“top-notch inbox placement”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is the excellent deliverability. Emails consistently reach inboxes so I rarely have to worry about messages ending up in spam folders.
Cons
A lot of parts of the platform still feel awkward especially when it comes to building autoresponders, separating lists and creating specific lead capture forms for custom websites. The code can also be awkward and tough to work with so it takes some extra time at the beginning to figure out where everything is and get the setup done properly.

“Strong email and landing pages”
Pros
The platform makes it simple for me to send emails, build landing pages and add signup forms to websites or landing pages without much effort.
Cons
One downside is that there isn't a dedicated customer service rep available to reach out to in urgent situations. It also lacks features for creating surveys or quizzes.

“Email campaigns made simple”
Pros
I can create email lists, newsletters, drip campaigns and landing pages with ease which is why I enjoy using it so much.
Cons
As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to use the video pod to insert Loom recordings and that would be a really nice feature to have.

“Functional free platform but lacking depth”
Pros
There are plenty of plugins available and campaign creation feels easy. As a free solution, it gives me everything I need without unnecessary complexity.
Cons
Where it falls short is in segmentation features and campaign setting options. The platform can also become disorganized and messy if you don't know it in depth. Even the paid version still misses some of the tools and settings needed to build more advanced mailing campaigns.

“Helpful compliance and client tracking”
Pros
Managing my contact database is much easier because the platform keeps anti-spam compliance in focus, tracks opt-outs automatically and helps me maintain accurate mailing lists.
Cons
There are a few limitations around sending multiple messages which makes it a bit harder to target specific demographics without ending up with duplicate messages.

“Flexible mailing builder”
Pros
Learning curve is minimal and I can quickly build campaigns while still having the flexibility to customize HTML when needed.
Cons
At times, you can't fully get to the exact piece of code you want to edit which makes certain styling changes harder to achieve. You can always build your own custom HTML instead but I'm not quite at that level yet. Even so, it works really well for both beginners and more advanced users.

“Affordable features that keep improving”
Pros
Free plan was what initially attracted me and even the paid version remains affordable. I also appreciate the steady rollout of new features that help improve tracking and campaign performance.
Cons
Bit of a learning curve at the beginning especially when it comes to understanding and using many of the extra features. Still, if you have help from a professional or can spend some time learning the platform, it ends up being a very valuable tool.

“Superior usability for marketers”
Pros
The usability stands out because even beginners can learn the platform quickly and start creating campaigns with confidence.
Cons
There are still a few areas where it could be better especially list segmentation and compatibility with different versions of Microsoft Outlook. List segmentation would be more user-friendly if combining lists were simpler and my organization ran into several problems when using it with Outlook 2010 and 2013.

“Excellent free email templates”
Pros
Everything feels easy to use from day one and the generous free sending limits make it a great fit for me. Creating professional-looking templates is also quick and easy.
Cons
I really haven't run into many issues with it. The only thing that can be a bit tedious is going back through and editing lists when an import doesn't go the way it should. That said I'm not completely sure whether that comes from how I exported the data or from the system itself so it could honestly be either one.

“Quick setup and handy mobile app”
Pros
I can launch email campaigns in very little time using the ready-made templates and the social media integrations plus mobile app access make campaign management much more convenient for me.

“Strong campaign analytics”
Pros
Across our company, this is the platform we rely on for just about every important email campaign. The range of tools and analytics it offers feels hard to match. It's honestly impressive how deeply you can get into the details and segmentation. Need to send a campaign to a small group of users based on specific criteria? No problem. Want to focus on users who barely engage with your content? That's just as simple. On top of that, you can pick from a few of their available templates and have a campaign ready in no time.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides to mention, actually, our company hasn't come up with a single one. It's genuinely an excellent tool.

“perfect personalization for outreach”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons we rely on this is how well it supports marketing campaigns especially for sales and business development. It's been incredibly useful for customizing the emails we send to clients, prospects and hiring decision-makers. When you're reaching out to 10,000+ prospects, it's tough to make messages feel personal instead of obviously automated but this tool really helps with that. Setting up automation also makes the process much more manageable. On top of that, the reporting is a nice bonus because it helps us keep email campaigns and follow-ups running efficiently.
Cons
Things worked fine when our contact list was smaller but once our database grew some limitations became more noticeable. Automating basic workflows was manageable but anything beyond simple sequences became difficult. That was especially true when trying to build email trails that were more detailed or complex.

“Must-have for store newsletters”
Pros
Connecting it with my e-commerce sites was very easy and setting up newsletters with products from my stores, whether bestsellers or not, takes hardly any effort. It pulls in the image, price and link for each item automatically which makes the whole process incredibly convenient. it feels like a must-have.
Cons
Only thing I'd really like is a bigger selection of templates especially options that are designed specifically for mobile devices.

“Trusted email engagement platform”
Pros
Right away, the biggest advantage for me was how simple the software is to use. It makes it easy to bring in new users to your list since a lot of people already trust it and that helps when creating new email interactions with subscribers. It also works really well for team collaboration so getting everyone involved and working together on it feels convenient and very impressive.
Cons
One thing that felt lacking was the number of new templates available. Adding more HTML templates for users would be a really valuable improvement to the software.

“Best-in-class tutorials and FAQ”
Pros
The tutorials and FAQ section are honestly the strongest part of it. I've been able to solve every question that came up and learn everything I needed without ever reaching out to support. The knowledge base really is that thorough and helpful.
Cons
Nothing major has bothered me though I'd still love to see a more sleek design and layout in the future.

“Email campaigns that stand out”
Pros
Using it to promote events to specific groups and coordinate meetings by email with a large audience has worked really well for me. It's very simple to use since you can build email lists, design attractive and readable campaigns and collaborate with other users through a shared account. I've depended on it for special event promotion and it has helped my emails get noticed in crowded inboxes. I've even had people compliment the overall quality of the emails I sent.
Cons
Every now and then, editing email lists has been a bit frustrating and I've also run into compatibility problems with Google Chrome. I wish that issue would be resolved because it can lead to freezing and slow down my internet speed. It doesn't happen all the time, just occasionally but it is noticeable when it does. Using a different browser may be the best workaround for now.

“great free start for newsletters”
Pros
Getting up to 2,000 subscribers at no cost is really valuable for a small business when you're just beginning to build an email list. As our database expanded, we eventually moved to a paid plan to unlock the extra functionality we needed.
Cons
Design editor can be frustrating to work with. Changing fonts, adjusting font sizes, line spacing and a few other text-editing options feels tough and some of those features are pretty glitchy.

“reliable automation that delivers”
Pros
Being able to automate sequences is a big plus and the service has been consistently reliable. I never ran into any problems and emails always went out to the entire list every single time.
Cons
There really isn't much negative to say about this service. The only thing is that it gets a bit expensive as your subscriber count grows but that's fairly expected.
