“fast professional website setup”
Pros
Building a professional looking website with the software is really easy and I especially love how quickly I can get everything up and running.
Cons
The pricing is a significant factor for a small business like mine. Still I do appreciate being able to customize the modules and enable them whenever I need to.

“lasting results”
Pros
Every time I reached out to their team with an issue there was always someone available to help which made a big difference. I also really appreciated the team that worked on building my website. The final site stands as lasting proof of what can happen when people come together and work as one strong coordinated team.
Cons
At the beginning the hardest part was adjusting to the team and building that connection. It took a little while for us to develop chemistry and understand how to work well together but once we did the whole experience became incredibly meaningful for me both personally and professionally.

“fresh updates”
Pros
Was very easy to start off with which is probably the part I appreciate most. As someone who was new to building websites I didn't have to deal with confusing steps or overly complicated tools. It feels beginner friendly while still being capable and it keeps adding new features regularly including newer AI options that help keep your site modern and up to date.
Cons
I don't like the branded header that comes with the free plan. Aside from that it's been a very solid product.

“solid value”
Pros
The pricing feels worth it and the customer support was especially impressive. The representative really took the time to work through the issue and helped bring it to a resolution.
Cons
The only limitation was that they couldn't assist with the third party involved in setting up my account though that wasn't really a fault on the softwares side.

“strong boost for online presence”
Pros
A really solid option for small businesses that want to build and grow their digital brand especially through the website builder and related tools.
Cons
price increases can be tough for smaller businesses to absorb especially when they only need basic features and have to question whether it's still worth keeping.

“my experience”
Pros
Customer support has been helpful overall and the platform makes website management feel very approachable even for non technical users. Building pages is easy since you can just drag and drop elements or upload what you need without much trouble.
Cons
One frustrating part was trying to find a direct support email. I also didn't like that the chatbot brushed me off and wouldn't let me connect with a real person first. The AI bot ended up shutting down the chat which was disappointing.

“no skills required”
Pros
It feels very approachable as a website builder and it can take you from having nothing at all to launching a fully developed website or even a complete ecommerce presence online.
Cons
It really shines with its beginner friendly interface and workflow but it can feel somewhat limiting for more advanced users. Even so there are still ways for experienced users to make the software work for what they need.

“impressive customer service”
Pros
Whenever we needed help the customer support team was excellent. We were connected with a real person who kept digging for an answer and didn't give up even when it seemed like we had run out of options.
Cons
The AI assistant didn't perform as well as expected and kept leading us in circles before finally handing us off to an actual expert.

“Many useful features”
Pros
I built my own website with the software and it was very easy to use even without any coding knowledge. It comes with plenty of features and the pricing feels affordable for beginners. It has been really useful for my business and uploading videos and images is quick and trouble free.
Cons
When I tried to adjust the site for the mobile version I ran into a problem that I needed help for from their customer services team. However the only option available was chatting with an AI bot.

“Love it!”
Pros
Building a site with the software feels very approachable thanks to the drag and drop editor so even beginners can put something together quickly. The platform also gives a lot of design freedom which makes it possible to fine tune pages without touching code. Another big plus is the huge selection of 900+ templates along with built in business features for things like bookings and e commerce. The App Market is also really useful when you want to add extra functions. Other than that the AI website builder helps new users get online faster and the free plan is a nice way to test everything out before paying for an upgrade.
Cons
A limitation with this software is that after a site is published switching to a different template usually means rebuilding the site from scratch. The editor can also feel a bit overwhelming at times because having so much design freedom can make layouts look messy if you're not careful. Performance is another concern since the sites can load more slowly than ones built on more structured platforms. Costs can also rise faster than expected once you start adding apps or advanced features. And if you ever want to move your site elsewhere migration is difficult because export options are fairly limited which can leave you tied to the platform.

“easy to use”
Pros
Customer support was outstanding. After I got comfortable with the interface and overall design, building my site became very easy. There are tons of integrations and customization options and instead of feeling boxed in by the ready made tools I actually felt like they gave me more freedom.
Cons
At first getting used to everything was a little confusing. It seemed like some of the features I wanted were missing or unavailable but that cleared up once I explored the platform more. It also doesn't seem to work very well with one of the browsers I use.

“so simple!”
Pros
this software feels really approachable even if you have zero technical background. The drag and drop editor is very easy, the templates have a polished, modern look and you can tweak almost every part of the site without worrying about messing something up. It works especially well for beginners, small businesses or anyone who wants a professional looking website without spending forever learning code.
Cons
Once you start exploring everything the software offers, it can become a bit overwhelming and the editor occasionally feels slow or slightly frustrating. A few of the more advanced features are only available on paid plans and changing templates after your site is already built is harder than it should be. There's a lot of flexibility but that can also make the platform confusing when you're not completely sure what you're doing.

“Love working with them”
Pros
Their team clearly knew what they were doing and understood the problem I was dealing with right away. When they asked whether I needed help with anything else the answer was definitely yes because I still had several other issues to go over. They stayed incredibly patient through all of it. I would absolutely ask for their help again!
Cons
The extra charges for each add on product build up fast. That is probably my least favorite part of it. They really should lower the pricing.

“user friendly”
Pros
There are so many options available and the platform stays very user friendly even without any web design experience. I can customize my site the way I want, add blogs, photos and business tools in one place and still not feel overwhelmed while using it.
Cons
The issue is the pricing which feels a little high and seems to increase over time especially after adding premium features and apps. A few tools that feel pretty essential for a growing business like email features seem like they should already be part of the base plan.

“For the win!”
Pros
It cuts down a lot of time and frustration and I can customize pages the way I want without needing to know any code. The portal is also convenient for uploading photos and documents which makes managing site content much simpler. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to restore an earlier version of the website if my changes do not turn out the way I expected.
Cons
A drawback is that the portal used for uploading documents and photos can fill up over time and when that happens the editing process tends to slow down.

“Handy tools”
Pros
Its such an approachable software that building a wesbite feels simple thanks to its drag and drop editor (putting together a professional looking site doesn't require any coding). The templates look modern and give plenty of room for customization and the broad selection of built-in apps and features makes both the initial setup and daily site management much simpler.
Cons
More advanced customization can be somewhat restricted unless you use Velo or move up to a higher-tier plan. The editor also has moments where it feels a bit slow or crowded and after picking a template, you can't change to a different one without rebuilding the site from scratch.

“Best service!”
Pros
Whenever I run into a problem with this software the support team has been able to sort it out and that too (usually) within a single chat. They're patient, helpful and never make me feel silly for asking questions.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a bit hard to reach the point where I can chat with an actual person although the chatbot does sometimes provide the information I need.

“really stands out”
Pros
Really stands out for delivering a complete, substantial out of the box website building experience. Also the customer support feels responsive and in tune and the knowledge base is packed with useful, resourceful information when you need help.
Cons
I still can't get past how bad the old editor was. It honestly kept me away from the software until Editor X showed up and at this point it really just needs to be retired.

“problems sorted quickly”
Pros
After dealing with a site connection problem for more than a month this one rep from the support team stepped in and sorted it out quickly. I had reached out to support before and went through several unsuccessful attempts to reconnect the site but this time the issue was actually resolved.
Cons
The frustrating part was how many AI customer service chats it took along with promises to escalate the issue that never happened before it was finally taken care of.

Pros
They're definitely worth it! Customer service has been really good with support available 24 hours a day every day. The service technicians are also very patient and take the time to help.
Cons
Pricing feels a little on the high side and I think it could be lowered a bit. Other than that the setup process also takes quite a while.
