One thing that really works in the software's favor is how much it offers compared to other website builders. The sites load quickly, there's a huge variety of layout and design options and the App Market makes it simple to add more features as your site grows. It also makes promoting my own websites, as well as client sites, pretty without any trouble.

Cons

If you're thinking about long-term scalability, you may end up paying extra to install certain third-party apps.

Using the software was a fairly positive experience overall. It gives you plenty of customization options and feels quite user friendly to work with.

That said I do think there are other alternatives out there that are fairly similar and just a bit better overall.

There's a really impressive selection of templates and that's one of the biggest reasons I enjoy using it. Whether the site is for ecommerce, a portfolio or something else, the variety covers pretty much everything someone could need. Another huge plus is how effortlessly it connects to a custom domain which has honestly been one of the best parts of the platform.

The pricing could definitely be a bit lower but other than that I haven't really noticed anything that feels like a real downside. The interface is also very easy and simple to understand.

Being someone who runs a small business, getting everything set up was fast and easy. One feature I really appreciated was being able to schedule blog posts which was perfect for those times when I was in the zone and writing a lot of content at once. I could also build password protected pages which worked really well for my paying students.

I've got bigger plans for my the software site going forward so eventually I'll need to upgrade to the Business Package to get unlimited data. Thankfully, I still have a bit of time before I need to make that move.

The loading time is frustrating and the interface doesn't feel as polished or professional compared with other platforms. Pages made with WordPress look much more appealing to me, based on the many sites I follow that were built on it.

There's also a solid range of ready made templates to pick from which helps speed things up. From there you can personalize the site with your own messaging, font colors, images and other details to match your brand.

One part I really struggled with was setting up the eCommerce feature. It felt much more complicated than it should have been and because of that my client ended up only offering online scheduling which created the possibility of people booking appointments without paying a deposit first.

The standout benefit is how much control the software gives over the site's look and feel especially when adjusting desktop and mobile responsive layouts separately. The layout tools are practical and offer enough customization to build pages that actually feel unique instead of looking like every other template.
