“custom templates save time”
Pros
Having preset templates available to customize is a real time-saver. It's also helpful that I can build my own templates when I want something more specific. Scheduling and sending campaigns is pretty easy too which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
One thing I wish it supported is sending a campaign to more than one list at a time. I can set up subgroups based on different factors but if I need to send to multiple full lists, that's not something I'm able to do.

“Perfect starter crm”
Pros
The software is pretty easy and I didn't need much guidance to figure things out. The pricing is affordable and the automation covers the basics well enough to simplify day-to-day work without making the system feel too complex. If you're using a CRM for the first time, this is a really good starting point.
Cons
On the other hand, it probably isn't the best match for a large-scale or enterprise business especially if you need more advanced functionality. It also doesn't include sales team management or pipeline features.

“trusted platform for newsletters”
Pros
One thing that really stands out about it is how versatile it is. It lets users send communications straight to clients with just a click which makes the whole process very convenient. It has also built a reputation as a leading all-in-one marketing platform and since so many organizations already trust it, interested clients usually feel comfortable when they see it and its recognizable logo while signing up for our newsletter.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it. It has done exactly what I need it to do when it comes to sending email communications to a large audience without any hassle.

“helpful Shopify email automation”
Pros
Getting started with this was pretty simple. I began using it to collect newsletter sign-ups for my eCommerce site and the setup with Shopify only took a few clicks and felt very easy. The automation side is what I rely on most especially for abandoned cart follow-up emails in my CRM flow. With preset timing, it automatically sends messages that help nudge customers toward buying, whether through discounts or cross-sell offers.
Cons
The biggest weak point is the template limitation. When I want to create a more vivid email that really stands out in a customer's inbox, the design options feel much more limited than what you get from dedicated design-focused apps. It can also be a bit confusing when trying to assign a specific offer to certain customer groups or individuals. I can live with that though since it would be unfair to expect an email app to work like a full photo editing tool.

“reliable for basic automation”
Pros
It has been around for a long time and when it comes to simple automation, it does a really great job.
Cons
At the same time, I can't do the more advanced automations I need especially when they involve extra conditions and more complex logic.

“simple surveys with broad sharing”
Pros
As someone who is not very tech-savvy, I can still understand the platform without much trouble and follow the easy steps to build my surveys and send them out to a wide audience. it gives you a few different ways to distribute them. Email is one option but since most people spend so much of their time on their favorite apps, being able to use it to share surveys directly to social media pages is really helpful.
Cons
The one downside for me is the price. I would absolutely use more of it's features if they were within my budget. It would be really helpful if they offered a startup deal for new businesses or some kind of student discount for people using it for their business.

“powerful email campaigns”
Pros
This software is probably one of the best-known names in email marketing but popularity alone doesn't automatically make it the right choice for everyone. That said, it does a lot of things really well. There's a reason so many businesses use it. The platform is beginner-friendly and the interface is simple enough that most people can start using it without much trouble. Its pricing plans are also geared toward small businesses which makes it appealing for companies trying to stay within budget. Another big plus is how well it connects with other tools like Shopify and WordPress. On top of that, there are plenty of well-designed templates available which can save a lot of time when creating campaigns or other projects. The autoresponder feature is also very useful for setting up drip campaigns so you're not stuck manually sending emails every day, week or month. When help is needed, the customer service team is generally available and fairly responsive and the live chat option is especially helpful if you want quicker support.
Cons
Even with all of that, there are a few areas where it could improve. The interface doesn't always feel as simple as it should and I sometimes end up hunting around for features that seem like they should be much easier to locate. The automation tools are powerful but getting them set up can be complicated and take more time than expected. It would be much better if there were more templates or simpler starting points for users who want to get automation running faster. Support has also been a mixed experience. Sometimes it's been very helpful and other times not nearly as good so the inconsistency can be frustrating. Pricing is another weak spot because the structure can be confusing and seems to change often. I also think the free plan is too restricted and it may push people into upgrading before they fully understand what the limitations are. As for the paid options, the Basic plan starts at $9 per month for up to 100 subscribers, the Professional plan starts at $19 per month for up to 1,000 subscribers and the Pro Plus plan starts at $29 per month with unlimited subscribers.

“helpful post scheduling tools”
Pros
Being able to schedule posts ahead of time has been really useful. We send out a weekly email so having the option to line up several at once saves us a lot of effort. We did need to pay extra for that feature but the pricing feels fair.
Cons
A downside is that some email providers block the campaigns and if an address bounces too many times, that contact gets removed from our mailing list and can't be added again. It would be much better if those people had a way to resubscribe to the list.

“flexible email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Anyone wanting an all-in-one email marketing platform that is not overly technical and can be picked up quickly will probably do really well with it. The free plan comes with plenty of useful tools and the pay-as-you-go pricing works especially well for people who are not sending high volumes of emails all the time. There are also some fantastic templates included and customizing and putting together an email campaign is very easy. On top of that, adding to and managing your contact database is simple too.
Cons
While the pricing is very reasonable when you are not sending bulk emails every week, it can start getting expensive as your send volume increases or your contact list grows. Another downside is that the free plan does not include scheduling so if you are only using it personally, you cannot set emails to send automatically.

“powerful tools for growth”
Pros
The platform feels very user-friendly and gives both beginners and more experienced users plenty of options to grow their audience and sell products.
Cons
There are quite a few freemium add-ons that really could be bundled into one all-in-one subscription instead of relying on a pay-as-you-go or per-use pricing model.

“free to start and grow”
Pros
Being able to try it out, test everything and avoid monthly fees at the start is exactly why I went with it. I wasn't making any income yet so I needed something that would let me get my business moving before putting money into it.
Cons
At first, the dashboard felt a little confusing and it took me some time to figure out where everything was. Once it clicked though, it actually became very simple to use.

“powerful tools for campaigns”
Pros
I use the paid version of it and when I first chose it, it was really the only option that offered everything I needed in one place. It connected with a wide range of software and apps and it was fully GDPR compliant right when that became important. Setting up lists is easy, landing pages are simple to build and tags make organizing customers really manageable. One of the biggest reasons I went with it was that landing pages were included in the package, along with automations that let me trigger emails based on customer actions.
Cons
I'm still getting used to the QuickBooks integration because my customers are split across poetry, podcasting and DJ services. It seems like the system prefers handling one type of business well rather than managing several different ones at the same time.

“perfect for startup beginnings”
Pros
Getting started with this app is the biggest advantage. It isn't complicated at all and anyone can begin using the free version right away. That's exactly what a startup needs in the early stage.
Cons
Even after all these years, the design and templates still feel outdated. It would be nice to see more modern and visually appealing options added.

“flexible templates for startups”
Pros
Back when our startup was getting off the ground, we relied on it quite a bit. It comes with a wide range of well-designed email templates so picking one and customizing the text and images is pretty easy. Once you make your edits, you can save that version as your own template and reuse it for future campaigns without having to redo everything. It also supports importing mailing lists in bulk through CSV files and you can add contacts to lists through API integration as well.
Cons
When you compare it with other email automation tools, it does feel a bit more expensive.

“automation and designer stand out”
Pros
A lot of the features in it are ones I really rely on to keep my business running well. My top two are the automation tools which let you set up different triggers and help keep attrition high and the email designer which is much better than it was when I first started using the platform back in 2010.
Cons
Pricing changes around important features like multiple lists and segments make the platform less appealing to me. it was excellent when I was just getting started 12 years ago but I wish more of those simpler setups and included features had stayed part of the original pricing.

“all-in-one marketing win”
Pros
It has been a favorite for me because it combines a very user-friendly setup with a wide range of useful tools. It works incredibly well as a marketing platform for small businesses and it also helps us manage our contacts, monitor sales pipelines and track emails all from one place. Having everything together saves us a lot of valuable time and makes it well worth the cost.
Cons

“helpful survey insights”
Pros
Reports make it really useful for me to review how clients answered surveys. That gives us a better picture of what we're doing well and even more importantly, where we're getting things wrong so we can improve the business.
Cons
At the moment, it's not something we can automate and build into our software. Having a simpler click-through process would definitely help.
