“Excellent!”
Pros
It offers plenty of attractive templates to pick from and the platform is very user friendly. The editing tools are excellent and make building a site feel easy.
Cons
The template selection could still be expanded and switching from one template to another isn't very convenient for users.

“generic themes and limited customization”
Pros
Honestly there wasn't really anything about this product that stood out to me in a positive way.
Cons
The themes feel very generic and the page builder along with the customization options is extremely limited.

“Has a lot of positives”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate here. It's incredibly simple to use and nearly every template and feature can be customized to fit exactly what you need.
Cons
For certain specific requirements, you still need to rely on third-party apps.

“I enjoy using it”
Pros
There's a really impressive selection of templates and that's one of the biggest reasons I enjoy using it. Whether the site is for ecommerce, a portfolio or something else, the variety covers pretty much everything someone could need. Another huge plus is how effortlessly it connects to a custom domain which has honestly been one of the best parts of the platform.
Cons
The pricing could definitely be a bit lower but other than that I haven't really noticed anything that feels like a real downside. The interface is also very easy and simple to understand.

“My choice”
Pros
Being someone who runs a small business, getting everything set up was fast and easy. One feature I really appreciated was being able to schedule blog posts which was perfect for those times when I was in the zone and writing a lot of content at once. I could also build password protected pages which worked really well for my paying students.
Cons
I've got bigger plans for my the software site going forward so eventually I'll need to upgrade to the Business Package to get unlimited data. Thankfully, I still have a bit of time before I need to make that move.

“impressive built in features”
Pros
Built- n features are solid and adding new functions is pretty easy.
Cons
The loading time is frustrating and the interface doesn't feel as polished or professional compared with other platforms. Pages made with WordPress look much more appealing to me, based on the many sites I follow that were built on it.

“Configurable according to your needs”
Pros
There's a lot built into it from a simple drag and drop setup to more advanced coding options so it works well whether you want something basic or more customized.

Editor X still runs into bugs now and then although it has improved a lot compared with its earlier versions.

It brings together website building and ecommerce management in a single service that's easy to use.

“Makes website edits simple”
Pros
Even without much knowledge of web design or how to tweak things after a page is built, the software has been fairly simple to use and has helped me learn how to make changes to my website on my own.
Cons
At times some parts can still feel a little confusing although that may have more to do with me being a beginner than with the software itself.

“user friendly tools for teams”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how simple it is to use and how quickly employees can be trained to handle specific features.
Cons
A few times some changes were rolled back and didn't save correctly and I made sure it wasn't caused by the browser. I reported it and it was fixed that same day.

Pros
It doesn't take much money to get started and you can keep adding to it afterward as your needs grow.

I just wish live support or chat was available to help work through issues instead of having to hire someone or at least have a small tutorial.

“Limited free plan”
Pros
I expected this website builder to be pretty easy to use and to handle content updates without needing a lot of technical knowledge.
Cons
That said the free version felt far too restricted and I ended up quitting the software because of it. WordPress offers a lot more functions.

“personalize your site!”
Pros
Having a free plan makes this tool much more approachable especially for people just getting a small business off the ground. There's also a solid range of ready made templates to pick from which helps speed things up. From there you can personalize the site with your own messaging, font colors, images and other details to match your brand.
Cons
One part I really struggled with was setting up the eCommerce feature. It felt much more complicated than it should have been and because of that my client ended up only offering online scheduling which created the possibility of people booking appointments without paying a deposit first.

“Design freedom”
Pros
The standout benefit is how much control the software gives over the site's look and feel especially when adjusting desktop and mobile responsive layouts separately. The layout tools are practical and offer enough customization to build pages that actually feel unique instead of looking like every other template.
Cons
At times, the editor can be a little slow when pages are loading in editing mode.

Pros
Getting started with the software feels very easy even if you are not a technical person and that is the biggest reason I enjoy using it. As a CMS, it gives me a complete solution for running an eCommerce store which makes it really useful.

“custom branding”
Pros
Our team has been using Canva lately for infographic work and it's been a really solid option for getting content started quickly. The templates give us a strong starting point and I really appreciate being able to adjust the colors and images so everything matches our brand.
Cons
Filtering through images and elements can be frustrating. At times, the filters don't seem to work properly especially when trying to sort by free or static images.

“versatile design tools”
Pros
Coming from a BFA graphic design background and working in marketing consulting, I used to depend on WordPress tech specialists to build websites for my clients. That setup was frustrating because the design limitations felt restrictive and the overall look was often dull. With the software, that changed. The modern templates are highly customizable and I can quickly add and arrange text blocks, strips, gallery layouts, videos, forms and more with drag and drop tools. There are also plenty of apps available, along with SEO and Google visibility tools which adds a lot of value. I no longer need to pay a third party for the website-building portion and even editing the mobile version feels accessible. On top of that, it comes with CRM features, email and content marketing templates, analytics and more so it feels like a real win-win platform.
Cons
The one thing I really wish it had is text wrapping around images. I was told that adding that feature would interfere with the automatic mobile conversion which is understandable. I'd also love to have a shared media library available across all of my websites since right now each site has its own separate one. I know Square Space offers that but it still doesn't include many of the other features in the software that I rely on.

“affordable platform”
Pros
Running a small startup on a tight budget, the software has been a great fit. The platform is affordable and gives you a really strong website builder that's simple to work with, update and customize. One thing I really appreciate is being able to adjust both the desktop and mobile versions separately which helps make sure the site works properly and looks polished on any device. I honestly couldn't be happier with the software.
Cons
Can't think of anything I dislike or any problems I've run into while using this. It feels very well built thoughtfully designed and easy to use especially for the price.
