Pros
Getting started with email marketing felt easy with it especially as someone completely new to it. It's a huge help for small businesses that don't have any formal design background because the drag-and-drop email builder is very simple and the wide selection of templates makes it simple to put together campaigns that look polished and professional. The automation tools are also really strong, letting me send targeted campaigns based on how subscribers interact with my emails and what they respond to.
Cons
it does offer a free plan but it comes with limits on subscriber numbers and available features once your email list starts growing.

Putting together messages with images and text is easy which makes it a good way to communicate with people. The analytics are also really useful for tracking open rates and click rates.
Cons
Connecting email addresses with our church database has been difficult. I also don't care for the way archive works compared with permanently deleting something.

I really miss the simple black frame for portraits!!!! Why was that removed? Replacing it with a film cel-style frame was a strange choice. PLEASE ADD MORE PHOTO FRAME OPTIONS!

Keeping track of email responses has been really useful. Putting emails together is simple and the website integration works really well. I'm still waiting to find out how much value I'll get from the QBO integration.
Cons
G-tag still isn't working. I even paid someone to help set up Google Tag Manager but they weren't able to come up with a fix.

it has worked really well for my email marketing and ABM campaign setup. The platform is very user-friendly and honestly, just a couple of hours of training is enough to get comfortable with it. Uploading contacts, building segments and creating email templates are some of the strongest features for me.
Cons
Only downside is the pricing which feels a bit expensive right now. It would be better if they reduced it in the future but aside from that, everything else has been good.

During the free trial, everything felt easy and setting up the account didn't take much effort. It was also helpful being able to keep track of which email was going where from the sidebar or dashboard on the left side of the screen.
Cons
Pricing is pretty unreasonable especially since a lot of other services offer the same thing completely free instead of only giving a trial. I did enjoy using the account and it was helpful but if you're not paying close attention, you can end up getting charged for emailing the same company more than once. It's not a one-time charge and that can make the ACH transfer total climb really fast.

It was frustrating to get a notice saying I had gone over the limit when I only send emails to 346 contacts and the free plan allows up to 500. Because of that, I was forced to buy the $20 per month account and I couldn't keep using it unless I signed up for a monthly charge.
