Pros
Right from the start, everything worked the way I expected. It's a dependable platform, the pricing feels fair and in line with what I'd expect and getting up and running is very simple. Since it's a market leader, whenever I have a question, there are already plenty of answers and resources online. Overall, it's user-friendly, practical and does exactly what I need.
Cons
Design options and templates feel fairly limited and it newsletters tend to have a very recognizable look which isn't always a positive. The emails don't come across as the most attractive ones in my inbox and there isn't much room to customize them.

Pros
Getting started with it feels very easy because the platform is simple to use and beginner-friendly. It also comes with strong design support and a creative assistant that helps improve and optimize images. I'd definitely recommend it for email marketing as well as setting up email automations.
Cons
One downside is the pricing since it is expensive and the cost keeps rising as your contact database grows. The newer customer journey feature still feels quite fresh and it currently misses Google Analytics integration for emails created from the customer journeys section.

One thing I like is how it has a really well-designed interface and its automation tools feel especially simple and impressive to use.
Cons
One downside is that it can suspend or cancel an account at its discretion. It also falls short when it comes to more advanced segmentation and automation capabilities.

It has been around for a long time and that history really shows in how dependable it is. It works really well for email marketing and running campaigns and the fact that it comes in both free and paid versions makes it useful for different kinds of users. As an IT company and web integrator, we've deployed this tool across thousands of websites. It's also very user-friendly for our end clients once it's set up.
Cons
We really haven't run into any major issues with it. From an IT company's perspective, integrating it is quite easy. The only thing I'd say is that it might feel a little challenging for someone without a technical background.

Right from the start, I found the interface very user-friendly. It comes with free email templates that can be customized and even building an email template from scratch is simple. It saves us a lot of time and effort by letting us send bulk emails with a single click. It also integrates well with other software.
Cons
One downside is that emails sent through this tool often end up in the promotions mailbox which lowers our email open rate.

“Personalized customer journeys made easy”
Pros
One of its strongest features, in my opinion, is the customer journey feature. It really simplifies the whole process of sending promotional emails and it gives you the flexibility to make each customer journey feel tailored and different.
Cons
Things got tricky for us when some of the newer features rolled out especially the new newsletter creator. We tried the beta version, really liked it and ended up building all of our emails in that new editor. Later though, we realized those emails couldn't actually be used in our customer journeys so we had to start over from scratch. That limitation wasn't clearly communicated and I really wish it had been more upfront about it. It would have saved us a lot of time.

To start with this tool is pretty easy for me and using it day to day is simple as well. It lets us segment our audience lists which is really useful and the email template library comes with customization options that help a lot. Cons

Having a web-based platform is pretty much essential for software today and that has been a big plus for us. The interface is easy to use and the templates make it simple to put together attractive campaigns that our audience actually wants to interact with.
Cons

It is easily one of the best-known email marketing and marketing automation platforms and it has earned that reputation. The free plan is very generous, it performs reliably and it connects with a wide range of third-party apps and software. There are also plenty of free guides, tips and resources available online which helps a lot. Another big plus is how precisely you can customize it to match very specific needs.
Cons
All of that flexibility and the large number of options can feel a little overwhelming if you're just starting out even for very simple tasks. It's definitely not the kind of tool you set up in two clicks. The initial setup felt a bit confusing and more convoluted than some alternatives which tend to be more easy and less scattered.

The interface feels polished and the updates to the email creation area have been a really nice improvement. A visually appealing email matters a lot to me and I think it makes a big difference in how our campaigns come across. The core features are simple to move through which helps a lot. I also love that it connects with so many other systems although it's disappointing that our CRM still doesn't integrate properly which isn't really its fault.
Cons
Once I get into the more advanced features, things become harder to follow and figure out. it does provide great instructions and tutorials but I wish the platform felt more simple or offered better guidance right where those features are being set up. Having to leave the page and watch videos just to understand the process can be a bit frustrating.

It started out as my email marketing tool but at this point it has turned into my CRM too. I'm able to schedule appointments, handle product marketing, connect it with QuickBooks and still keep all of my email marketing in one place.
Cons
The part I'm still adjusting to is the QuickBooks integration since my clients are divided across poetry, podcast and DJ services. It seems like the system really wants to focus on handling one type of business well instead of several at once.

“fantastic ux and workflow tools”
Pros
Right away, I found the UX/UI feels outstanding and the pricing is really attractive for what you get. There's also plenty of data available for training which makes it much easier to set things up properly. Building marketing automation workflows is very easy and managing leads and campaigns is simple as well. It also works extremely well for creating forms and surveys.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be better. It works best when sending emails to fewer than 5,000 contacts but for high-volume bulk sending, I wouldn't recommend it. The reporting and analytics are also pretty limited and lack customization options.

Creating a polished, professional-looking email campaign with it was really easy. Pretty much anyone can figure out how to use it which is why I usually recommend it to people who are managing email marketing themselves instead of relying on an agency. For the price, it offers great value.
Cons
At times, the interface can feel a little confusing. The paid plans can also become more expensive. Still, to me, that extra cost compared to some other platforms feels more like paying for usability than paying someone else to handle the work.

Pros
The interface feels polished and the overall experience is very user-friendly so getting around the platform is simple. The free plan is excellent if you only need the basics and the email builder works really well. Campaign management is great, contact management is well organized and having multiple lists plus segmentation makes it very useful. It also integrates nicely with other software, Mandrill has been reliable for transactional email, the support team has been helpful and overall it delivers excellent value.
Cons
Honestly, the only downside that comes to mind is that it might not be feature-rich enough for a very large company with more advanced needs. That said, businesses at that scale would probably choose an enterprise-level platform anyway. Other than that, we really do not have anything negative to say about it based on how we used it for our business.

Sending sale updates to all of our clients at once has been such a huge improvement for us. When we first launched the business, I was handling everything by text and messaging each person one by one. Once the business started growing, doing that manually became overwhelming and took way too much time. We're honestly obsessed with how simple it makes it to send out emails.
Cons
One part I wasn't crazy about was the newsletter design area. I wish I could place multiple items on the same line instead of having to make a new line every single time. It's not a major issue though because the newsletters still end up looking amazing.
