Pros
Right away, the ready-made email templates made this tool really useful for our email marketing. Using those templates, we can create and run email campaigns effectively. It also handles data management well and reviewing campaign performance is simple because the analytics it provides are very detailed and helpful.
Cons
At this point, I have nothing to complain about with this software.

Everything is laid out in a way that makes the data simple to read and understand. Getting into campaigns to make changes, updates or edits is also fast and easy.
Cons
This is more related to the CRM on our end but integration with our current CRM is not offered on the tier we use. At some point, I plan to take a closer look at it's own CRM instead.

We've been using it for about five years and we originally picked it because the free plan offered the most value. It's been simple to build and schedule emails and we haven't had a single campaign fail to reach our contacts. The parts that really work well for us are the template library, where we can store our own custom-designed templates-we now have more than 70 ready-to-use ones-and the reporting section, where we can track how many contacts opened the emails, exactly who read them and who clicked the links to other resources inside the messages. The template library in particular is one of the features we appreciate most.
Cons
Honestly, there's very little not to appreciate. It gives us everything we need in one place and our workload has become much lighter since we began using it.

Even without any coding background, this platform is very approachable and it holds up really well against a lot of the bigger, more competitive names in email marketing. It's a great all-in-one solution.
Cons

Pros
Right away, email postcards make it simple to send out a fast announcement while still looking polished. There are tons of helpful tools for running an online business and having everything gathered in one place is much better than juggling separate platforms. You can also build landing pages which is essential when you want a campaign that's easy to manage. The Instagram and Facebook integrations make the whole campaign feel more connected and again, it helps that it all lives in the same system. There's also Google Ads integration and that's a feature I'm a big fan of-CTA all day!
Cons
Honestly some people complain about getting flagged as spam but that's usually because they actually are spamming LOL. I've never run into that issue myself so I can't relate.

One thing that really worked for me was the wide range of templates and design choices available, plus building emails with the drag-and-drop editor feels very easy. I'm also using the free version and it still covers everything I need without feeling limited.
Cons
Getting started can take a bit of effort especially when you're trying to make sure emails display nicely on mobile devices. That said, once you learn how the platform works-or reuse templates you already rely on-the actual process of sending emails becomes much simpler.

Being able to manage and view my newsletter from both the web platform and the mobile app has been really convenient. Another plus is that creating the newsletter itself is pretty easy and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Removing subscribers with inactive email addresses felt more complicated than it should have been and the process was fairly convoluted.

The free plan includes support for up to 2,000 users, several automation tools and campaign management options. On top of that, the pricing is very competitive and the benefits become even more appealing once you move to the paid plans.
Cons
One downside is that the platform is only available in English which can be a bit difficult for users who are not comfortable with the language. Another limitation is that certain features, such as creating campaigns based on purchasing behavior, really feel like they should be part of the free plan.

Cons

it connects with plenty of tools like WordPress and Zapier which makes it really practical to use. Sending broadcast emails to customers is easy and tracking how those campaigns perform is just as simple. The built-in CRM is an excellent addition especially for businesses managing a large customer database. It also integrates with Google Analytics which adds even more value. The interface is clean and very simple to understand so even someone with no prior experience can start using it without much trouble. The Free Plan also includes a lot of useful tools making it a good way to learn the platform before deciding to invest.
Cons
One downside is that customer support has recently been removed from the Free Plan.

Oddly enough, it made marketing emails enjoyable for me. The playful, whimsical interface gave the whole process a more creative feel, almost like I was connecting with my audience in a more personal way. I actually looked forward to building and scheduling email campaigns.
Cons
it does offer a lot of integrations but quite a few of them feel pretty limited. Our team also had some concerns about whether the platform could really scale alongside our workflows as they grew.
