their customer support were so helpful! Whenever I had a question about anything, even just general Salesforce stuff, they were always available. They have been so thorough and informative! I'd be lost without them! Awesome support and I know I can always count on them. Thank you!

It is a great solution for both targeted and mass emails. It integrated into Salesforce perfectly. With the template builder and other features, it made everything so much easier and simpler. We really appreciate their support team for always clearing up any questions we had about the app.

I have not found any significant drawbacks. For my needs it has performed flawlessly.

“Love the mass email features!

One of my non-profit clients in the UK was looking to switch from Madmimi to something that worked right inside Salesforce and was easy to use. MassMailer was perfect and it let them send both targeted and mass emails from their custom objects and the price was right. It delivered on everything and they've been a happy customer for almost a year. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding. I'd happily recommend MassMailer to all my other clients.

Recent Update: We just had our training and I'm so excited! I learned about all the cool things we can do and I can not wait to create and send out my first email with pictures and graphics.

The best feature of this software is its integration with Salesforce, making it easy to send directly to email addresses on our list without having to import them into another tool.

This tool was tough for someone like me who is not very creative. Plus the interface reminded me of many other programs but building templates from scratch proved to be a bit tricky.

It has been a great solution for us. We moved from Constant Contact and found that MassMailer has everything we need to send both targeted and mass emails and for a lower cost. It integrated perfectly with Salesforce and using the template builder and segmentation tools has aligned our email sends and saved us time. Their team also gave us wonderful support during onboarding and continues to help us now.

“seamless Salesforce email solution

We found it after looking for alternatives to connect Salesforce with MailChimp. It made much more sense for us because it works better as an email service provider and lives right inside Salesforce, so we don't have to sync mailing lists or track open rates separately. It's a great app once you know how to use it. For a fast-paced place like ours, it took a little time and trial and error to learn but the online tutorials and support were excellent. Now, it's quick to set up campaigns and we have a detailed dashboard right in Salesforce showing all our open, click-through and bounce rates. We'd thoroughly recommend it and just invest a little time upfront to learn the ropes.

Our marketing team switched to this tool early this year and we've been really pleased! It provides excellent value for the cost and has all the email tools our company requires. The email template builder is clean and user-friendly and being able to use it right within Salesforce is a huge plus. Their team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have technical questions.

It is a fine tool for making your email marketing better. Setting up email automation can feel clunky sometimes but the templates are clean and it's great to be able to track deliverability. I'd say it's a good integration for your basic email marketing needs.

We recently signed up with this software after looking for a platform that would fit our needs better and so far, it's been a huge help! The platform is pretty interactive and easy to use and it gives us the flexibility to customize things without being too complicated. Siva and his team are also super helpful and quick to respond whenever we have questions or need extra support for a campaign. Great service so far!

“My best move was switching to MassMailer!

Pros

When we first started on Salesforce, our rep convinced us we needed Marketing Cloud. After a couple of years of not being able to make it work for us, we switched to this as soon as our contract ended. It works so much better for what we need and having it be native to Salesforce has been a huge plus. Support has been great, helping us through some very tricky issues. I highly recommend it!
