“Great free software but can seem complicated

The software works flawlessly for a free model. It is very simple to set up, adding media to playlists is relatively simple.

Cons

Some aspects are too complicated to understand. I wish they offered more versatile widgets.

Pros

Onsign has a lot of great tools including great features to create your own slides. We use it at a medical center. We use Onsign to display referrals on screens and to display slides for employees. The solution is very easy to use and never malfunctions.

Cons

The software doesnt have many cons, maybe other than the fact that it doesnt offer a live preview option.

Pricing is not as straightforward as youd want, however you can get a one-time lifetime plan too.

QuickEsign is very easy to get set up and any questions you have will quickly be handled by their amazing support team. Once set up, the software works seamlessly without any glitches. A great, affordable solution more offices should consider getting!

there are no cons to this app, honestly. Any issues you might encounter are dealt with and resolved by the support staff instantly.

“A very reliable solution for in-house marketing and promotion

Th company staff is among the nicest we have ever dealt with. They are always dedicated to providing you with the best experience. The software is so easy to set and use on android. We have had awful experience with digital signage before and OnSign did away with every single one of them.

Cons

There are some limitations but none of them problematic enough and customer support has been consistently helpful in resolving any issues we encounter.

I wish the system was more interactive for employees and customers. The software lacks a dashboard notifying of any inconsistencies in programming.

Takes some time to really get the hang of its working. Grouping of players is rather weak, though its not that big a problem if tagging is done right.

The software has so much to offer. It never disappoints in terms of performance. It is flexible, robust and efficient. It lets you have full control with utter ease over the content display management with hundreds of players with with differente rules, settings, and distinct campaigns.

Cons

Because of the flexibility comes complexity when you approach those hundreds of players, grouping can be confusing and overwhelming so it is advised to have a professional help you through it otherwise you might end up publishing campaigns that contradict with your desired campaigns.

From a designers perspective, OnSign has some really amazing native apps for image editing and content creation - love it.

OnSign easily beats its competition in terms of versatility, scope for customization, efficiency and the ability to run HTML content alongside images, videos, and their own apps. The app has grown tremendously within the span of few years. We absolutely love the adaptable system and the brilliant supportive team behind it.
