Pros
Ready-made templates let us pick one and move forward without spending too much time and the campaign scheduling options are real time-savers. The integration with forms and the audience database is also very useful because it removes the need to do the same work again. Being able to test an email campaign with multiple versions is easily one of the best features.
Cons
At times, a campaign gets stuck and put on hold because the algorithm flags it as spam. Then we have to reach out to the support team to get it released or restarted and that part is quite frustrating.

Pros
Getting started with it is really easy. I could walk someone through how to use it for sending regular weekly and monthly business newsletters in just an afternoon. Designing an email newsletter is also very simple thanks to the tools it provides.
Cons
Only downside is that it can become pricey compared with similar platforms such as MailerLite and SendinBlue.

Working in it almost every day makes it really convenient to send bulk messages quickly and efficiently. The templates look polished and since they can be customized or built from scratch, each email still feels personal, like it was written specifically for the person receiving it. The audience segmentation is also a big plus because it lets me send certain messages to my full database while keeping other updates limited to only the groups I choose.
Cons
I haven't used the import or export tools so I can't really offer any feedback on those features.

It feels like a reliable, well-established platform. The pricing is very good for what you get and it comes with plenty of features that make it easier to stay connected and engaged with your audience.
Cons
There are times when the system feels a bit confusing especially if you are not already familiar with setting up a campaign and understanding the workflow. The dashboard could definitely be improved, particularly when it comes to giving a clearer visual view of how a campaign is being built.

Pros
Getting started with this platform is very easy for me and the free version is especially valuable for beginner teams or clubs that do not have much budget to work with. The paid version can be built out with as much complexity as needed which gives it a lot of flexibility. Since it is such a well-known tool, it also connects with a wide range of other software platforms. Another part I really appreciate is how simple it is to set up email templates with lots of custom merge tags that automatically populate when you upload an Excel file containing contact details. Because of that, it works well with almost any CRM.
Cons
One thing that is disappointing is that when someone signs up to a mailing list through the API, the email confirmation step is skipped. That leaves some lists too open to bots submitting spam email addresses. Another issue is that it does not seem possible to export a list of contacts that were bounced or cleaned or at least I have not been able to find a way to do it. It would also be better if it were easier to connect with certain CRM systems without needing technical expertise.

Cons

One of the things I like is that it is packed with features that can really speed up and strengthen marketing efforts. It covers email automation, website integration, scheduled campaigns, welcome emails, website forms and popups, plus eCommerce integration so you can add products directly into emails.
Cons
Downside is that most of the features people will actually want to use are locked behind a paid plan. It might not seem too expensive at first but the cost can build up over time especially if you are just getting started and not seeing conversions yet. There are better options for beginners and it may make more sense to switch to this platform later once your income is more consistent and you actually need the extra functionality.

I have found it to be a strong fit for just about every level I've used it at, from managing my personal brand to rolling it out across 118 locations and even using it internally while leading a marketing and creative design team. One of the biggest advantages is how well it works at scale for businesses and missions of different sizes. It also connects with so many other apps without much trouble which is a big win when you're trying to grow your social presence and build your customer contact database at the same time while getting marketing emails out the door.
Cons
Every now and then, the automation tools miss the mark. On rare occasions, an older version of a saved draft has been sent and timed emails tied to a specific time zone have sometimes gone out earlier or later than planned. Some of that may be user error but not all of it.

Adding it to my website was really simple which is what I loved most. I use a pop-up to invite visitors to join my email list and when they subscribe, it automatically sends out an email I created with a promo code. That setup works exactly the way I wanted and it's been perfect for me.
Cons
It did take a few YouTube videos before I could figure out how to make it do exactly what I wanted. Some of the terms it uses were a little confusing at first but once everything was set up, I ended up loving it.

I set up a few different templates for different kinds of messages and after that I usually only needed to update the event dates and times. Everything else, like the photos, links and formatting, was already in place the way I wanted.
Cons
At the beginning, the website feels a bit confusing and overwhelming because there are so many options. Some of the wording also threw me off especially terms like "campaign" when all I wanted to do was send one email to all of my contacts.

After using tools like it, Outlook and HubSpot at different companies, it stands out with a clean UI/UX that is simple to follow even for someone without much technical knowledge. Cons
