It allows me to easily sweep for tweets and engagements. Specifically, if its something I need to flag to my managers, I can easily flag the tweet or message and attach a note to it for context.

I would recommend Percolate to other marketing organizations because of the excellent features. Keeping information in one central place is awesome.
Cons
Uploading videos can be a little slow. The calendar needs a quarterly review.
