“Reliable email tools”
Pros
After nearly 10 years of using it, I'm still impressed by how user-friendly it is. It lets me create professional, high-quality emails without needing much technical know-how and the RSS-to-email campaign feature has been especially useful.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is editing a campaign and then having to reschedule it for a different time. As a pay-as-you-go user, I also run into situations where a campaign only sends partially because I've run out of credits. Then I have to buy more and reschedule it, when I'd much rather have it automatically finish once enough credits are available.

“Flexible campaigns and smart segments”
Pros
Having both drag-and-drop campaign creation and the option to code directly is a huge plus. I switch between the two based on the campaign and how much customization the content needs. Their template library also makes it simple to put together a polished, professional email campaign. On top of that, the list and segmentation tools keep adding new automation features and ways to build segments automatically which makes it much easier to target the right customers for each campaign.
Cons
Template editor and drag-and-drop builder can make it a bit difficult to keep text formatting consistent across the whole campaign. I've also run into a strange issue with bold links, the link only shows up as bold if the text is bolded before the link is added.

“Great email campaigns and integrations”
Pros
Running email campaigns with this platform has been really convenient. It's very user-friendly and the freemium plan makes a lot of sense for small businesses since you can keep a subscriber list up to a certain limit without paying, then upgrade only when your list grows. There's a strong selection of flexible, well-designed templates and they display properly across the major email clients. I also appreciate that they're responsive for mobile which matters a lot when more than half of emails get opened on phones. One feature I really value is being able to work in the WYSIWYG editor while still having access to the code view. If something breaks, I can go into the HTML and fix it myself. It's also a big plus that their templates can be downloaded as HTML files and I like that they make the code available for people to learn from and reuse. The basic app is handy for quickly checking open rates and subscriber activity while the desktop version gives a lot of useful data to help identify top-performing campaigns. When a small business owner or marketer asks me what email platform to use, this is usually the one I recommend first.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how often the interface changes because after an update I end up having to relearn where features were moved. And like most WYSIWYG editors, the layout can occasionally break for no obvious reason. When that happens, you usually have to jump into the code view and hunt down things like unclosed tags or other formatting issues while building a campaign. I haven't personally tested more advanced features such as triggered emails or drip campaigns so I can't say for sure how capable it is on that front. Still, as a basic email marketing platform, it does a great job.

“Quick setup and polished emails”
Pros
Getting started with it was really easy. I spent about an hour working through the details and after that I was able to hand it off to the team to build templates and campaigns. It was simple to explain and just as simple for everyone to figure out how to create professional-looking emails.
Cons
There is not much to dislike about the software. If I had to point to one thing, it would be the price but that is true of almost anything since everyone would rather pay less ,-).

“convenient and affordable choice”
Pros
One thing I've really appreciated is how affordable it is. The interface feels simple and easy to work with so most tasks are simple to pick up although the workflows can get a little confusing. Customer support has also been excellent especially the on-demand chat when I need help.
Cons
It does feel somewhat limited in terms of what you can do compared to other options out there. The WYSIWYG editor can also be frustrating at times especially when I'm trying to get the formatting exactly right.

“Great integrations and reporting”
Pros
Being around for such a long time really works in its favor since there are tons of third-party integrations available to keep everything running the way you need. The pricing is also very approachable for small businesses especially with the free plan lasting until you've grown enough to need more. On top of that, designing emails can be done however you want and there's a huge amount of stats and reporting available to dig into and use however it makes sense for your business.
Cons
Free plan is definitely helpful for quite a while but once you have to move up to a paid tier, the cost starts to feel fairly steep. Also, if your focus is specifically on email automation, it doesn't go very deep with advanced features. That said, it still handles basic automation reliably and responds well to the setups you already have in place.

“strong templates and smart segmentation”
Pros
This product feels brilliant and very simple to work with. It comes with templates, drag-and-drop features and automation workflows that make building things much more practical. Another big advantage is the pricing which is very cost-effective, plus it integrates with major ecommerce platforms. That makes it possible to create deep segmentation based on customer ecommerce behavior which is really useful for increasing cross-sell and upsell opportunities. It also offers a good level of personalization through the use of tags.
Cons
A feature I missed most was having a more easy way to personalize things without needing to rely on workarounds in the system. I'd also like to see more flexibility in some of the template blocks since they do not always adapt fully to specific needs.

“Advanced campaigns and tracking”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform has given us everything we need to grow our online business especially by keeping our subscriber list updated and better organized. The campaign management part is the most valuable feature and with its templates we can build very effective email marketing promotions and sales strategies. It also makes it simple to track all the events and interactions sent to subscribers which helps us stay on top of client communication.
Cons
The only issue I've noticed is that sometimes the subscriber's country of origin is not recorded. Still, if the IP address is saved, we can usually figure that out anyway. Aside from that, the software's features are excellent for managing our clients.

“Branding templates that deliver”
Pros
The campaigns and templates are a big win. It's really simple to build branded templates and keep reusing them to maintain a consistent look and feel.
Cons
One small frustration is the search function since finding specific contacts can be a bit challenging at times. Still, it's a minor issue compared with the overall functionality of the software.

“strong email marketing toolkit”
Pros
After using it for the last three years, I can say it comes loaded with strong features while still being simple to understand and move around in. One thing I really value is how well it connects with our CRM platforms which helps everything work together in one cohesive flow. It's a great option for any stage of email marketing, whether someone is just getting started or already very experienced. The built-in templates are user-friendly and it's also nice to have the flexibility to customize them or code your own. Overall, it gives our team everything we need for email marketing.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the one time I needed support, it was surprisingly frustrating to figure out how to reach an actual person. There are plenty of helpful articles available but trying to find direct contact information for more personal help was honestly a hassle. I eventually sent a message/email and never got a response. Thankfully, the platform itself is easy to use and the issue wasn't urgent, it was more of a question than a major problem. Still, having quick access to human support would have made a big difference when I needed it. Good customer service still matters even with software.

“excellent newsletter templates”
Pros
Running my personal health website, I rely on it to send weekly newsletters to the members who subscribe to my platform. The interface feels simple so putting emails together and sending them out is simple and hassle-free. It also comes with a collection of attractive templates that I can customize to match my style. Another thing I really appreciate is the drag-and-drop editor which helps me build engaging newsletters without much effort.
Cons
It handles my newsletters really well but the pricing starts to feel a bit expensive whenever I exceed the subscriber limit.

“Great mobile reach and templates”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels simple and effective so users can stay focused on creating and sending email newsletters without distractions. The template library is also excellent, giving us plenty of options to build strong newsletters and keep them from feeling repetitive or outdated. Another thing I really appreciate is the mobile compatibility. Newsletters made with it display properly on mobile devices and we've never had complaints from our users about viewing issues.
Cons
Templates can feel a bit static and predictable at times. I'd really like to see future template updates that support features such as user polls, embedded in-mail videos and GIFs.

“Great setup and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with it is fairly easy and the freemium offering is reasonably consistent. It also connects decently well with some of the bigger services which makes it practical to use.
Cons
Support is pretty underwhelming on the free plan and still not much better even after paying. The paid tiers don't really feel worth the price either especially since you still have to rely on another service like Mandrill and the credit system is frustrating.

“Affordable email campaigns done right”
Pros
Compared with other email campaign tools I've worked with, this one has been the simplest to use. Designing emails is easy and it comes with plenty of preloaded templates to start from. Contact management and audience segmentation are also very simple to handle. It's the platform I usually recommend to clients who want something affordable and uncomplicated because even without prior email-building experience, it's pretty quick to figure out. It's a great bargain and the reporting tools are useful too.
Cons
I do wish lower-tier plans included comparative reporting. Also, many of the preloaded templates share a very similar style so depending on your industry or what you're trying to send, you may not find one that fits. There just isn't much variety when it comes to the design elements.

“email campaigns that deliver”
Pros
It was easy to use and connecting it with other tools didn't take much effort. I especially prefer using the email campaign feature. File integration is simple and the drag-and-drop options are excellent. It has really helped me with marketing and more.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike though the support could be better. I had one issue that eventually got resolved but it took more than three days. Aside from that, it works well.

“Affordable campaigns and flexible tools”
Pros
Whether you want a simple WYSIWYG editor or need something more advanced, this platform works well for different skill levels and makes it possible to build really strong campaigns. On top of that, switching from our previous email vendor ended up saving my company a good amount of money because this service is very affordable. I'm also really happy with the updated campaign layout they released recently.
Cons
One thing I'm not completely comfortable with is keeping files especially sales materials and other time-sensitive information, on servers that aren't my own. Because of that, I don't really use the template feature even though I can understand why it would be useful for others.

“Advanced automation and integrations”
Pros
This tool has really stepped up what it offers on the free plan for smaller lists. The automation options and huge range of third-party integrations, including Zapier, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce eventbrite, Insightly and many more, let us handle just about everything we need with our email lists. There are hundreds of services it can connect with. It also gives us the ability to segment lists into smaller target audiences and the campaign tracking provides a lot of detailed insight into how recipients are responding. For small businesses, the pricing delivers excellent value especially since it stays free for up to 2,000 subscribers and 12,000 emails per month.
Cons
Even with the great selection of templates and all the helpful features, setting up the available email automations has not felt very simple for our team. We had to spend time looking up tutorials and digging through the support section to understand all the steps needed to connect the different parts of our automated campaigns. We also feel the form templates could be designed better and the process for making design changes could be clearer.

“effective campaigns that connect”
Pros
Using this platform has really helped us run website and social media campaigns and promotions that connect well with customers especially because the emails we can create and send are genuinely engaging.
Cons

“Flexible email builder”
Pros
Putting emails together is pretty easy and for the most part you can do just about anything you need. You can create branded templates, personalize each message and drop in different types of content without much hassle which is exactly what you'd expect from a WYSIWYG email editor. The reporting is great too. It does miss some of the newer metrics but the data that is there still gives you enough insight to keep improving over time.
Cons
Support can be frustrating at times because they don't always stay with an issue until it's resolved. I recently ran into a template bug and no one could tell me what caused it. In the end, they just told me to rebuild the template/email from scratch since they couldn't fix it or explain it. That ended up wasting a lot of my time and effort which kind of defeats the purpose of using templates in the first place. Thankfully, my other support experiences haven't been nearly as disappointing.

“Fast email building for sMBs”
Pros
Although it's not the top platform out there, it's still a great option. It's user-friendly, simple to navigate and comes with a really useful set of tools which makes it a strong fit for small to mid-sized businesses. We rely on it often for updates, sales events and similar campaigns. Creating emails is easy and simple. It doesn't offer the same level of creative freedom as some other platforms but it balances that out with how quickly and efficiently you can put emails together.
Cons
Managing contacts between groups could be more easy. Adding new contacts is simple enough but things start to feel a little complicated when you need to organize them across multiple segments and lists.
