“Beats all other autoresponders

Pros

This is by far the best autoresponder for Salesforce! We tried multiple ones with no luck until we found it. It has every feature you could need and the staff and customer service are very professional and crazy fast to help with any problem or training. Highly recommend!

Cons

No complaints at all as this is the simplest way for both you and your clients to sign things. The automatic notifications it sends throughout the process are also a great touch.

For the most part, it was pretty simple but it took a bit more time to learn than other tools out there. Building emails also felt a little limited, so we often created our own HTML and used that instead of their templates.

I am a huge fan of this tool. I've been part of a few teams that set it up and I'm always amazed at what it can do. We had this one tricky problem where we needed to send automated emails based on specific records, log them and send copies to other people. This tool is both affordable and powerful, perfect for simple or really complex tasks. The support is fantastic..

“feature-rich & user-friendly tool

Everyone at my firm finds this tool very helpful. I'm the new admin and even I found it easy to use. The setup screen is really smooth. I had to contact support a couple of weeks into the job and they got back to me right away! Oh and you gotta check out their YouTube channel & it's full of easy-to-follow training videos.

Cons

Up till now I have not found a single aspect that I dislike. The service matches exactly what I needed.

I needed an app to make building HTML drip emails easy for my non-technical team. I've been using it for a couple of years now and I am really pleased. It's so easy to use that my marketing team handles the emails and it's very reliable & never broken. Whenever I'm stuck on a merge code or have a Flow question, they get back to me the same day. Highly recommended.

Cons

Nothing in particular stood out as a negative. The simple design made everything easy to figure out and use.

This app is so well thought out and efficient. They're always making it better with new upgrades, support has been amazing, going above and beyond from the moment we installed it. They reply quickly and are always ready to help or look into an issue himself. Theyve also given us tons of resources to make everything clearer.

Customer service took the time to properly train us and get us up to speed. The app itself is simple to use and has a lot of features. I also love that we get quick replies whenever we need help troubleshooting. It's been a great experience so far.

The tool is so simple and user friendly that I do not have any cons. Overall it is perfectly functional for getting documents signed.

This app is a single solution for sending mass emails. It's reliable, performs great and is very easy to set up and use. It totally fixed our problem with Salesforce's daily email limit. I love the user-friendly template builder and being able to track if emails are delivered. It's packed with features and the support is excellent!

“Operates quickly and efficiently

Pros

Support team was so quick! They hopped on the phone with me right away, sent a Zoom link and could see my screen to diagnose the issue. Once they saw the problem, they fixed it on their end. The whole thing took like 7-10 minutes and I went from being totally frustrated to really happy.

I didn't have much experience with mass mailing but this tool made it easy to learn and get results fast. It works really well with our Salesforce data and it's simple to build templates for anything we need. The metrics it gives us are outstanding and have helped us make better decisions. Also, Siva and his support are top-notch. He made getting started simple and was always right there to help us with any questions.

“LOVE THE TOOL!

It is one of the best built and best performing apps for mass mailings. It works on all our standard and custom objects and the template builder is full-featured and extremely easy to use, our team loves it. The back end stuff is superb too, we can track deliveries and opens to get really accurate metrics. Finally the support is excellent. They reply to emails fast, keep you updated and solve problems quickly. If you need a mass mailing product, get this one!

This is a great tool for sending targeted marketing emails to different clients. Its difficult to use but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. You can set up templates to make future campaigns even simpler.

It perfectly connects Salesforce and SendGrid. The interface is ready to use and makes it easy to create great marketing emails. Siva's team has created tons of support articles and webinars that answer almost any question and if that's not enough, he is very responsive to emails. We've been using it for a couple of years now and have nothing but great things to say.

“The app is top-tier & the team too

We started using It in mid-2021 and have only had good experiences. It solved our main issue of hitting the daily email limit, which was the bare minimum we wanted. But then the MassMailer team went above and beyond by helping us set up a drip campaign using Process Builder and Flow. This has saved us so many hours of manually sending emails. It's this kind of extra effort that makes Siva and his team so great to work with.
