Pros
From my perspective, it feels like a really good deal. A lot of other CRM and email automation platforms out there are way more expensive but it stays fairly affordable for the number of features it includes.
Cons
As the platform has added more features and expanded over time, the interface has definitely become more complex. That wasn't a huge problem for me since I'm comfortable with software but I can see beginners having a hard time with how detailed and intricate it is.

Pros
After searching for something to support my email marketing campaigns, I ended up using it. It's a marketing platform that makes sending email campaigns really easy. With it, I can build email lists for different campaigns, send messages to those lists and gather information from recipients. Another useful feature is the option to create landing pages for campaigns. There's also a free plan available which lets you test the service with a limited number of subscribers before committing.
Cons
The paid subscription plans are a little on the expensive side.

One of the best parts is how simple it is to use across a broad mix of employees even when people have very different comfort levels with software like this.
Cons

Right out of the box, it handles exactly what I need it to and does it really well. It also includes built-in features I'd normally expect to cost a lot more especially CAN-SPAM compliance. I also appreciate that it alerts me when a campaign starts getting a high number of unsubscribes so I can pause it right away, figure out what went wrong and improve the next campaign.
Cons
That said, it can be a bit complex for the average user, myself included. Even though I'm very comfortable with tech, I'm not a marketing expert and the way it's set up now feels somewhat complicated even for me.

“Free plan with growth potential”
Pros
At first, we were using the free plan and it already delivered really great results. It let us send up to 2000 emails at no cost. As our subscriber list kept growing, we moved to the paid version. Upgrading really opened everything up for us since it gave us access to the full analytics and tracking features. This tool has played a big part in helping us turn email leads into many paying clients.
Cons
It also integrated well with our website and we were able to set up automatic email responses for anyone who signed up for our services. The integration process was simple.

It feels very easy. The short training videos do a good job of explaining how the platform works so it does not take long to understand the basics. The trial option is especially useful when you are new to the software and still working with a smaller audience. As your audience grows, you can move to a paid plan that unlocks additional features. It also offers integrations with other software when needed which makes it more flexible.
Cons
The free version is limited to certain features and design options.

Pros
Using it feels very easy and it's manageable to build campaigns and send them out to large audiences without much trouble.
Cons
Every now and then, the software runs into little kinks and bugs that don't show up until after the email has already gone out to your full audience. There are also limits on which programs and links can be attached to images which is inconvenient for the kind of work I do. On top of that, the cost keeps increasing when new audiences are added which feels inconsiderate and can be difficult to manage for a non-profit organization.

I think it gives you a ton of features if budget is not a concern. It offers plenty of ways to manage contacts, create segments, run A/B tests and build templates for email campaigns.
Cons
Sending a simple email feels more complicated than it should be. You do not always need a polished design just to message your subscribers but every time you want to write something, you end up having to go through too many options.

It gives me a strong set of tools for email marketing, whether I need to build newsletters, run email campaigns or send other types of email content. Cons
One thing that really bothers me is the way the pricing tiers are separated. If you run a smaller business and do not have the budget for an expensive membership plan, it can feel limiting. That said, it still includes the essential features and remains highly reliable for email marketing overall. After comparing it with another platform, this one clearly came out ahead for us. We ended up rolling it out across all of our clients. Connecting WordPress to it is easy and both the campaign tools and list management are excellent. It was also very simple to get clients trained so they could handle the platform on their own internally.
Cons
It would be useful to have user tiers, like being able to add someone who can only access campaigns and nothing else.

Getting a first email campaign up and running is very easy with this platform. It doesn't really require a walkthrough or special training to figure things out. The newsletters I create end up looking polished and attractive. It also supports multichannel communication and connects with plenty of useful platforms which makes managing campaigns feel much more convenient.
Cons
Even though the platform works well overall, I still think the automation features could be developed further. The free plan used to include a lot of valuable functionality but lately it feels like they are steering users more toward the premium tiers.

“Strong performance with limited design tools”

I've been using it for many years now, both for client projects and for my own business. I run a newsletter with more than 5,000 subscribers and the entire operation is managed through the platform. I've never run into any serious issues and the reports are especially detailed which helps me figure out the best time to get engagement from my emails. Because of that, I can schedule campaigns based on real data and it has been bringing in very great results. I also use it for a client with an ecommerce store and the conversion rate from email marketing sales went up to 10%.
Cons
The email builder feels a bit clunky and the layout options can be somewhat limiting. I also wouldn't recommend creating landing pages directly in it because the editing features there are pretty bad too, honestly.

It has been our go-to tool for running email marketing campaigns for all our candidates and we also rely on it for setting up email automations for our clients. Creating campaigns and designing emailers through the interface feels very easy. The freemium plan is also a big plus since it allows sending up to 10K emails per month which is better than many competing options in the market.
Cons
I'd like to see the pricing plans made more flexible especially based on the number of subscribers and the volume of emails being sent.
