“The best email builder I've used”
Pros
After working in a lot of other programs over the years, this is hands down the best email builder I've used. Nothing else has felt as convenient or produced the same level of visual quality. The audience management tools are easy and accessible and the analytics have been incredibly useful for learning and improving. Most of my experience has been with the email builder itself though so I haven't explored enough of the other marketing features to really comment on them.
Cons
Only a handful of things feel missing and they're minor compared with how powerful the platform is overall. I'd really like the ability to use an image as an email background, attach files directly to emails like PDFs, images, or other documents and embed more types of content in the code widget, such as a PDF flipbook like Flipsnack or videos from platforms beyond YouTube, like Wistia. Even with those limitations, my overall experience with the platform has been extremely positive and these feel more like small wishlist items than serious complaints.

“Effortless campaigns with strong automation”
Pros
Running email campaigns feels effortless with this platform. The e-newsletter templates are very user-friendly and the automations and integrations make it simple to reach our audience quickly and effectively through email which has been a huge plus.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across anything I dislike or would suggest changing. It has been an incredibly useful tool overall.

“Making email marketing approachable”
Pros
Getting started with this tool is really easy and user-friendly. Even someone on the team without much experience can put together and send clear, attractive messages without much trouble.
Cons
The designs included in the program are really good but it would be better to have more template options available. It's also not very clear how to integrate social media posts into an email.

“Flexible templates that save time”
Pros
A feature I really appreciate on this platform is being able to spot a template, reuse it later and adjust it however I need. That ends up saving me a lot of time overall.
Cons
I do wish the email editor offered more font options and a wider range of font colors. Editing text can also feel a bit tedious at times.

“Budget-friendly and easy to manage”
Pros
Switching from Constant Contact made sense for us because this option costs less and connects with our database. We also use a third-party tool that syncs it with our church database which means we only have one database to keep up with. For our needs, the software is free and that has been fantastic since it helps us be responsible and careful with our budget.
Cons
A few features are inconsistent and don't always work the way they should. Even something basic like right-aligning a photo can fail so I end up using a workaround to make it happen. Most of the time the software does what it's supposed to do but there are still occasional errors where certain functions don't behave properly.

“Still my preferred marketing platform”
Pros
Free version of the small business has been amazing for me. It's very simple to use and I've stuck with it for years. I've tested other options here and there just to compare but I always end up coming back to this one.
Cons
One thing I still wish worked better is video uploads. It says that feature should be available but I haven't been able to get it to work. Customer service can also be a bit slow and sometimes difficult to reach.

“Professional emails from anywhere”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels very simple and using it is simple overall. Having a mobile app is also really convenient because I can access things on the go. On top of that, the emails come out looking polished, attractive and very professional.
Cons
As a Shopify store owner, the lack of proper Shopify integration was a real downside. I had to rely on Zapier just to connect my shop with the platform which added extra hassle. That's ultimately why I moved over to Klaviyo since its Shopify integration works much better even though the emails there don't look nearly as polished.

“More than just email software”
Pros
This is a great starting point when all you need are the basics, like sending a few broadcast emails and setting up simple automated welcome messages. It connects with almost everything and there are plenty of useful tips built in to help you get more value from the platform. The reports are clear and easy and I appreciate that it also recommends ways to improve email performance. On top of that, it can work as an all-in-one tool for landing pages, websites and even social media scheduling.
Cons
There is definitely a bit more of a learning curve than it first appears. It doesn't take too long to get comfortable with but it still feels like there are always more features I could be using better. The pricing can also climb pretty fast if you want more advanced options like complex automations. And while it works best for email marketing, the landing page and website builder parts felt a little frustrating to me.

“A practical fit for growing organizations”
Pros
Running a small business, this has been a very user-friendly option for email marketing. It works especially well for small business owners, non-profits and mid-sized companies that need a great solution without stepping up to an enterprise-level platform. It's also a really good choice if you don't have a massive subscriber base and want something that fits those needs well.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a larger template selection, along with more drag-and-drop flexibility for elements like stacking content and building columns.

“Reliable email management year after year”
Pros
The interface is really well done and it covers everything we need for Afton Tickets and Afton Shows when it comes to managing email lists and sending campaigns. The reporting is also excellent and we've relied on this platform for many years.
Cons
Feature-wise, I can't think of anything missing. My only complaint is the pricing setup, they charge per contact which isn't ideal when you have a large list but only send a small number of emails each month. I'd much rather they bill based on emails sent instead of contact count.

“Creating polished emails with ease”
Pros
Putting together and sending emails that look polished and professional is very easy.
Cons
Audience organization is where things get really messy. Creating and managing groups or subsections feels confusing and splitting people into segments you can quickly select for emails is not simple at all. The graphic editor is also pretty confusing especially when trying to figure out how something will look in the final window, you have to resize by pixels instead of simply dragging a corner. Anything resembling a stationery-style effect is surprisingly hard to create. The required "body parts" each needing an assigned image makes the process feel even more awkward. Formatting text can be frustrating too since centering or justifying sections often ends up requiring HTML edits. There's also no indent feature which would be incredibly useful for quotes so that has to be handled in HTML as well. I really wish there were a way to copy and paste blocks from previous campaigns or save them as reusable blocks to insert later because that would be amazing.

“Strong foundations for email automation”
Pros
Marketing automation works well overall even though I'd still like to see more advanced capabilities. The newer Customer Journey feature moves things in the right direction but it still doesn't feel fully developed enough to rely on yet. Building emails is easy and the templates are great too.
Cons
Reporting is the part that feels limited. I get that upgrading to a higher-tier plan would unlock more reporting options but on the Standard Plan it's still pretty basic.

“Campaign management made simple”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that people can subscribe or remove themselves whenever they want so I do not have to handle those removals myself which is fantastic. Sending out a campaign by email is also very simple and checking the results afterward is just as easy.
Cons
After using this software for 10 years, I do wish the website layout had stayed the same. Not having to relearn where things are would have been nice even though I understand that expecting no changes at all is probably not realistic.

“Helping businesses connect and grow”
Pros
Using this platform feels very easy and it lets you segment your target audience while giving you analytics that help you reach your goals. These days, digital marketing would be hard to fully understand or apply without a tool like this. The paid plans are affordable and you get plenty of value no matter what kind of business you are building since it helps you stay closer to your customers and audiences while giving you the chance to increase leads, strengthen brand loyalty and boost sales.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about this program. It has given me far more advantages than drawbacks.

Pros
Right away, this software fit nicely into our social media campaigns. It was simple to embed and we were able to track interactions and capture leads without having to chase anyone down or beg for results.

“top-tier mailing list tools”
Pros
Just about every tool or feature you'd want for managing mailing lists is included. It's the leader in this space for a reason, the features are polished, reliable and among the best available.
Cons
That level of quality comes at a price. If your mailing list is large, the monthly cost can run into the hundreds of dollars even during periods when you're not sending any newsletters.

“Complete marketing platform for growing businesses”
Pros
Right from the free plan, this platform has been a big help for my business. Being able to send up to 2,000 emails per month at no cost is something I really appreciate. The interface is very clean, simple to understand and friendly for pretty much anyone to use. The drag-and-drop builder is also really practical because it makes creating emails quick and easy. I also value the integrations with many popular platforms since it keeps everything in one place and removes the need to use other tools. It lets me create and grow a contact list for marketing campaigns and promotions, while also helping me stay connected with customers. The email automation features and campaign performance analysis are very useful and the large selection of templates means I rarely have to build anything from scratch. I get a lot of insight into my promotions and can clearly see which ones perform best which has helped me focus more on my winning products. It has genuinely helped me solve marketing challenges, move closer to my business goals and build a strong reputation. At this point, I would not want to switch to another platform because my customers already recognize the emails I send through it. On top of that, their support team is excellent and they provide plenty of tutorials and blog content to make the platform easier to understand.
Cons
One area that could still be better is the reporting system because the data does not always seem fully accurate. I would also like more flexibility and control when building email automations. Aside from that, they are doing a very good job and I can see they continue adding useful features. It really feels like they listen to users and keep improving the product based on what we actually need for a better experience.

“Strong foundation for email marketing”
Pros
Free plan has been a big plus for us especially when it comes to building a mailing list. It also comes with a few basic automation tools which really help when setting up those first workflows and getting things organized early on.
Cons
Customizing the design of individual emails can be tricky and feels a bit limited. You're mostly confined to certain templates and formats which gets frustrating when your business doesn't really fit into those preset categories. It would be much better with a little more flexibility here.

Pros
Among the tools I've used for email campaigns, this one stands out as the best. It lets you track open rates and bounce rates without any hassle which makes analyzing campaign performance much more effective.
