The user-friendly interface makes it easy for me to get started without feeling overwhelmed. I also appreciate the wide range of customizable email templates which make campaign creation much more convenient. Another major advantage for me is the free plan since it includes core email marketing features for up to 500 subscribers.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that it can become expensive once your subscriber list starts growing. There are also times when customer support takes longer than expected to respond.

Pros
One thing that's been really useful is the ability to send bulk communications to specific groups. We've been using it for company-wide communications and it has worked well for that purpose.
Cons
The template designer/editor could be a little frustrating at times. Spacing and fonts would sometimes look off even when we hadn't changed any settings. Updating our mailing lists also felt tedious though it wasn't a major issue. We'd also really benefit from a confidentiality feature, like a watermark or something stronger than just adding our own disclaimer at the bottom.

Cons

It also connects easily with other tools which makes it a flexible option for running marketing campaigns.
Cons
Pricing can become expensive as your subscriber list gets bigger which is especially tough for small businesses. A few advanced capabilities, such as more powerful automation workflows, are only available on the higher-tier plans. The interface can also feel a bit slow at times, particularly when handling larger campaigns.

Cons
A lot of features that used to be included in the free plan now come with an added cost. it has changed quite a bit over the years but I'm still not convinced it's the strongest choice for more advanced email marketing needs.

It works as an email service provider and is decent enough but it definitely doesn't rank among the top options out there.
Cons
The pricing feels very high, the platform is fairly frustrating to use and if a subscriber appears on more than one list, they get counted twice against your quota which isn't how most other providers handle it.

Layout is easy enough that someone without a technical background can still understand how to use it.

One thing that really bothered me was not having a chat option when I got stuck on what should have been a simple edit. I ended up abandoning a campaign I had nearly finished because I couldn't figure out how to change the background color in the footer where our company information appeared. I tried searching Google for help but the instructions either didn't make sense or didn't apply to what I was seeing. It was really frustrating.

This tool is basically the industry standard for email marketing and it does offer a polished interface for building templates and sending campaigns. The reporting is great too.
Cons
The pricing structure really works against companies like ours that are trying to grow and scale our client base. Since the cost is based on the number of contacts, you end up paying more simply for having a larger list, not for actually using the platform more. It is not based on activity, like how many marketing emails you send. Our revenue does not come from just holding a lot of contacts, it comes when those contacts actually buy something after responding to a campaign. Paying extra just to store contacts in it does not make much sense for our business.
