“Great for beginners and agencies”
Pros
As an email marketing solution, it has been excellent both for someone just starting out and for agencies managing a lot of early-stage clients. Once things get into more advanced automation, it can start to feel like a more mature solution may be needed. Still, it's the right place to go for attractive email designs and a easy interface. The platform is consistently simple to navigate and feels very simple. I rarely run into anything that doesn't work the way it should. It's dependable and I always have a clear sense of what to expect while working in it.
Cons
A feature that would really help is the ability, when sending through Zapier or WordPress, to update tags for contacts already on an existing list without having to create a separate list. A visual automation builder would also be a welcome addition. I'd also like it to offer manual domain verification. Right now, having to create an email first and then import it into the system can be confusing especially for newer users. It would also be useful to have a manual nameserver verification option available.

“Complete email marketing solution”
Pros
For me, it covers all the essentials an email marketer needs, from great customization features to templates and models that can be adapted without much effort. I'd definitely recommend it to small businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs. At the same time, plenty of larger companies rely on it for high-volume marketing campaigns and it has helped them achieve strong results.
Cons
This tool is a really capable tool but the visual style doesn't appeal to me much. The graphics feel a bit stuck in a mid-20th-century design era. Since a lot of today's users are millennials and Gen Z, I'd suggest the it design team refresh the visuals to make the platform feel more modern and user-friendly.

“Easy automation and analytics”
Pros
Getting started with this software is quick and using it feels very easy. The editor, templates and different email types give plenty of flexibility, while the high level of automation saves a lot of time. The analytics are also really useful and make it easier to track performance.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price. Another small frustration is that some features are tucked away in menus so every now and then I end up googling where a specific option is located.

“User-friendly marketing integrations”
Pros
I've found it to be a very user-friendly platform to work with. It brings together geo-tracking, Google Analytics and social media integrations in one place which really helps build high-performing marketing strategies for an e-commerce business. The flexible pricing is also a big plus.
Cons
One challenge comes up when trying to scale your marketing efforts especially as your subscribers, emails and overall numbers start increasing. At that point, managing campaigns can become a bit more difficult.

“Customizable all-in-one platform”
Pros
Having everything in one place for content marketing has been really useful and the platform is highly customizable. It also integrates well with just about any other software you might already be using for subscription management or other marketing CRM needs.
Cons
Once you start building a lot of different segments, it can become confusing to keep track of everything. Better filtering and sorting options would make it much more user-friendly.

“Clean design and fair pricing”
Pros
The polished interface is one of the first things that stood out to me and the overall user experience feels very well put together. The pricing is reasonable too especially when compared with other platforms that can cost quite a bit more.
Cons
I think it could definitely improve our email deliverability especially getting messages into the primary inbox instead of the promotions tab.

“Comprehensive tools”
Pros
Range of features really stands out because it lets me do more than just send newsletters. I can add links to specific words, include different social media links in my emails and keep track of how many people subscribe to my newsletter. It also shows me how many recipients actually open what I send which is very helpful.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the fact that I can't edit imported pictures directly in my newsletter.

“All-in-one marketing platform”
Pros
After trying quite a few email marketing platforms as an internet marketer, it has really stood out because of how much it brings together in one place. Creating, sending and analyzing emails and ad campaigns all happen within the same platform which makes the whole process much more efficient. It has also been very useful for building sign-up forms with attractive pop-ups and well-designed templates. The free plan allowing up to 1,000 subscribers is a big plus for anyone who wants to test how effective it is before paying for an upgrade. Customer support has also been very responsive and that matters a lot to users like me. On top of that, it connects well with other tools and importing contact lists from other platforms is simple.
Cons
As it continues to add improvements and new updates, the platform is starting to feel a bit overloaded with features. It almost comes across like a programmer's workspace now and I don't think that is a good thing. For someone new to the platform, it can feel confusing and that may end up slowing down adoption and making user growth harder.

“This tool delivers and tracks brilliantly!!”
Pros
This tool has been a fantastic option for me because it's affordable, fully customizable with my own branding and very reliable. One thing I really appreciate is that emails actually make it past spam filters. It also gives detailed tracking from the moment a campaign is sent, including how many times the same person opened the email and which devices they used.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about it. I absolutely love this product.

“must-have for startup outreach”
Pros
Getting a startup off the ground is a lot easier with it especially when it comes to handling email outreach and keeping campaigns organized.

Every now and then, it flags an opt-out incorrectly so you can end up with a few false positives when a customer says they want to unsubscribe.

“powerful all-in-one marketing hub”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is how complete the platform feels. It's incredibly versatile and works well for building webpage templates, emails, funnels and more. From what I've seen, it stands out as the number one all-in-one marketing tool.
Cons
The downside is the price. It is expensive and while that may be acceptable if it brings back 10x the investment, other all-in-one marketing platforms can sometimes generate 20x or even 30x returns with the same level of conversion.

“customizable emails and smart grouping”
Pros
Using it for our internal company communications worked well overall. The emails were highly customizable and setting up different audience groups was easy which made organizing communication much more convenient.
Cons
Reporting side of it wasn't our favorite and we felt Omnisend offered more in that area which is ultimately why we decided to switch.

“strong deliverability but basic analytics”
Pros
it is one of the better email marketing tools to start with. It supports building email templates, landing pages, sign-up forms, surveys and also lets you run A/B tests. Compared with many other email marketing platforms, its email deliverability rate has been excellent.
Cons
List segmentation is quite limited which is a downside. Reporting and analytics feel very basic and a lot of channels like push notifications and SMS are not included.

“powerful email campaign kickoff”
Pros
Launching an integrated email campaign is easy. Connecting it to a website, importing contacts and sending that first email all happens without much effort.
Cons
Where it gets frustrating is contact management. Cleaning up the database and removing certain contacts is really tough and it should be much simpler to filter, select and delete people.

“flexible features we really loved”
Pros
From the start, we loved just about everything about this software, how flexible it is, how simple it is to use and the range of features it offers. That worked really well for us up until we hit 2,000 contacts and no longer qualified for all of the "free" features.
Cons
Overall, we genuinely liked this software. The issue was that, as a quarterly magazine sent out only four times a year to around 5,000 subscribers (or "contacts"), it's pricing structure just didn't fit the way we operate. Instead of being charged based on contact count, we needed pricing based on the number of campaigns we actually send. it wasn't designed around that model. On the positive side, it did make it helpful and easy to export our contacts to another software provider.

“powerful campaigns and postcard tools”
Pros
Getting around this software doesn't take any technical background at all and you definitely don't need coding knowledge to create and build campaigns. One feature I really enjoy is the option to send postcards for thank-yous or anniversaries and it's also very helpful that you can track who viewed and opened an email.
Cons
Pricing feels pretty high for the number of users you have or the volume of messages you send. Also some features are locked behind specific membership tiers which can be frustrating.
