Right away, the biggest thing I want to say is how user friendly it is. A lot of companies seem to forget that their business depends on customers and they end up creating products that are unnecessarily complicated. That is not the case here. The customer service is excellent and the actual website building process is simple and easy.

Cons

There were not many issues for me but if I had to mention one, it would be the way the platform is marketed. I really had not heard much about the software so when someone suggested I try it, I was a little unsure at first. It might help if the company put more effort into its marketing.

Pros

The tool comes with a wide range of styles, services and integrations and it delivers them in a way that feels simpler and more effective than a lot of competing platforms. One of my favorite parts is how much control I have over my website's design since I can adjust the page pretty much however I want. Features like bookings event management and detailed layout options really help make the final result stand out and you do not need to know coding to get there. It feels accessible and user friendly in an area that can otherwise feel pretty overwhelming.

Cons

My biggest frustration with the software is that it is not very flexible when it comes to resizing websites. Since people view webpages on all kinds of screen sizes, it would be really helpful to manage page and text breakpoints directly inside the software instead of having to move over to EditorX. That editor is also part of the software but it costs more.

Pros

Coming from a fashion design background, building a company website was completely outside my usual skill set. I'd never created a site before but the software made the whole process simple to understand and helped me get everything up and running in a short amount of time.

Cons

Its so annoying when I switch to a different template and it changes the formatting which means I have to redo parts of the work from scratch. That part definitely isn't ideal.

Building an online platform with this has been really helpful. It offers monthly plans and there are often discounts available on them which adds a lot of value. It's a wonderful platform overall and definitely worth trying.

Keeping everything updated is also simple which makes ongoing website management much more convenient.

A thing that could be better is the mobile responsiveness since it can look slightly off at times. I also wish it allowed multiple owners to be assigned to the same site.

One thing that really stands out is how simple it is to integrate optional or add-on apps. The interface is also very easy especially for people who know very little about website design. I'd even say someone with only basic computer skills could use the software without much trouble.

My only real complaint is that I'd love to see a few more templates and a wider variety of design options. If you already have some design ability, you can start with a template and tweak it enough that it ends up looking completely different. But for people who don't plan to customize much, having more ready-made templates would be a big help. Aside from that, I really don't have any other issues with it.

Launching a site is very easy and the templates look really nice while still being simple to customize. You don't need any professional design background to create something that looks good with it.

Cons

The downside is that your creative freedom can feel a bit restricted since you're mostly working with drag and drop edits on existing templates. SEO can also be difficult to manage in the software and even the basic plan still displays the software ads.

Putting a website together with this tool is very easy especially when you're building one from scratch.

Building a website for the first time felt pretty easy with the software and I was able to get everything live without much trouble. Updating and making changes afterward is simple too.

This CMS is clearly aimed at people who don't want to deal with code so if you want to customize pages by editing the HTML, CSS or JavaScript, it becomes very limiting. Switching from one template to another can also be a real headache because you can lose the whole layout and sometimes the only option is to rebuild the page from scratch.

Putting a polished site together doesn't require any graphic design background because the software handles a lot of that for you. There are also plenty of themes and color options to choose from which gives you a lot to work with.

One frustrating part is having to enter every column one by one. That takes a lot of time especially when you're listing products on your site. It would be much more helpful if there were a way to sort columns by price range or niche.

One thing that really stood out to me about the software was the wide range of e-commerce features it includes. The drag and drop builder is simple enough for someone new to website creation and customizing a template is very easy so you can make your site look exactly how you want. Even without much experience, a beginner can comfortably use this platform.

The part I liked least was the pricing especially since they bill annually. There is a free plan available though and considering how many features are included, it still offers very good value.

At 26 AUD for an e-commerce store, the pricing feels like a really strong deal. My website runs very fast and customer support gets back to me quickly whenever I need help. Also signing up also came with a $75 ads voucher which was a nice bonus.
