Using the platform is fairly easy and it's definitely simpler than some other website builders I've tried. They also run frequent promotions which can knock 50% off their premium plans and make the initial cost more appealing.

Cons

That simplicity comes with trade-offs though. A number of features are missing and while you can get some of them through other apps, that usually means paying extra. The biggest disappointment for me was the website speed since my site ran noticeably slower than on other platforms I've used. It's also frustrating that moving to a different platform isn't simple because switching basically means rebuilding everything from the ground up. On top of that, the regular pricing doesn't feel very competitive unless you catch one of their 50% sales and it seems like that discount only applies to the first purchase rather than renewals.

Pretty easy to get a site up and running! The ready-made templates make it possible to launch quickly without needing much technical knowledge or outside help. Once you spend a little time learning how the interface works, the admin tools are quite capable.

Free plan does not let you use your own domain and changing the template is a problem because once you've already gone through the process, you basically have to rebuild the website from scratch. Site loading speed can also be slow and you need to pay extra if you want to add code from different platforms.

This is probably just a minor complaint but it does bother me a little that you can't transfer content from one template to another. I get that it's a website builder and not something like Microsoft PowerPoint, still, it would be nice to preview how the same content looks across a few different backgrounds or layouts.

The ready-made templates help speed things up especially if you don't already have a clear design in mind. the software also includes more advanced features along with solid instructions for anyone who wants to customize their site further. You can add multiple pages and use functions for forms, payments and communication. I've been able to set up online forms for people to complete, pull the data whenever needed and upload photos without issues.

Initial setup can take quite a bit of time especially when adding a lot of text and needing to adjust font styles and sizes.

Building content for the company with the software has been very practical and easy and it has really helped us improve what we publish online. The platform is convenient to use when creating content and the online store features are excellent. It also offers good options for setting up reservations and putting together an attractive product portfolio. All of that has helped us grow our online presence and keep our activity looking more professional. Another big advantage is being able to create new features without needing to code and the HTML5 technology is outstanding for creating and structuring content.

One thing I really don't care for is that you have to keep their branding attached in your email presentations. Having the software included in your email name feels unnecessary and I don't think that should be required at all.
