Pros

Textedly is easy to use and very handy. the solution is great for sending my congregation members updates regarding weather changes and closings. we also use it to send out prayer request every once in a while.

Cons

navigating homepage from a mobile phone is tricky not as smooth. the pricing is also kind of aggressive.

Pros

easy to use, simple layout helps us conveniently reach many customers with a standard text. it also offers an automatic replying feature which is very beneficial.

Cons

spam emails are a real issue with Textedly. we and our users have received tons of spam emails when we first started the trial. it is quite likely the company sells our data.

Textedly enables us to send text messages within the teams and to other employees regarding malfunctions and outages. Can always count on it to be reliably precise.

Cons

sometimes, a user would get blocked from getting the text messages without any valid reason, we are not certain if it is because of the software.

easy way to connect with customers
Pros

Textedly has been a great addition so far. The system works efficiently and smoothly. very easy to use. no complex workarounds. all you have to do is type in your text and its good to go. they offer great customer support, never disappoints. I love the reply feature and the fact that they dont charge extra for it.

Cons

There is no smartphone app for it which is kind of limiting. The photos reqs are too specific and rigid, I wish it allowed me to attach whichever format photo Id like to send.

the software is easy to use and straightforward. provides consistent performance and great customer service at a reasonable cost. we recommend more teams to use Textedly.

Cons

you cannot eliminate the keyboards once you no longer need them and they keep charging you extra for it on a monthly basis.

Excellent product
Pros

The system is quick to respond and very reliable. We use it at work to notify staff of a list of reminders, inclement weather closings, network outages, etc. Textedly allows us to reach the majority of our staff in the fastest easiest way. Customer Service is top notched. I highly recommend Textedly.

Cons

There arent any instructions or tutorials on how to set up the system so the only option you have is to try getting it right through trial and error. although, it wasnt that hard. still, a little assistance would have done us good.

Textedly enables us to bulk send texts and notify/remind our clients regarding upcoming court hearings and appointments. it is super easy to set up and use and we love the smooth functionality. highly recommended.

Cons

The character limit is too small, we hope they extend that in the future.

Textedly is highly beneficial if you are a busy person and deal with busy clients. it is easy and effective. we send our dozens of reminders regarding appointments on a daily basis.

Cons

sometimes there are delays in receiving replies to our mails. It can cause us trouble at times.

A lifesaver!
Pros

There are just too many perks with Textedly and all of them come with such convenience and utmost ease. you can keep in touch with clients, send automated replies almost readily. You can even send out bulk text messages to a group of clients and save up on a whole lot of time in the process.

Cons

I have no complaints with Textedly. it is exactly what I needed!

Great value for money.
Pros

The system is easy to use. The team is responsive to our suggestions. The company focuses on their customers. They keep on improving and they do listen to our suggestions carefully. You know that when you get a reply from the CEO. It is also a great value for the money.

Cons

It does not have the functionality/feature to replicate a campaign, but I did hear that this upgrade would be coming soon!

Easy to use.
Pros

This tool helps me send out mass text messages for meeting reminders and any other information. The fact that incoming text messages are free makes communication a lot better. The calendar helps in scheduling messages for a future date so that if I ever forget I know everything is still under control. It is a really great tool.

Amazing Software for text messages.
Pros

For a long time, I’ve been looking for an application or tool that was cost-effective, easy to use, and is able to connect me with my clients. Finally, found it! This tool is really great. I have already recommended this tool to many people and will continue to. I really love this software. It has made things a lot easier for me.

Cons

They need to add the tutorial videos on their website, that way it would be easier for us to find.

Pros

It is an amazing tool. It seems helpful. I am still new to this so it will take time to figure it out. With this tool, smaller organizations can now easily send out text messages for marketing purposes. Marketing has become more efficient and easier due to this tool. I always had the idea that only bigger organizations did text marketing but now we can do it as well, which is awesome.

Cons

There isn’t anything that I hate about it. Its just that my team is still trying to figure out how this tool works.

Pros

This tool is a great way to connect and communicate with your customers, which would eventually help you grow your business. The emails that we used to send out didn’t give much of a response, so we decided to send out messages on their phone. The response we got was amazing and almost twice as customers came in.

Great tool for marketing.
Pros

I use this tool mainly for marketing, and it is so easy for me to just announce specials, new products etc. The ease of use is exclusive and amazing. I can easily type my message and hit send. It goes out to all my customers by just one click. It also has the option to schedule the message to send out later. Great tool indeed.

Cons

Currently, I don’t have any problems with the system to mention.

Great Product!
Pros

This product is great for small businesses to communicate with their clients. The interface is well designed. It looks well and organized. It is easy to manage your contacts and arrange them accordingly. Group messaging is a lot better than sending ordinary individual messages. I really like this product.

Cons

It would be nice if they had a way to save pre-set messages for group messaging. Other than this I have no other complaints.

Easy to use.
Pros

This tool is easy to use, and I really like it for that. Everything is right in front of your eyes, one just needs to pay attention, that’s all. When you’re sending out a message and the screen displays message sent, that feels really good. Hats off to the team for creating something so amazing and great!

Customer Service is Terrific!
Pros

This system is so easy to use. Importing a database from another program is quite easy to do on your own. It is a great software and as I said above the customer service is terrific. I have never had any company reach out to me before and that also because they wanted to make sure if I was comfortable with the software or not!

Cons

Currently, they do not have it available for smartphones. They should make a mobile app.
