“simple outreach for our business”
Pros
Being brand new to a service like this, it still felt very easy to use. It made it simple for my husband and me to connect with people who were interested in our business.
Cons
There really wasn't much to complain about. Any problems I ran into were mostly due to user error on my part since I was still learning the software.

“Guided customer engagement platform”
Pros
Among the marketing platforms we've used, this has been one of the most efficient and effective. It connects well with a range of other platforms which has really helped guide our social outreach efforts. It also pushed us to put more value on our customers by building detailed customer profiles and engaging with them more personally. Because of that, we've been able to capture more of their attention and handle our interactions with them much better.
Cons
The licensing terms are not especially user-friendly so that's something you definitely need to keep in mind. Aside from that, we really haven't run into any issues that couldn't be resolved.

“budget-friendly contact pricing”
Pros
This software is a really great option if you're working with a smaller budget. It gives you access to the basic features at little to no cost which is a big plus. I also appreciate that the pricing depends on how many contacts you have since that feels fair and makes the cost easier to manage.
Cons
After the dashboard was redesigned, it felt a little confusing to navigate. I also never fully understood how tags worked or what real benefit they were supposed to provide even though I was still being pushed to use them.

“perfect for solo practice”
Pros
Running a solo practice, this software has been a really great fit. It's very simple to use, yet it still gives off the polished, professional feel of email platforms that usually come with a price tag. The free features cover most of what I need and being able to bring in contacts from the other programs I already use is a big plus.
Cons
For larger-scale marketing though, it probably wouldn't be the best option. The pricing would likely end up being higher than other paid services and the automation side has less flexibility for more advanced marketing needs.

“helpful email management hub”
Pros
Having everything for email management in one place makes it much simpler to stay on top of client communication, retain customers and manage all our emails efficiently.
Cons
It could be a bit more user-friendly and there are still some missing features that other competing software already includes.

“fantastic for mailers and tracking”
Pros
It is available for free at our current level of use and customization is a big plus and honestly, if we were a larger organization, I'd still be perfectly happy paying for it. At this point, I really don't see any reason to switch to anything else. It's simple to work with, produces professional-looking mailers and does a great job with tracking. Another part I really appreciate is how easy it is to go back and review past mailers on a page you can also share with prospective partners to highlight previous marketing campaigns.
Cons
About the only "complaint" I have is that they don't keep me updated more often through mailing campaigns and yes, that's meant as a joke though not a very good one. I'm sure there are areas that could be improved but nothing comes to mind right now. If there were any major problems, I'd definitely be talking about them here.

“kept our pubquiz going”
Pros
When lockdown hit at the start of 2020, this helped us keep our business running through email. We were able to move our pub quiz online, stay connected with our customers and get them signed up for the quiz without losing momentum.
Cons
One limitation is that we still rely on a separate system for billing and sending confirmation emails with a unique code. As far as I know, that part can't be automated right now. It would be much better if we could upload the unique code into the platform and trigger the mailing list to send automatically whenever a new upload is added.

“helpful crm for beginners”
Pros
This CRM has been a really great option. The dashboard is fairly simple and it shows the key metrics right away which makes it easier to keep track of things. It also costs less than a lot of competing tools which is a big plus. Another feature I've really appreciated is the one that suggests the best time to post.
Cons
A few marketing automation features really should be included in the basic plan. I also wish the UI felt more polished and that the platform came with a broader set of features.

“email campaigns made simple”
Pros
Putting together an email campaign was really easy and uploading our customer list to send mass emails about upcoming company events was just as convenient.
Cons
Some templates didn't feel all that strong at first although there are more choices once you dig around. It would still be better to have additional customization options.

“useful features and flexible plans”
Pros
Navigating the platform is generally easy and I like that it comes with a lot of useful features even on the free plans. It's also convenient for subscribers to update or change their subscription preferences without much trouble.
Cons
It can feel confusing at first especially when you're just getting started. On top of that, there's little to no customer support for free users which can make things difficult for anyone considering upgrading to a premium plan.

“Perfect analytics and targeting”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels user-friendly and the analytics are really strong. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to group customers together so we can send more targeted, selective email campaigns.
Cons
The only thing I'd like to see improved is the email builder. It would be better if there were more layout options available so emails could feel more interactive and playful which would help capture the audience's attention more effectively.

Pros
The setup process took almost no effort for me and getting everything up and running was really easy. The whole system feels very user-friendly and the interface looks polished and pleasant to work with.

“affordable but limited email tool”
Pros
Low cost of getting started is one of the things I appreciate most since the initial setup and implementation are fairly budget-friendly.
Cons
Using this email platform wasn't very simple which matched the lower price in some ways. For example, when creating an email template, there's no undo option so one mistake can mean starting from scratch. Customer support is completely absent and the software itself is pretty limited in terms of features. I eventually moved over to Constant Contact. Even though it was more expensive upfront, it saved me a lot more time over time.

“fast templates and great automation”
Pros
One of the best parts is the library of pre-made design templates which lets us get started within seconds. For easy communication, the email templates are often all we need and putting everything together is just a matter of dragging and dropping our assets. On top of that, the automation tools are very capable. We can segment our audiences and send targeted emails with confidence that the content will be relevant to the people receiving them.
Cons
This is a drag-and-drop design platform so assets have to fit into fairly limited sections. It also does not support HTML or CSS customization. If you want to build something more visually dynamic or highly customized, you will probably need to look at a different tool.

“powerful marketing features”
Pros
After using it for more than a year, I'm still really impressed with its email marketing and ad campaign capabilities. They've added even more useful features over time which has been helpful for growing and marketing our business. It also connects with a wide range of integrations which makes it even more valuable.
Cons
Only real downside I ran into was the upfront cost of upgrading to a better plan. On top of that, the interface was pretty hard to learn at first although once I spent some time using it and getting familiar with it, things became much better.

“customer satisfaction!!”
Pros
Using this software feels incredibly simple and in a competitive trade, that kind of simplicity makes a huge difference. It almost has a video game feel to it, where the whole point is to keep pushing toward better customer satisfaction.
Cons
there aren't any downsides. It stands out as the best option in its class and it's something any entrepreneur could start using right away.

“branded emails with powerful features”
Pros
When we brought it in for our nonprofit, the goal was to move beyond plain text emails and create messages that actually looked polished and well designed. The email templates were a big plus and we could customize them to match our organization's branding really well. we're still only using a small portion of everything the platform can do. Every few months, whenever we get a little time, we explore another feature or two. A lot of the things that seemed intimidating at first, like A/B testing and segmentation, turned out to be much simpler to set up than we expected and the basic guidance built into it was enough to get us going. Anytime I needed more detail, there were also plenty of helpful video tutorials online.
Cons
Reporting hasn't been my favorite part although I'll admit I haven't spent much time figuring out whether there are better customization options available so some of that may be on me. I also wish changing template sections from one column to two or three was more flexible since right now it feels like you have to build an entirely new template just to make that kind of layout adjustment.

“Capable marketing campaign tools”
Pros
I use this platform very often for different marketing campaigns and for building sales funnels and it has been working really well. Features like segmentation, email tracking and similar tools are especially useful.
Cons

“simple campaign workflow”
Pros
Putting campaigns together on this platform feels very easy. Copying templates, choosing the right audience and getting everything ready is all very user-friendly. It took me a few hours to really learn my way around it but after that it became part of my daily routine and at this point I honestly rely on it for staying in touch with my customer base on a regular basis.
Cons
One problem I still run into is that some campaigns seem to land in my audience's spam or junk folders. It may be something that can be adjusted on the backend but based on the reporting, my reach doesn't seem to be as strong as it could be.
