fantastic help from their team

Pros

We had a formatting problem that was causing big issues in our workflow. It took a little while to get an initial response (which is pretty common these days) but I heard back from the team in less than 12 hours with super clear instructions to fix our issue. The email communication was top-notch as we worked it out. I definitely feel confident that their team will be there to help us with future problems.

Cons

Nothing really comes to my mind as a downside, the system is very easy for anyone to use.

Wonderful product

Pros

The product is awesome. It's by far the best email tool for Salesforce on the market and the customer service is just as great.

Cons

I am completely hooked on this platform. It is both user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility. So no complaints.

Exceptional tool and fantastic experience

Pros

As a Salesforce consultant, I have worked with many vendors especially those focused on mass mailing. Most of these tools had issues making it hard to find one that's both easy to use and has a reliable support team. Plus it stands out because its features are built directly into Salesforce, setup is easy and their support team is always quick to help. I have been really impressed with both the product and the team behind it.

Cons

I really wish I had discovered this tool earlier in my Salesforce consulting career.

Pros

It is a good tool as it helps overcoming Salesforce's limitations and managing file attachments efficiently.

Cons

Everything works great for sales and marketing campaigns. So there are no downsides at all.

perfect for email use

Pros

In a short time these tools have become essential to our daily processes. We were able to create call lists based on how contacts interacted with emails whether they clicked or opened them. MassMailer along with SendGrid, offered this tool at a very affordable price compared to others. Plus with just a few clicks we could send emails to a large group of Salesforce contacts or leads. The feedback we have received from customers about how easy it is to use has been fantastic.

Cons

We had a problem earlier with saving modified templates but with the support teams help, we managed to fix it. The setup process is also a bit complicated but that is where the amazing tech support comes in. One limitation is that you cannot have more than nine items in the filter logic or nothing will show up. Also the fields are not in alphabetical order which can be confusing. Despite these challenges, it delivers on its promises.
