“Strong real-time email insights”
Pros
Running email campaigns with this service has been really useful because it lets you monitor the information you send out and understand how well it's being received by potential customers or anyone you're trying to reach. The real-time reports are especially helpful and being able to create ads and automate the entire process makes the platform even more valuable.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the customer support offered on the free plan.

“Advanced email builder insights”
Pros
Putting emails together is very easy with this software and the drag-and-drop designer is really handy. It saves a lot of time when creating and testing any email. I can also build plain text emails and there's an export option if I want to use them on another platform. On top of that, I'm able to see who clicked which link in the email and how many times they clicked which is extremely useful information for sales teams.
Cons
The platform is designed really well so I haven't run into any major issues. The only occasional problem is that the drag-and-drop feature sometimes doesn't respond properly and I need to refresh the page or close it and start again. It doesn't happen often though and overall it's still an amazing software.

“Beautiful templates and time savings”
Pros
After deciding to use a third-party tool for this instead of handling it ourselves, I'm really happy we went that route. The team clearly knows what they're doing. The email templates look fantastic and barely need any effort to match our branding. Setting it up to send from our own domain was easy and the instructions were clear even for people who don't spend much time managing web servers. It ended up saving us a ton of time and honestly made me wish I hadn't tried to build it on our own in the first place. They also offer a very generous free version so there's really no reason not to give it a try. You'll probably be glad you did.
Cons
Nothing to complain about so far. I haven't run into any issues yet.

Really interactive overall, with plenty of styling options to work with and it feels very flexible depending on what you need.

“Strong email stats and delivery”
Pros
After using it on and off for several years, I honestly can't picture managing a subscriber list without it. I used it for a technology website with a fairly large email audience and it made sending weekly newsletters much more manageable. You upload your email list and it keeps everything organized by tracking subscribers for you. From the browser-based editor, you can build, organize and customize emails without much hassle. It also seems to have strong deliverability since my emails regularly made it past spam filters and into people's inboxes. One of the most useful parts comes after sending, the reporting. You can check who opened the email, how many times they opened it and whether they clicked any links inside. There are plenty of other stats available too and that insight is incredibly valuable when you want to know whether your campaigns are actually working. Trying to set all of this up alone would be a huge headache so having it handled in one place is a big advantage. If you send bulk emails regularly, or even just at a moderate level, you're really missing out if you haven't tried it.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about with this email software. The only issue I ran into was the logo branding. I never figured out how to hide or remove its logo from the emails I sent. There may be a way to do it but I never found a clear or simple option for disabling it.

“Professional layouts that deliver”
Pros
It's been extremely simple to use and the layouts look very polished and professional. I'm able to create professional emails that display well across multiple devices which saves a lot of hassle. It also cuts down the time I used to spend worrying about formatting.
Cons
Upfront cost can feel a bit high but with the results it delivers, it can end up paying for itself.

“Automated responses power workflows”
Pros
Feature I rely on most is the auto-response tool which automatically adds buyers to my list as soon as they purchase a product and then triggers the rest of my workflows.
Cons
HTML editor is one area that could use improvement since it feels pretty outdated compared to WordPress and other newer editors.

“Handy time-saver for campaigns”
Pros
Working remotely as a sales development representative for a US-based company, I started using this a few months ago after it was set up for me. I connected my two email marketing campaigns to the platform without any trouble. I also had a long list of contacts to bring in and that part was very easy too, I managed it on my own without needing help from anyone. Overall, it's a really useful app that saves a lot of time.
Cons
It's definitely a great platform for beginners who are just getting started. Once you get more experienced with sales work though, you begin to notice that some important features are missing. For example, there's no proper way to sort auto-response emails and it would be helpful to have an instant reply option for first-time senders something like a quick "Thanks for your message!" to greet people who haven't emailed before.

“Versatile tools at an unbeatable price”
Pros
We rely on it for every email marketing campaign, along with Facebook and web ad creation and the pop-up forms on our site. When you compare it with other platforms that offer similar functionality, it feels almost free. Every product in their suite is simple to work with and still delivers very polished, professional-looking results. One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with other services and platforms. If you already use other tools to handle different parts of your business or website, there's a very good chance it already integrates with them.
Cons
There really isn't much to call a downside. They've even made noticeable improvements to their customer support which we rarely need anyway. When something does come up, they reply quickly and handle the issue right away.

“Helpful mailing metrics and compliance”
Pros
One thing this does really well is keep our mailing lists organized while also giving us detailed mailing metrics. Once an email goes out, you can actually watch the numbers update in real time. It shows who opened it, who unsubscribed and plenty of other useful details. I also appreciate that it requires verification that contacts have opted in which helps you stay committed to not spamming people. On top of that, it can recognize when a contact already exists in your list and update that record instead of duplicating it.
Cons
Getting started with campaign creation can be a little confusing for a first-time user. Someone without a marketing background may not immediately understand that "Create a Campaign" really means "build a marketing email." The terminology could definitely be more user-friendly for people who are not marketing professionals.

“Excellent email marketing tools”
Pros
Most of my use has been for email marketing and it's been fantastic. The platform is simple to pick up thanks to the how-to materials and the tools make it really convenient to send mass emails.
Cons
Building email templates is fairly easy but I do get a bit frustrated at times by how limited the editing options can be. I wish adjusting the alignment of templates and photos was more flexible so everything could fit together more naturally.

“Effective client segmentation”
Pros
One thing that really helps is being able to send messages to clients and leads while keeping them separated by things like how long it's been since the last contact or even by industry.
Cons
The cost can start to feel a bit high once your list grows to a decent size. On top of that some of the templates feel a little awkward to work with.

“Limited targeting and bland templates”
Pros
After using the product for around two years, getting everything up and running was very easy. That said the templates and similar design options feel a bit cheap and it's usually pretty obvious when an email has been sent from this platform.
Cons
Where it really falls short is targeting. It just doesn't have the level of power it should so you end up sitting on a large database of customers that isn't properly segmented.

“Fast setup and useful reporting”
Pros
Getting started with this software takes very little time and creating a first email campaign is pretty easy. Connecting it to website contact forms through the API is simple and the templates give you a great base to work from while still letting you customize the HTML. The reporting tools are also really helpful and make it clear why the software is worth using.
Cons
The email designer still feels somewhat limited so if you want to build more customized emails, you'll need some HTML and CSS knowledge. Managing lists can also be a bit confusing although the segment feature has made that part better than it used to be.

“Superior delivery and interface”
Pros
After trying at least 10 different mail automation tools, we kept coming back to this one. It's very simple to use and both the interface and overall user experience are superb. Even though it can get a bit pricey as your list grows, it stays incredibly easy and our emails consistently land where they're supposed to.
Cons
Over all the years we've been using it, there really hasn't been a time when I felt disappointed. My only wish is that it would cost a little less once your list grows past 40,000 people.

“Advanced email marketing features”
Pros
Email marketing is where this software really delivers. There are plenty of features available, whether you want to build a form from scratch or use one of their pre-made custom forms. It also lets you segment your list into different categories and send each group its own email sequence. On top of that, the automation tools make it convenient to schedule emails and follow up with your contacts.
Cons
What I like least is that, like most software, there are still a few functions that could use some improvement.

“polished newsletters and smart analytics”
Pros
Putting together polished newsletters and professional marketing emails with this software has been a pleasure. It's very simple so you don't need to be especially tech-savvy or have a design background to create something effective that looks refined and compelling in a short amount of time. I also really appreciate the tracking features and analytics which clearly reflect how much thought and detail went into building the platform. As you go, the software explains the available options in a very clear way and guides you toward using new features that can end up bringing unexpected value to your organization.
Cons
About the only downside that comes to mind is that when I first started using it, I had to try importing my customer email lists more than once. That said it was just a temporary issue and feels like something from a long time ago now.
