“TOP NOTCH product with great support team

We signed up with this tool to send transactional emails to our B2B customers. Once we got started, we realized it was mainly built for marketing emails and my dev team hit a bunch of roadblocks. We just kept sending tickets to their support asking for new features, fully expecting them to eventually tell us "no, we can't do that." But they never did! They took all of our enhancement requests, built them quickly and never messed up our timeline. It's now running perfectly in production. I'd give more than five stars if I could!

Pros

First off, this app works great for what it's meant to do. We've been using it for over five years and have never had a problem sending emails. It has so many options it can feel a bit overwhelming at first but the documentation is good and their support is always quick to help. The team has even reached out during big updates to help us understand new features and make our setup better.

Have not come across any drawbacks so far. My experience using the platform was great.

I use it to run all our bulk email campaigns directly from Salesforce. It lets me schedule emails, track their performance and customize templates easily. What's great is that it ensures our emails actually get delivered, keeps us compliant with regulations and provides really detailed analytics. For me it's just a reliable tool that consistently delivers results.

No complaints. It is excellent. I switched from a much pricier service and it performs just as well in every aspect.

“User-friendly & automates tasks perfectly

Pros

We have a pretty unique sales model and could never find an easy way to automate our emails. MassMailer finally filled that gap for us. Now we can target customers in a really specific way using cross-object filters and contact roles. It has saved our enrollment and student accounts teams a ton of manual work.

I've been using this app for over a year now and I can't recommend it enough. Its mailing power is better than any other app or website I've ever used. The spam rates are INCREDIBLY low. All the reporting is extensive, detailed and easy to use. I honestly couldn't run my high-volume department without this app!

There is nothing about this service that I dislike as it was extremely convenient for my needs.

This has been a perfect fit for our email needs. It blends right into our workflow and makes everything easy. The platform is simple and just works without any issue. The support from the team, especially Siva is outstanding. He helped us move all our emails over to Salesforce smoothly and was there to help with every step. In short, it's a no-fuss solution that you can also build out to fit your specific needs. It does the job well and the support is always there when you need it.

I cannot really think of a downside. While other services might have more advanced capabilities, this site is perfect if you want something simple and direct.

“Ideal add-on for sending mass emails

This tool is so easy to use and their customer support is excellent. My favorite part is how well it can filter contacts to find our exact target audience for every mass email. We also love all the tracking and trending options it gives us.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the platform does not support uploading a document and then making edits to it directly.

This is one of the best email solutions for Salesforce we've found. They work with you directly for the integration and setup which is a huge help. We use it to send about 200,000 emails a month and it works perfectly for that, especially with SendGrid as the backbone.

Our company recently switched from MailChimp to MassMailer and Siva worked with us every step of the way. He gave us demos, answered a million questions and even met with our team to help with the setup. He's still helping us streamline things. There is a steep learning curve like another review mentioned but Siva has made a bunch of tutorials. We've also submitted help tickets and reached out to him directly for trickier stuff and he's always been super responsive. Building templates in it is similar to MailChimp and you can use HTML if you need to. Our customers have given us positive feedback and the campaign analytics are extremely useful and accurate.

On top of being easy to use, it simply meets all of our different email marketing needs. The support team is fantastic and they respond quickly and fix any issues right away which makes everything seamless. Everyone on my team who uses it loves it.
