“beginner-friendly”
Pros
It's free to use until you reach 1,000 subscribers and the whole platform is very simple to navigate. It feels especially welcoming for beginners, the ready-made templates save a lot of time and the customer service has been awesome whenever help was needed.
Cons
The platform is pretty strict about the kind of email content you're allowed to send out.

“reliable modular emails”
Pros
The biggest advantage here is the clear focus on quality, functionality and dependable delivery in the HTML behind the emails. Compared with other platforms I've worked with, this one gives you a much broader and more flexible range of modular components to build emails with and they consistently render well across different email clients without compromises. That matters a lot especially when other tools require much more hands-on fixing. This is the only platform I've used that really feels worry-free when it comes to keeping email appearance consistent across platforms.
Cons
That same simplicity also creates what feels like the platform's biggest limitation. It's beginner-friendly for building emails but it becomes fairly frustrating when you want a bit more control and need to move between the WYSIWYG editor and the underlying HTML. Both options exist in the platform, yet it's not obvious whether they can be used together within the same email. This used to be very easy but now I can't seem to figure out how to do it anymore.

“free segmentation that delivers”
Pros
The free plan works really well for me and the usage cap is high enough that I'm nowhere near hitting it anytime soon. I connected it to my WooCommerce store so it automatically sends emails to customers after they buy which has been really useful. I can also sort those customers into different segments making it much easier to send each group information that actually fits their needs. Once I got the hang of it, the interface felt very user-friendly. It's simple to preview emails and the built-in templates help me launch campaigns fast. My most recent one was created and sent in about 10 minutes.
Cons
Getting familiar with the interface definitely took longer than I expected. At first, I kept forgetting where things were and had to spend too much time hunting down items like campaigns and customer lists. After using it enough, I've become comfortable with it but that learning curve stood out to me. I've worked with a lot of tools and software over more than 13 years of building websites and I normally don't run into that kind of navigation issue.

“Excellent campaign tracking”
Pros
There's a broad range of preset templates available and we've been using them regularly for our campaign sends. One part I appreciate most is the analytics since it shows us which emails were opened which ones were blocked which were rejected and even how many emails we send each month. That visibility has helped us track how effective our campaigns have been and how many leads they've produced. Another major reason we value it is the confidence that our campaigns are not being flagged as spam.
Cons
The subscription pricing feels a bit expensive when compared with other providers offering similar features.

“flexible email groups for salons”
Pros
Running company email campaigns with this tool has been really helpful especially in the salon industry. It made it much easier to keep clients informed about specials, newsletters, blogs and upcoming events. One feature that worked especially well was the ability to adjust groups and choose exactly who should receive certain messages. That was a big plus for clients who only wanted updates on salon specials and had no interest in getting blog content.
Cons
I'm not completely sure this counts as a real negative but the platform does seem to roll out updates pretty often. It's not much of an issue when you're in the system regularly but for users with lower volume who only log in from time to time, it can be pretty confusing. After being away for a while, the changes to the layout, process and dashboard features can make it feel like you're starting over a bit.

“free plan with handy tools”
Pros
It is very manageable because there's a free account and the email limit is more than enough for new email marketers. It's also nice that automation tools are available even on the free plan. On top of that, it can handle ecommerce and the landing page feature is really useful for anyone who doesn't have a website yet.
Cons
The pricing is on the expensive side and the email list segmentation can feel a bit confusing at first.

“Perfect campaigns and segmentation”
Pros
A big plus is that it's free until you reach 2,000 subscribers. Creating campaigns is easy and the segmentation tools make it simple to organize and target the right audience.
Cons
Once you go beyond 2,000 subscribers, the pricing starts to feel a little expensive.

“affordable email marketing powerhouse”
Pros
Running email campaigns with this tool has been a really positive experience because it's user-friendly and budget-friendly at the same time. The free plan is useful and the Pay As You Go option is a nice alternative if a monthly subscription doesn't fit what you need. Putting together professional-looking emails is simple with the ready-made templates and the design tab with the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to customize them and add a more personal style. After creating a campaign, I can either send it right away or schedule it for later which is very convenient. It also connects with a lot of popular services like Facebook, Google Analytics and Zendesk. A few features I especially appreciate are TimeWarp which sends emails according to each subscriber's time zone, the reporting tools that show opens and link clicks and the automation options that send emails based on specific triggers. The combination of simplicity, affordability and useful features is exactly why I use it now for my blog and why I also relied on it in a previous job.
Cons
Main issue is that sometimes customer support feels pretty limited. There's no phone support available and if you need faster help through live chat, you have to be on a paid plan.

“Amazing newsletter insights”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the pricing model, you don't have to pay anything until you go over 2,000 subscribers. That's especially helpful when you're just getting a newsletter off the ground and may not have much budget to work with yet. The part I appreciate most though, is the user data it gives me. It helps me build more targeted newsletters and segment subscribers into groups based on how they engage.
Cons
One issue I have is that the emails tend to land in Gmail's Promotions tab instead of the main Inbox. That's a bit frustrating because it usually leads to lower response rates from subscribers. I'm also not a fan of how limited the automation feels. I'd really prefer more of a set-it-and-forget-it setup since that would make the whole process much more efficient for me.

“reliable email marketing value”
Pros
After using it for years I can say it's been an excellent option for running email marketing campaigns at no cost. The paid features are an added bonus and definitely worth paying for.
Cons
There are limits on a few things you can do without upgrading but the free features are still quite substantial.

“Flexible features and great tool”
Pros
This tool stood out to me for how user-friendly it is. Pretty much all of the functionality feels well done and more than satisfying to use. Compared with its main competitor, it offers stronger, more adaptable features, including HTML options that are noticeably better. The pricing is also budget-friendly and the whole platform feels like it's working with you instead of turning every task into a struggle.
Cons
Once I got into actually using it, getting clear answers from customer support was harder than it should have been. That part was definitely frustrating whenever I needed help. Their pricing structure could also be presented better. I get why they use upsells from a business standpoint but it still feels like they go a bit too far with that part of the service.

“Excellent email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Getting started with the email marketing tools felt effortless and customizing and sending campaigns was just as enjoyable. The whole experience is polished and pleasant to use. Support has also been outstanding, I even got a free hat just by mentioning it during a live support chat which was a fun surprise. On top of email marketing, we've made good use of the landing pages and popup features too. Since everything is built into the same platform and uses the same excellent drag-and-drop builder, it all feels consistent and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Pricing can climb pretty quickly once you move to the larger plans which is why we ended up using Amazon SES for sending 10,000+ emails. Another downside is that live chat support is limited to paid accounts only. Also, the postcards feature is still in beta and at the moment it feels fairly basic.

“clean email design wins”
Pros
The aligned email layout is one of my favorite things about it. It helps emails look polished without taking much effort and the platform feels very user friendly. Being able to duplicate older emails and just tweak them each week also saves a lot of time.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is not being able to make the body of the page wider, or at least not being able to figure out how to do it more easily. The layout feels pretty narrow and while I assume that helps with reading on different devices, I'd still prefer the option to make it wider and shorter.

“reliable across teams”
Pros
We rolled it out across every department and connected it with SurveyMonkey as well. Trying to manage lists and opt-outs with old-school spreadsheets just isn't worth it anymore. This has been a much more efficient and dependable way to handle everything.

Nothing negative to report at this point. It's versatile, efficient and simple to work with.

“quick campaigns for startups”
Pros
At a startup without developer support, this was a really practical option for us. I could customize our templates fast and get weekly campaigns out to subscribers without much hassle. The analytics were pretty limited but they still gave us the essentials we needed, mainly open rates and click rates.
Cons
From a designer's perspective, it didn't give me as much creative control as I wanted. I would have loved options like custom fonts and a wider variety of layouts. The available layouts felt pretty basic and because we were a fashion startup, we were hoping for something with a more bold, edgy style.

“advanced templates and autoresponders”
Pros
The templated options make it really fast to put together an email that looks polished and works well. The auto-responder campaign is especially valuable for reaching customers consistently and building stronger relationships with them over time.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add hyperlinks to multiple areas within a single image. It would also help if the color block text option could stretch to the full width of the screen since that's not possible right now.

“Customizable templates and API integration”
Pros
From building templates to setting up email strategies for welcomes, follow-ups and promotions, it covers pretty much everything I need. The standout feature for me is the API integration since it gives businesses a way to use the platform on a much broader, enterprise-level scale.
Cons
There is nothing specifically wrong with the service because each feature feels strong on its own. If I had to mention anything, it would be the pricing for label removal and how the service scales for different kinds of users.

Pros
From scheduling and A/B testing to basic email campaigns, it really feels like this platform can handle just about anything. If there's something you want to make happen, chances are it's possible here.
