“loving the store integration”
Pros
Using it has been really enjoyable because everything feels very simple to navigate and the online store integration is a huge plus. The template import feature is also really useful and adds a lot of value.
Cons
The landing pages were only recently released and they still feel a bit quirky at this stage. The formatting definitely needs improvement when products are integrated since it looks a little low-quality right now. Still, I'm excited to see how it develops from here.

“powerful campaign insights”
Pros
I appreciated how this integrates with Conversio by automatically creating separate lists and having the footer fill in our business details on its own is a nice bonus. The reporting tools are especially valuable because they give really useful insight into how well our campaigns are performing.
Cons
If you're not using Conversio, getting different audiences, lists and targets set up can feel a little confusing in the beginning. I'd also love to see more ready-made templates with suggested generic content that could be used as-is without needing edits or customization.

“user-friendly newsletters”
Pros
Running a monthly newsletter for our organization has been much more manageable with this tool and the user-friendly setup has made it a really valuable resource for us.
Cons
One thing that holds it back a bit is the limitation around visual design when building a newsletter. If someone is not very design-oriented and just wants easy templates to work from, it does the job well. But for anyone wanting more control over the design and layout of their newsletters, it can feel somewhat restrictive.

“Strong templates and analytics”
Pros
Spam filtering feels really great and they keep those factors updated regularly to match their strict sending policies. The app itself also gets refreshed every month which is nice to see. Everything is organized in one dashboard so it's easy to find useful tips without digging through a bunch of unnecessary options. The available templates are flexible and can be customized to fit different clients and business needs. The built-in preview tool is genuinely useful and even without much technical knowledge, it's still possible to create fairly complex designs. Another helpful part is that your information gets merged into your account automatically from your websites and pages. Navigation is simple throughout the platform and setting up lists or scheduling tasks can be done quickly. It also includes built-in analytics for tracking opens and clicks, lets you manage multiple accounts at once and gives you A/B testing so you can try out different campaign ideas.
Cons
On the downside, the number of test emails you get is very limited. It doesn't really feel like the right fit for serious digital marketers and seems better suited to beginners. Pricing can also become expensive if you're working with a large customer database. It's not ideal for more complex marketing workflows either and customer support hasn't been very responsive when help is needed.

“Flexible templates and smart lists”
Pros
Being able to create user lists is really helpful and the template customization is something I enjoy a lot. It lets you put together polished, standout emails for clients.
Cons
Getting started with it can feel a bit challenging at first but once you spend some time with it, the different options start to make sense. It does take patience in the beginning to understand how everything works.

“Excellent free email tools”
Pros
It's been really nice having access to so many features at no cost and that's pretty much all I've used up to this point. I definitely appreciate how much it lets me do for free.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. It's been a huge help for my side business especially when it comes to building and capturing my email list.

“great reporting and polished emails”
Pros
It doesn't take long to learn. The emails also render nicely across different email clients which has been really helpful. On top of that, the reporting is detailed and gives a clear picture of performance.
Cons
Privacy matters, of course but at times the platform feels a little too strict about it. The required double opt-in for lists doesn't really fit every situation and we even had our account suspended once because the unsubscribe rate was considered too high even though the list only included users who had signed up for our product and had already given us permission to contact them.

“List management feels limited”
Pros
It's pretty easy overall. You get campaigns and lists and you can grow those lists through forms and landing pages. Helpful email marketing essentials like GDPR checkboxes and unsubscribe links are added automatically which removes a lot of stress. The interface is also well designed and simple so it's generally pleasant to use.
Cons
At the same time the functionality feels somewhat limited. List management in particular is frustrating. Any time I'm navigating, splitting, segmenting, merging, or automating lists, it ends up taking much more time than it should. Another thing worth keeping in mind is that newsletters are sent from the platform's own servers which can push emails into the Promotions tab or even spam. That's not entirely a criticism since sending large volumes from personal accounts like Gmail isn't really practical anyway but it is definitely something to consider before choosing this tool.

“Reliable and packed with integrations”
Pros
It runs really well, stays dependable and is generally easy to use. The biggest advantage is how many tools it can connect with. On top of that, they now give access to the most important features for free which was definitely a welcome change.
Cons
A few features can be tricky to set up especially form embedding and the pricing still doesn't feel very affordable.

“Great value for outreach”
Pros
Using this every day to connect with my customers has been a big win and it directly helps drive product sales. The platform is very user-friendly, the pricing is excellent for what you get and there's plenty of support available when needed. I've worked with other email marketing tools before and MC still stands out as the best one I've used.
Cons
it's hard to come up with anything to criticize here. They even sent me MC socks so at that point, what am I really supposed to complain about?

“Excellent segmentation for campaigns”
Pros
The grouping and segmentation tools are excellent and the Zapier integration works really well. I use it to send updates to conference attendees and it's especially helpful being able to send different emails to people who are "Not Yet Registered" versus those who already are. It's also very useful for catching up new subscribers since you can set a campaign to only send to people who joined after a certain date, like the date your last campaign went out.
Cons
Layout restrictions can be frustrating when you're trying to create a very specific email design. There are still plenty of options but it can be limiting if you want a lot of customization. I also run into times when the text formatting buttons don't work properly especially when trying to bold or unbold text and then I have to open the code and manually add or remove the formatting.

“Broad integrations that deliver”
Pros
One thing we really appreciate is how well this software connects with so many of the other web services we rely on in day-to-day business. Whether it's a WordPress-based site or tools like Google Analytics, it's reassuring to know the platforms we use regularly work well with it and stay compatible.
Cons
Free plan does have limits on how many emails you can send which can feel restrictive. At the same time, it still gives you a great sense of how the software works before committing to a paid plan with higher mailing and sending limits.

“Clean campaigns in minutes”
Pros
Creating a new campaign is really easy and the end result looks polished and professional. The drag-and-drop builder makes the whole process very simple to work with.
Cons
I'd like more customization around automations, along with better options for sorting and tagging lists. Another downside is that when I send the same newsletter to multiple lists, there's no way to stop duplicate email addresses across those lists from receiving it more than once.

“Fun and effective email platform”
Pros
Using this platform has been more than just effective, it's genuinely enjoyable. They somehow turned the usually dull task of sending mass emails into something fun and engaging. The creative touch the developers built into it is fantastic. The software is very simple to use and there are tons of ways to put it to work with all the features it offers. We rely on it for everything from large-scale communication to marketing campaigns. It's an excellent platform that helps us communicate both efficiently and successfully.
Cons
I can't come up with any downsides. We've been using the basic free version and it has handled everything we've needed and then some. If you're using something else instead, you're probably holding yourself back.

“Professional templates with flexibility”
Pros
Visually, it really stands out because the templates look polished and professional and it also gives you the option to add your own templates.
Cons
Editing those templates can be pretty frustrating at times. Rearranging a newsletter takes more work than it should and sometimes the final email goes out looking a little off even though everything appeared fine in the test email.

“Advanced marketing automation toolkit”
Pros
From collecting customer data to running full marketing automation, this platform covers a lot. It lets you send blog posts by email, create email campaigns, landing page campaigns and pop-up forms and also manage Google remarketing ads along with Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. On top of that, it includes product recommendations, order notifications, comparative reports and several other useful marketing features.
Cons
It's a really strong marketing automation platform overall. The only downside is that while the freemium plan is quite generous, the pricing climbs pretty fast once you need higher limits for emails or a larger number of subscribers.

“Strong Shopify email campaigns”
Pros
After using it for several years as the email platform for my e-commerce business, it still feels like the most easy email software I've worked with. The Shopify integration is very simple to set up and it gives me the tools to build effective campaigns and automations. The simplicity and overall user-friendliness are what I enjoy most about this software.
Cons
One thing that feels a bit odd is how it handles email lists. Creating segmented lists for more targeted campaigns can be difficult. The automation flows are also somewhat limited since you can't build more advanced logic into them. On top of that, deliverability seems lower compared with other email service providers, likely because it's free to get started and probably attracts a fair amount of spammers. These limitations may not matter much for beginners but more advanced users will probably need to move to a more enterprise-level email platform.

Pros
Navigating the platform feels very easy for just about anyone. Whether I'm uploading my own email templates or creating campaigns from the ground up with the built-in ones, it makes putting together polished, professional and highly functional email marketing campaigns very simple.
Cons

“Cute mascot and handy automation”
Pros
That little monkey mascot actually makes the work feel more fun. It shows up throughout the creative process and makes the platform feel very user-friendly and approachable. The automation features are really useful and adding photos, logos and building reusable templates is very simple.
Cons
The only real downside is that the free plan lets you store just 2,000 email addresses. Aside from that, it's an excellent email marketing app.

“Versatile email templates”
Pros
There's a really broad selection of ready-made layouts along with plenty of customization options which makes it possible to build the right email for just about any campaign.
Cons
A few of the sizing and layout controls could use more flexibility. That said a lot of those limitations can still be worked around with custom code.
