simple setup and free starter plan

Pros

It is easy to use and the free plan works well up to a certain number of users.

Cons

Costs climb pretty quickly once you reach their recipient limit.

powerful email automation tools

Pros

One thing that makes this stand out is how simple the interface feels to use. The drag-and-drop email builder makes putting campaigns together quick and easy. There's also a free plan which is helpful since it includes up to 500 contacts along with basic automation features. On top of that, the email automation works well for setting up drip campaigns, welcome emails and follow-ups. The CRM and contact segmentation are also really useful for keeping leads organized by interest, location or behavior.

Cons

The downside is that the free plan is fairly limited and the pricing can start to feel expensive.

Pros

Getting started with it felt easy and it worked well with other apps I was already using.

Cons

Even though it connected with a lot of apps, I ended up switching to another program that offered deeper integration with LinkedIn.

Pros

Their pricing is something I really appreciate and the platform was very simple to learn and start using.

helpful segment builder

Pros

This is easy to use and the segment builder is especially useful since I can create groups based on how many emails were opened within a certain number of days.

Cons

It does feel a bit dated though and it seems less well suited for ecommerce users compared with a platform like Klaviyo.

User-friendly newsletters and surveys

gdpr-friendly and flexible tool

Pros

We used it to build our first website and also send emails to a lot of members at the same time. It really helped remove the worry around GDPR issues and kept everything much more manageable. Being able to update both the emails and the website without much hassle was a big plus.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning if you are not very confident with technology but after using it a few times, it becomes much better to work with.

shopify integration was convenient

Pros

Getting campaigns out to our customers with it was easy and the platform was simple to work with. It also made things convenient for customers since they could unsubscribe whenever they needed to.

Cons

Biggest downside was that they ended support for Shopify. Having that plug-in right on our platform was really convenient so it was frustrating when they discontinued it.

this tool works perfectly!!

Pros

We use it for email marketing and it makes it really simple to send promotional messages, discount campaigns and product newsletters to lots of customers through it.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints since the plugin connects to WordPress sites without any trouble.

Pros

Creating and monitoring email campaigns is very easy with this tool which makes the whole process feel uncomplicated.

Weak customer support!!

Pros

One thing I appreciate about it is how it has grown into an all-in-one marketing platform. Besides sending emails, I can also build landing pages, run SMS campaigns and even plan events from the same tool.

Cons

The downside is that the customer support is weak. They take a long time to reply and sometimes they still do not manage to provide a solution to what I need.

complete emailing platform

Pros

After six years of using it, it still feels like a full-featured and simple email marketing platform. The reporting tools are especially detailed and useful when you're trying to grow your audience. On top of that, the free plan is enough if all you need is to send basic email campaigns.

Cons

Pricing is probably the biggest downside with it. I'm also not a fan of the newer builder compared with the classic one although it may still feel that way because it seems a bit like a beta version.

Pros

It's useful that I can send emails to everyone in my organization and include pictures in them.

Cons

Getting the hang of it takes a lot of time. I still only understand the basic features and we're moving over to Constant Contact.

Integration saves time

Pros

Using the ThinkOrange curriculum with it has made it really simple to send emails to my ministry volunteer team. Being able to keep separate contact lists for different groups is a nice bonus. I also really appreciate the option to schedule mass emails to a list which is a big help.

Cons

One thing that frustrates me is that there's no auto-save while I'm building an email campaign. I've actually lost work because of that before.

Pros

Working with different lists, campaigns and the way contacts can be managed was something I really appreciated.

Cons

Usability is where it gets tricky-if you step away from it for a while, it's pretty difficult to jump back in and remember how everything works.

powerful features and clean UI

Pros

The feature set, API integrations and overall interface were the highlights for me. Everything felt well put together and pleasant to use.

Cons

Honestly, there was not much to complain about because I was very happy with it. If anything, I occasionally wished there were more templates but they kept improving the product over time.
