Easy to use - great support system for Salesforce

Pros

Easy to use and the team is very supportive. Easy to work with and quick responses.

Cons

Replies can sometimes take up to 24hrs at the most.

Highly Reccomend

Pros

We have been using this tool for a couple years now, This tool is constantly updated new features are constantly being added. Whenever support is needed they are quickly responsive and effectively resolve whatever is needed. We recently had an urgent need to send many more emails then we usually send and mass mailer team upped our limit within an hour. Currently I am loving the custom template option. Templates can be created within the mass mailer app and attachements can be added too. Originally we needed to be able to send mass emails to addresses in custom fields on a weekly basis. We needed a way to define the accounts that would be included in the mass email with many criteria. Mass mailer set us up quickly and whenever we needed extra help they were available right away. The user interface is very easy to use and provides many options. Best part is that we can manipulate who the sender of the email is and where the reply should be sent back to. The tool is very powerful and has so many options. They give great ongoing support, I would recommend this service to all.

We are looking forward to the mass SMS feature

reliable and well-supported platform

Pros

I've been using this service for a few years now and my overall experience has been great. The support team was really easy to work with when we were getting set up. Since we went live, we've had hardly any issues. I'm looking forward to using it for even more things in the future. I definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely essential for targeted outreach!

Pros

We use this tool to send focused emails to specific contacts. The feedback we get tells us exactly who we should call and even lets us know if someone has changed jobs. It's absolutely essential for our business. I get that it takes a little time to learn and maybe some parts could be more automated but I would still whole-heartedly recommend this software to anyone.

Cons

Little hard to learn but once youget the hang of it , everything will be so easy.

mass mailer keeps on impressing!

Pros

The Salesforce integration and the main stuff we use it for is efficient, user-friendly and powerful. But what really sets Siva and MassMailer apart is their customer service. Salesforce can be a real monster to figure out but MassMailer's support is incredible for any question you have. They're head and shoulders above the rest.

Cons

This tool reliably delivers on its core promises. We did face a couple of hurdles, such as a tricky setup but the amazing tech support was always there to guide us to a solution.

Flawless customer service

Pros

This app has been a great addition for us. The customer service has been excellent too! 10/10, I would recommend it.

Cons

There was nothing as such, maybe a little difficult to get hang of initially but over all it was a good experience. We don't think there was any issue.

It's part of my daily routine

Pros

Our organization uses MassMailer every single day and it's super valuable for how we operate. It's easy to use, has great tools for seeing how emails are performing and it just seems to keep getting better. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who needs a mass email solution.

Best support team!

Pros

Having all our mass emails sent and recorded right inside Salesforce is a huge convenience and the support team is one of the best I've ever had the chance to work with.

Cons

flexible & reliable for sending mass emails

Pros

It has been a great solution for us to send list emails from custom objects in Salesforce. Since we're an event-driven organization, we use it to talk to registrants before and after our events. The built-in analytics are awesome for seeing how our emails are doing. The Salesforce integration is smooth and being able to use it with custom objects has made our workflows so much smoother. Their customer service is also excellent & they're always responsive and helpful.

Cons

just a minor delay here and there otherwirse everything's been running smoothly and working as expected.

One of the best tools I've ever used

Pros

The app was easy to install and simple to use. We had it installed and sent out our first mass email within hours which just shows how good the user interface is. I'd recommend using this over other similar products like Mailchimp and Brevo.

Cons

A big thing to remember is you can't use more than nine filters or it just shows a blank screen. Nothing really bothers me about this tool, I'm pretty satisfied with how everything works.

Awesome tool

Pros

MassMailer is a great tool for targeting marketing emails to different clients and prospects. Its quite difficult to use but once you learn the system, it's pretty easy to operate in Salesforce and get things set up for future campaigns.

Cons

Haven't run into any problems yet though I'm still getting familiar with all the features.

super efficient for targeted campaigns

Pros

I use this app to reach out to prospects and current investors by sharing articles, webinars and event invites. It's been really helpful! Our recent November webinar had the strongest turnout ever and we got the highest number of attendees.

Massmailer has won me over!!

Pros

I've used it for several of my clients for years. It's easy to use, works great and has all the functions we need without a crazy price tag. The reports you get after sending an email are super detailed and they help us see what's working and even clean up bad email addresses. Any time I've needed help, their team responds quickly and fixes things. That's a huge reason why I always recommend MassMailer to my clients!

Give it a try, you'll be a fan

Pros

Salesforce's built-in emailing is very limited and their quote for Marketing Cloud was ridiculous compared to that this is a much more user-friendly platform and Siva has been very helpful whenever we need assistance.

Cons

My only small complaint is with the A/B testing and I wish I could see the open and click rates right in the app without having to download a report. But other than that, this is an amazing product! I use it all the time and I love it.

Great customer service & lots of high-end features

Pros

We need to use data from custom objects every single day and this tool makes it easy to handle those complex relationships. I also like how we can organize our email templates. As the admin, it's simple for me to add and remove users and finally whenever we have a question, we get a quick answer and they even offer helpful webinars.

Cons

I cannot think of any real criticisms. It consistently does what I need it to do.

my favorite app for email marketing !!

Pros

It has been a game-changer for our email marketing. Its so easy to create campaigns and the analytics give us great insight into what people are opening and clicking. The customization options are top notch, so we can really tailor our messages. Their customer support is also fantastic and they're responsive and actually solve our problems quickly. Pros
