“flexible email templates”
Pros
Right away, the huge selection of templates made email design much more manageable. Once an email is built, it's really easy to duplicate it or use those templates again for new campaigns. The editor uses separate content blocks that can be moved around with simple click-and-drag controls which makes arranging everything feel very natural. It's also convenient to switch between text boxes, bordered sections, images, images with captions and similar elements. I also appreciate being able to adjust the balance between the image and caption areas. Changing background colors, font colors and other visual details is simple too. There's enough flexibility to make each email feel original without making the process overwhelming. Another feature I really enjoy is being able to publish directly to Facebook. On top of that, the option to send multiple test emails to different people is very helpful for getting feedback and checking how everything looks before sending the final version.
Cons
At times, I wish there were more precise controls for resizing pictures to the exact dimensions I want within the frame. It's something I've definitely had to find workarounds for.

“Great start for email lists”
Pros
This platform makes it easy to begin building an email list and marketing to subscribers effectively. It gives you everything needed to get started, feels simple and practical and covers the core features you need right from the start.
Cons
This works really well for smaller email marketing setups but once your list gets bigger and things become more complex with segmented lists, tags, conditional logic and advanced sequences, you may end up needing a different tool that offers more power.

“reliable email fit with outlook”
Pros
Across all of our email tasks, this has been a really great option. It's customizable, easy to work with and integrates well with Outlook.
Cons
Honestly not much to complain about. The only issue that comes up once in a while is having trouble accessing the web client but that's about it.

“powerful campaigns and smart tagging”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how it lets you build both simple email campaigns and more advanced automated drip sequences without much hassle. It has worked really well for us and using tags to segment customers makes targeting the right audience very manageable.
Cons
Integrations are easy to set up but I do wish it included a list-cleaning tool that wouldn't put your domain at risk. When we first imported our email list, we hadn't cleaned it beforehand and ended up getting flagged. Thankfully, the support team helped us get through the issue.

“all-in-one lead capture powerhouse”
Pros
Capturing leads with this platform has been excellent. It lets you build a website or a sales funnel right inside the system which is really convenient. The drag-and-drop tools make it simple to customize pages exactly the way you want them and the interface is clear and easy to follow. You can also create emails to reply to all the contacts you've collected. It really feels like a true all-in-one solution.
Cons
Navigating the mobile version is a bit more challenging than using it on desktop.

“clean UI and rich reporting”
Pros
It feels like excellent value for the money and I'd definitely recommend this software to anyone looking to grow their audience.
Cons
Everything feels spot on. The interface is clean and visually appealing and it's nice how many other services it connects with. You can build and schedule campaigns easily, the reporting is detailed and the templates can be edited visually without writing a single line of code.

“helpful email automation”
Pros
After upgrading from the free plan to one of the paid packages, setting up email sequences that automatically went out to new sign-ups was fairly easy.
Cons
It was a little fiddly to learn at first. The email builder is decent but it feels limited because it works on the same platform as WordPress. Luckily, I already use WordPress so I could understand it. Like most tools, it makes sense once you know how it works but it can be pretty confusing before that.

“excellent design and reliable delivery”
Pros
Web and app versions both look fantastic, with really polished design and graphics. Support has also been very helpful and email delivery to recipients has been great.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that the HTML editor is only included in the paid plans which honestly feels pretty inconvenient. It would also help a lot to have an email validation service available in those paid plans. I actually got banned because of this even though my customers were receiving the emails and I have full legal permission to contact them. Customer service told me I should use a double opt-in process, despite the fact that my audience is already over 10,000 emails. Another feature I'm still hoping to see soon is a real-time world map showing opens and clicks.

“terrible customer support experience”
Pros
We originally went with them because they were the only real option available at the time and they were partnered with Shopify. Then last year Shopify removed them from the platform which honestly was probably because of the issue mentioned below.
Cons
This has been by far the worst customer service experience we've ever dealt with. Try finding a phone number for them and you'll see the problem right away. There's probably a reason a billion-dollar company doesn't publish one and it feels like that reason is just how bad the customer support experience really is.

“powerful email tools that deliver”
Pros
Getting up and running with it is incredibly easy especially when it comes to staying in touch with subscribers. Signing up and unsubscribing are both handled in simple, user-friendly ways. It also goes far beyond being just an outbound email platform. The email templates make it possible for an organisation to create professional, branded communications quickly and without extra cost. The functionality is powerful while still being approachable so users can set up onboarding journeys and automate messages for new subscribers without much difficulty. Setting up multiple email accounts is also very simple. On top of that, subscriber management intelligently checks incoming contacts and filters out those showing patterns related to unsubscribes or spam complaints. The API integration is already built in and works with most major platforms and when there is no direct connection, tools like Zapier can be used to automate workflows. That makes it possible to link systems together and pass information, including unsubscribe data, back into your CRM for example.
Cons
One downside, if anything, is that many users probably do not take full advantage of all the features available. The platform has expanded its functionality while still keeping everything easy to adopt so there is a lot there to use. They have also adjusted pricing and limited some features on the lower or free plans although that feels fair overall. It is just important to pick the right pricing option, whether that is monthly or pay-as-you-go, based on what your needs actually are.

“confusing layout and strict review process”
Pros
It's a very modern email marketing platform with an all-in-one set of marketing tools available once you subscribe to a plan. Importing a contact list is fairly easy and there's good flexibility when it comes to designing email templates and sending campaigns out.
Cons
Layout feels quite different from other, more structured email marketing platforms and that made it harder to feel comfortable using. At times the software was confusing especially as a beginner just getting started with email campaigns and a lot of the functions take time to understand because they feel fairly complicated. The platform also seemed overly strict. One of my email campaigns was blocked by mistake during review because they said the content included MLM-related material which was completely incorrect. Since I was still on the free trial, I reached out to support and found out I couldn't really get any help because I wasn't a paying customer yet. That lack of assistance was really frustrating and ended up creating a poor first experience as a new user.

“clean newsletters with useful analytics”
Pros
Creating polished emails and newsletters for clients is something I really appreciate with this software. It also makes it simple to segment our client list and search through contacts whenever needed. On top of that, the analytics provide helpful insights.
Cons
At times, I wish there were a bit more room for creativity and flexibility in the email design options although I do genuinely like the clean overall look of the emails.

“perfect for customer updates”
Pros
Running a small handmade business, I rely on the free version to send updates and information to customers and it does exactly what I need. Staying connected with people who are already interested in my business is really important and this has been very effective for that. There are plenty of features I still haven't explored but the platform is user-friendly, from managing my audience to using the email templates.
Cons
It offers a lot more than I've had the chance to dig into but for the simple email campaigns I send, I really haven't run into any major downsides.

“Great email marketing option”
Pros
Getting started with the core features is pretty easy which makes it accessible for most basic use cases. The list segmentation and management tools are especially useful. The templates are good enough for most small business needs and they help get campaigns up and running fairly quickly. If your CRM doesn't include email marketing, this is a great option to consider.
Cons
While the basics are fairly simple to pick up, there are definitely points in the process where things become confusing. It's worth watching a few setup videos first so everything is configured properly because fixing mistakes later can be frustrating. Once you want to move beyond the built-in templates, creating custom ones can be a real hassle. A lot of that seems to come from some odd UI quirks that make the platform harder to understand than it should be.

“reliable layout and free access”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is that it's free and fairly easy to work with. They also don't keep redesigning the interface all the time so if I only log in once every couple of months, everything is still right where I expect it to be.
Cons
Biggest frustration has been that a lot of my marketing emails end up in junk folders especially for people using Gmail. My client list is only around 1,400 contacts and I send maybe five emails a year so this is definitely not a spam situation. It really seems like something is off in the way the platform and Gmail handle each other because even people who actually want to receive my emails often miss them when Gmail sends them straight to junk. I'm also sending from a legitimate domain and email address, not anything random or suspicious. Because of that, I honestly had better delivery results just doing a mail merge through Outlook and Word. A lot of people point to the marketing and tracking tools as the reason to use this but those features aren't really important for the way I use it.
