“lovely interface and free plan”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me is the free forever plan especially since it even comes with email autoresponders. The platform is simple to use and the interface feels really lovely and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Only downside is that once you move up to any of the paid plans, it starts to feel a little expensive.

“powerful email marketing toolkit”
Pros
If you're trying to grow a business through email marketing, this is one of the best options out there. Even with so many competitors showing up, it still manages to stay ahead. Most marketing professionals already treat it as part of their everyday workflow. You can create campaigns, schedule them and send newsletters, announcements and similar updates without much trouble. Another big advantage is that it starts out free which is a huge plus. You only need to upgrade when you want access to higher plans with more subscribers and sending capacity. It also connects quite simply with WordPress or pretty much any website.
Cons
The one issue I noticed is that the way everything moves through the platform can take some time to understand. The flow is not very simple at first and having a digital marketer handle it makes a big difference.

“versatile integrations and strong analytics”
Pros
One thing that really works well with Book is how many third-party services it connects with. The BI and analytics tools are very capable, the payment plans offer good flexibility and there are plenty of email marketing features to work with. It also includes GDPR tools and a great variety of business templates which adds a lot of value.
Cons
On the downside, it can feel a little too expensive for many small and medium-sized businesses. The free version is fairly limited, the HTML editing tools do not offer much freedom and it also lacks AI-based results.

“useful reporting and fair pricing”
Pros
Putting newsletters together can take a lot of time and effort but it makes the process much more manageable. I've been happy using the free version and it covers a lot of what I need. The reporting is detailed which helps me clearly monitor engagement and the Google Analytics integration is a nice bonus. If I ever decide to move to a paid plan, the pricing seems quite reasonable.
Cons
Built-in templates are useful as a starting point but they feel pretty basic. Most of the time, I end up creating my own design anyway if I want something that actually grabs people's attention.

“clean interface and flexible data access”
Pros
Interface feels clean and very easy to understand. The site keeps things simple which I really appreciate and it's nice knowing they don't lock up your data. The built-in forms and opt-in workflows are great as well and third-party integrations work nicely too.
Cons
There could always be more templates available but aside from that, I really don't have much negative to say about it.

“great design for newsletters”
Pros
The overall look and feel is something I really enjoyed. We used it every week for sending newsletters and keeping our customers updated.
Cons
Managing a large contact list can get very expensive over time. The campaign tools could be better and the text editor still has room for improvement.

“livechat integration boosts list growth”
Pros
Keeping newsletter lists updated and launching campaigns has been very easy for me. The integration with our live chat system automatically captures new visitor email addresses, helping our subscriber list grow consistently.
Cons
Pricing is based on how many emails we send each month so it seems better suited to teams with lower sending volumes than to organizations that send a large number of emails on a monthly basis.

“helpful campaign templates and insights”
Pros
Bulk email marketing feels approachable with this platform even for beginners. I can quickly create or duplicate campaigns, send test emails and use detailed reporting to understand opens, clicks and overall engagement.
Cons
Even though the drag-and-drop editor is user-friendly and offers a decent amount of customization, it still has some limits when it comes to formatting and element placement. List and group management is fairly manageable overall but cleaning things up on the back end can be tedious and the signup process through forms may end up being a little confusing for users.

“versatile editor and clear stats”
Pros
The drag-and-drop editor is one of the main reasons I continue using it. I can easily add, edit and customize images while building campaigns and the quick-access statistics help me make better marketing decisions.
Cons
It still doesn't offer internationalization which is a limitation. Also, the monthly free quota can disappear pretty fast so it's worth expecting that you may need to move to a paid plan fairly soon once you start seeing results.

“reliable newsletters and customization”
Pros
I've been using it for my blog newsletter for years and I appreciate how easy it is to customize everything to match my website's branding. The newsletters also go out reliably and on schedule.
Cons
Getting started can be a little tricky at first but the help section is very useful and once you understand how it works, it becomes very simple to use.

“flexible email builder”
Pros
Creating mass emails is easy and I have plenty of freedom to experiment with layouts and customization options.
Cons
Things can become pretty complicated once the mailing setup gets more advanced. For instance, if you need to send emails to different groups and make sure one group doesn't receive the other message, you have to segment lists and add restrictions and that process isn't as clear or simple as I'd want it to be.

“user-friendly dashboard and templates”
Pros
Finding my way around the platform is simple thanks to the clean dashboard and simple navigation. The analytics are easy to access and the templates are both attractive and customizable.
Cons
I do wish there were more options for importing contacts. Another frustration is that when you make changes to an email template, it can sometimes affect the coding or throw off the email's appearance and there isn't always a quick way to undo those edits. Fixing the code can also be a hassle if that's not really your area of expertise.

“fast and accurate survey results”
Pros
This software has saved me a significant amount of time when running employee surveys. Responses are collected automatically and the reporting makes it easy for me to review feedback quickly and accurately.
Cons
I really enjoy using it but one thing they could improve is making sure the emails it sends don't end up in recipients' spam folders.

“free forever for email starters”
Pros
Free entry point was what initially attracted me. I found the interface easy to learn and the tutorials helped me understand the platform's capabilities without much effort.
Cons
Tracking and group-splitting tools aren't quite as advanced as what you get from some other email platforms. That said for small storefront businesses or new bloggers, it's still a really useful system that won't put any pressure on the budget.

“helpful stats and flexible templates”
Pros
Among all the email marketing tools I've used, this remains one of my favorites. The analytics provide actionable insights, the responsive templates look great on every device and scheduled sending helps me stay ahead of upcoming campaigns.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is the process of designing email templates since it feels a bit tough and can take longer than expected. On top of that, customer support hasn't been very strong in my experience, as their responses tend to take quite a while.

“newsletter sending made simple”
Pros
Although it took a little time to learn at first, the platform eventually made newsletter management much easier for me. I can now send hundreds of emails with a single click and the drag-and-drop templates have simplified the entire creation process.
Cons
Since I'm not a designer, I do wish there were more built-in guidance or support for people like me.

“fun interface and stylish templates”
Pros
This tool really covers all the bases. Using it is not only simple but actually enjoyable, with a very simple interface and a logo, content and overall design that feel polished and appealing. It only takes a few minutes to put together a stylish, customized email template. The reports are accurate and very clear to read and it's free as long as you're not sending extremely large email campaigns.
Cons
The pricing structure is confusing because there are too many different options. I ended up having to contact support just to figure out which plan would be the best fit for our needs.

“powerful campaign tools”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels like an industry standard especially with how efficiently it lets you organize and capture emails on the platform. It also comes with a powerful, user-friendly campaign creator that makes it simple to keep customers updated on everything you need them to know about.
Cons
As with most all-in-one platforms at this level, there's definitely a learning curve if you want to get the most out of all the features it offers. That said the available guides and resources do a good job of helping you learn how to use the software to its full potential.

“flexible templates and free contacts”
Pros
As an email marketing tool, this feels like one of the best options because it gives you a free plan for around 2,000 contacts. It also comes with plenty of templates that you can customize and you can design emails in your own style. On top of that, it lets you build your own templates from scratch which makes it even more useful.
Cons
One downside is that every email includes their logo by default and the only way to remove it is by upgrading your account. Another issue is that they keep changing the user interface which makes it harder to figure out the new navigation paths each time.
