has a really cool interface. It's a strong option for email marketing especially for sending bulk emails, using well-designed templates and building campaigns with a drag-and-drop editor that's simple to work with. The reporting and analytics are also a big plus and give useful insights.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit confusing at first although it becomes much more familiar pretty quickly once you spend some time with it. Editing campaigns can occasionally be a little tricky and importing contacts sometimes needs extra attention just to make sure everything is set up correctly.

“effective automation for small teams”
Pros
Even with a few limitations, the free plan gives you quite a bit for sending bulk emails which makes it a really great fit for small businesses. The automation tools are excellent especially since they can be triggered by pre-set user actions. It also connects well with different platforms, including WooCommerce.
Cons
One thing that could make the free plan better is allowing users to store more contacts. And if you're running a business with a very large customer database, the pricing starts to feel pretty expensive.

“responsive support and better outreach”
Pros
It was easy to use even without any background in marketing or promotions. The support team is consistently very helpful whenever I need assistance. The emails also grabbed the attention of both prospective and existing clients which helped boost revenue and participation in my programs.
Cons
The formatting process can be time-consuming and at times formatting or text issues make it difficult to keep the messaging consistent.

“Smart layout”
Pros
Its biggest strength is the simple, simple interface. Everything, from the functional tools to the overall site layout, is arranged in a way that just feels logical. That may sound minor but after dealing with other email platforms where you have to dig through endless menus or restart the process every time you want to make a change, this feels like a breath of fresh air. I also appreciate that web font support is built right into the text editor.
Cons
One limitation that bothers me is that you can't view the internal structure or code of an email after it has already been sent unless you duplicate it as a new campaign. There are times when I only want to pull a small code snippet or a piece of content from an older email and right now the only way to do that is by reusing the entire original campaign.

“drag-and-drop time saver”
Pros
Using the drag-and-drop editor makes this software very simple to work with and not having to jump through multiple windows just to upload a photo saves a lot of time when designing. After the styles are set up in the base email, everything stays preconfigured which makes each new email much faster to put together. Another big plus is that they keep adding useful features, including automated emails with easy triggers, autoresponders, eCommerce tools, landing pages and more.
Cons
Sometimes I wish there were a bit more flexibility for creating truly beautiful-looking emails although it's still possible to achieve the look you want. Sometimes the workaround is to build it as one image and drop that in instead.

“powerful campaign tracking”
Pros
Putting together email templates and setting up mailing list records for a campaign feels very easy. On top of that, it's an excellent tool for monitoring campaigns because it lets you track and verify every email that goes out, including whether it was delivered and whether it was opened which really helps when rethinking email marketing strategies and targeting potential customers.
Cons
I haven't really come across anything I dislike although there is always room to improve and keep learning. One area that could be better is adding more tools for inserting images and designing personalized templates especially since these templates often work like brochures or mini presentations that need to be visually appealing to potential clients.

“best way to send campaigns”
Pros
Sending mass emails through this platform has been the most convenient and easy option I've used. I still get that little nervous feeling right before hitting send when it asks if I'm sure but the software really helps keep everything in order. I can create different audience categories, personalize each email the way I want and include all the photos and content I need without any trouble.
Cons
My biggest frustration isn't really with the software itself but with the way Gmail sorts emails now. A lot of messages end up in the social or promotions tabs instead of the primary inbox. It can usually be corrected by having subscribers mark the email as primary and remove it from promotions in the Google app. I'd also love to see videos play directly in the feed someday although that seems to be more of a Google limitation than a platform issue.

“responsive newsletters with useful insights”
Pros
One of the things I enjoy most is the responsive design for email presentations. Using this platform has really improved communication as our company has grown since we can see who opened the newsletter and which content attracted the most interest based on the clicks they made.
Cons
One problem I ran into was when I needed to tweak some HTML code with only a few small changes. I wanted to handle it in visualization mode but that wasn't possible. It would be much better to have that option back since it was very useful in earlier versions.

“helpful reports and strong reach”
Pros
Setup with this software is pretty easy and creating emails doesn't take much effort. It's an effective way to get a business in front of a larger audience, with reporting tools adding useful insight.
Cons

“organized contact tracking wins”
Pros
Organizing older contact lists has been especially helpful for keeping data clean and relevant. It clearly distinguishes newer contacts from long-term ones making it easier to remove outdated entries and reduce unnecessary costs.
Cons
One thing I would change is making the organizational tools a bit more user-friendly. We had to work through years of messy, unorganized lists before finally getting to the level of organization we have now. It was not a huge issue for us but it was still something worth noting.

“Professional templates and strong analytics”
Pros
Professional templates are one of the strongest aspects, allowing polished designs without requiring design experience. List management and email uploads stay simple and analytics provide meaningful insights into campaign performance.
Cons
Thankfully my company covers the cost instead of me because the subscription pricing seems pretty expensive once you hit a certain number of email addresses. Compared with other email software I've looked into, it feels on the high side.

“Great starter for email growth”
Pros
Value from the free starter plan is strong for small businesses especially when building an audience before scaling. It also provides a smooth path to paid plans while supporting essential website and mailing list integration.
Cons
A few tools are tucked away in places that make them harder to find especially when trying to reuse older custom forms. And while the form builders are fairly easy, business owners without any HTML knowledge or the budget to bring in a designer might be better off sticking with the built-in mailing list options from their hosting provider especially on platforms like Squarespace.

Pros
Over a long period of use, the platform continues to stand out for its speed and efficiency in campaign creation and scheduling. While it does require some manual input for content and audience selection, the overall process remains fast and manageable.
Cons
