wont connect some days. you have to reset the device to make it work.

the system takes a little getting used to. It would be nice if they offered in-built templates to add photos apart from the slideshow.

The software has some innovative qualities which put it ahead of all other digital signage software on the market. On top of being complex and efficient, it is easy to use.

We havent encountered many issues with trudigital so far. I hope they add more features in the upcoming updates to stay ahead in the game.

The tutorial videos are very helpful to learn the functionality of this system, Their staff is amazing and always very courteous and helpful.

Cons

Sometimes some items keep appearing on the playlist even after youve removed them multiple times. Can be very frustrating to get rid of them.

Good software if you have the right guidance from the start regarding its use. Their customer service has been a huge and consistent help from the start.

There is a lot going on in one window which can be overwhelming. limited number of offered slides, creating your own can be a headache if you no prior experience.

You have reset the system every week or so and have to constantly monitor the status of these players on a daily basis as they tend to drop off the network. sometimes it reboots automatically which creates problems for us

It is entirely web-based which makes it so easy for us to use it anywhere at any time from the convenience of a browser, the solution is very easy to learn to use. Templates are easily uploaded

Twitter templates were a little glitchy after uploading. however, the support staff helped us solve that issue soon enough.

Pros

Works well to some extentThe online portal is often really slow when trying to update slides. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get a slide up and displayed (if you are uploading a powerpoint). There are not a lot of design options and most of the templates are pretty useless to us.

Cons

Cumbersome online portal. updating playlists can be a trying task. it takes an hour to upload 3-4 slides. Poor design options. all in all, very frustrating

Absolutely amazing to use, everything is quite straightforward, We use it in our Tour Center and Model Homes to promote lot releases, incentives and lifestyle community events.
