Cons
A few of the more advanced features, such as automation workflows and detailed audience segmentation, seem somewhat restricted unless you move up to a higher-tier plan. Certain areas especially audience management, also come with a bit of a learning curve and could be more easy.

Cons
Campaign duplication still needs some work especially when it comes to managing sequences within the automation flow more efficiently. At times, the reporting interface also feels like it could provide deeper insights into customer conversions for more specific audience profiles.

Using it feels pretty easy and it comes with a broad set of tools that make it easier to build and manage an email list. Being able to create landing pages and sort signups into groups based on their interests is especially useful.
Cons
Since it includes so many features, it can sometimes take a while to find exactly what I need. That said, the knowledge base has plenty of helpful articles. The site builder also doesn't feel as simple to use as the ones offered by some other email providers.

My experience getting started was very positive because everything felt fast and easy to learn. Even on the free plan, I had access to plenty of useful features for managing contacts organizing campaigns and customizing templates. I find the layout simple which makes it easy for me to track email opens, clicks and delivery issues without extra effort. After upgrading, I gained access to even more advanced capabilities that helped improve my marketing campaigns. The templates have been especially valuable because they allow me to create visually appealing content that captures attention. Overall, I feel the platform delivers excellent value regardless of the plan being used.
Cons
There really aren't many negatives I've noticed. If anything, the interface could look a little more modern though it doesn't hurt usability at all.

Whether I wanted to create my own template or use one of the ready-made options, I found the setup process easy to follow.
Cons
There are a lot of features to work with-tags, segments and more-so you have plenty of flexibility. That can be both a benefit and a challenge, it works really well if you already know what you're doing but you do need to keep track of how everything was set up so you can repeat it properly next time and keep it all organized. Thankfully, there are lots of help files available which really helps.
