Amazing tool
Pros

We used to be flooded with phone calls in regards to the package arrival. Now, just when we scan the package, it sends out an email and text to the resident. Not just that, It also sends the picture of the package. It helps us keep a record of the packages which helps us to better deal with the missing packages.

Cons

Whenever I log out of a package, it freezes.

Excellent product. Great usability
Pros

It is easy to navigate and since the condition of the package can be put up, therefore, in case of a damaged package we can ask for compensation.

Cons

To my knowledge, it only syncs the residents email, but I think it would be beneficial to have it sync both email and phone number at the same time instead of manually adding the phone number.

Notifii has been a great help
Pros

It offers instant notification of the packages hence we don’t have to spend time checking and rechecking things over and over. The packages don’t sit in the office for a long period of time, it helps with the reduction of load on phone calls.

Cons

Wish it had a feature to notify past residents. Many times, we receive packages from residents who just moved out. Wish we had an option for them too.

Pros

A record is maintained to the detail of the package, where it is, check-in and check out. Saves me the trouble of calling and enquiring about it

Great product for low prices

Perfect software for my needs
Pros

Notifii has proved to be very beneficial for my condo/apartment building business. We can easily log in via phone computer or table. It has made our daily work much faster and easier. Great software for going entirely paperless without any trouble.

Efficient and easy to manage
Pros

Notifii saves us a ton of time spent in coordinating and double-checking packages. Loading packages in the system is really easy as it continues to notify residents about it. The number of packages piling up in the office has decreased.

Cons

Sometimes, the package stays in the system even if I log it out, At times it doesn’t let us update the email and cell phone numbers.

A must buy for anyone looking to track incoming packages
Pros

As an admin, I can easily add or remove users. It is very easy to use at all levels. Easy to customize down to the fields your business actually requires. User-friendly interface lets us get to things really easy and quickly. No training required, so staff members can learn to use it easily too.

Pros

I love that Notifii automatically texts and emails the resident when a new package is logged for them. I also like that the application sends them reminder notifications each day that their package is not picked up.

Cons

I wish there were an easier way to link new residents into the system.
