“frustrating dashboard and paywalled testing”
Pros
Ready made templates and the demo setup are fairly easy so it's possible to get started quickly and learn the platform without much delay.
Cons
Interface feels frustrating and there are just too many options on each dashboard page which makes navigation confusing. Also even turning on a basic cash on delivery gateway requires a subscription so you can't properly test it unless you upgrade.

“Nice AI touch”
Pros
Building with this software feels very easy and the AI help from Aria is a really nice addition. When I ran into a problem the support team helped pinpoint what was wrong and escalated it to the right person so it could be resolved.
Cons
I lost two days trying to troubleshoot something on my own that turned out to be a bug in the platform. It also took some effort to get through to a real support person but once I finally did they were very helpful and handled it well.

“modern templates”
Pros
To build a polished, professional website with the software is very simple even without advanced technical knowledge. The drag and drop editor keeps the design process flexible and easy and the template selection offers plenty of modern and clean looking options. It's also really convenient having everything in one place including hosting, domains, marketing features and analytics so managing the site takes less effort. Overall it makes it very practical to create and maintain a solid online presence without dealing with a complicated setup.
Cons
Something that can be frustrating with it is that after you build your site on a certain template, changing to a completely different design can be difficult without rebuilding sections of the website. Some of the more advanced customization features may also feel somewhat limited when compared with a fully custom coded site. And as your business expands you may need to upgrade for access to certain features which can raise the total cost over time.

“Positive review”
Pros
It's refreshing to use a website platform that provides immediate customer support. Their rep was professional, listened carefully, asked the right questions and even responded with screenshots to confirm he understood the issue. He absolutely did!
Cons
I've never really been a fan of AI based communication. It couldn't resolve the issue and while I understand AI is where things are headed it can still get things wrong sometimes.

“best out there!”
Pros
Using the platform has been really satisfying especially the owner app and the built in analytics for tracking my customers. The app for creating high quality videos is one of the best parts and has been very useful for my business.
Cons
One issue I keep dealing with is that notifications are not stable on my account. Visitor alerts and reservation contact form notifications used to have different sounds but now they sound the same. That makes it difficult to tell them apart quickly and because of that I've missed customers. I hope they can fix this problem.

“simple setup”
Pros
Making a website was very easy. I come from a graphic design background but coding has always been a challenge for me so having templates to start from made the whole process really manageable. Adjusting everything to match my brand was just as simple and the control panel has been very helpful for monitoring metrics and seeing how the site is performing.
Cons
From a designer's perspective the templates can feel a bit too basic in terms of design. That's fine for my needs since I mainly use the site as a portfolio but I can see how some people might find the overall look a little plain. Also even though I'm not a web designer I do have enough design experience to create custom assets for my site and that probably won't be true for every user.

“No need to be tech-savy!”
Pros
Even without much tech experience it felt pretty easy to use! I was able to build my website on my own and customize it the way I wanted.
Cons
Something I don't like is how the mobile version seems to shift things around like buttons and text whenever changes are made in the desktop view.

“Has lots of options”
Pros
Very accessible and efficient to create a website using this software. Even without any technical background it's possible to create a professional looking site thanks to the accessible drag and drop editor. One of its biggest strengths is the wide selection of modern, customizable templates that work well for many kinds of projects whether it's a blog, a business showcase site or an online store. It also includes plenty of built in features such as SEO tools, hosting and marketing options like email campaigns and automations. Its app marketplace is another plus since it makes adding extra functions very simple depending on what you need. Flexibility is also a strong point because you can update and adjust your site at any time without touching code. On top of that the pricing is reasonable with several plans that can fit different budgets and customer support is available when needed. Overall it is a practical, complete and user friendly solution for creating a website quickly and effectively.
Cons
That said it does come with a few limitations that are worth knowing before choosing it. Compared with more advanced platforms like WordPress with custom coding, its flexibility is still more restricted. Once you pick a template switching to a completely different one later can be complicated and may require rebuilding part of the site. Performance can also be less optimized at times especially when the website includes a lot of elements or installed apps which may slow down page loading. SEO has improved a lot on the software but for more advanced optimization work, it still feels less powerful and less precise than some competing platforms. Another downside is that certain important features are only available on paid plans so the total cost can rise if you want a fully professional site. Finally the site remains tied to the company ecosystem which means moving it easily to another host is not really an option. In short it is simple and accessible but it starts to show its limits when the project becomes more complex or needs a lot of long-term scalability.

“practical builder”
Pros
Back when I used this more often it was usually for brochure style websites, landing pages and simple web projects that needed to be launched quickly. The part I appreciated most was how accessible the editor was along with the wide selection of templates and the ability to create a visually polished result without having to deal with too many technical details. For clients or projects with basic needs it's a practical and immediate solution. These days though I use it much less.
Cons
As time went on especially while working as a marketer and web designer I started noticing its limits more clearly in terms of flexibility, technical control and advanced customization. For more structured projects I prefer platforms that give me better control over performance, SEO, tracking and the overall site structure. Other than that when a project grows a lot the editor can become less organized and harder to manage. The pricing has also gone up quite a bit.

“Great option”
Pros
Out of all the website builders I've used this one still feels like the simplest option available. The added AI features have made the whole process even more easy than it used to be.
Cons
There are still a few limitations tied to paywalls although they're understandable. The extra paid features aren't really required but they can definitely be useful.

Pros
Building a site with the drag and drop editor feels very accessible especially without any coding or WordPress experience. It makes the whole design process much more approachable and easy.
Cons
Getting in touch with customer support can be harder than it should be. Once I finally reach a real person and get past the chatbots, my problems are usually resolved quickly but that first step can definitely be frustrating.

“Can do so much”
Pros
Building a professional looking website with this tool feels very easy. The drag and drop editor makes the whole process simple even if you have no coding background at all. You can design everything visually and set up the site the way you want which cuts down a lot on time and frustration.
Cons
One drawback is how limited the flexibility becomes after the site is already set up. Once you pick a template, moving to a completely different design is difficult without rebuilding much of the site which can be frustrating if you plan to rebrand or make major changes later.

“easy to work with”
Pros
I found it to be very beginner friendly and simple to work with. The drag and drop editor makes it possible to build a polished, professional looking website without needing any coding skills. Its templates look modern and attractive and the customization options give you a lot of freedom. It also includes strong e commerce and membership tools which are really helpful when your business starts to grow.
Cons
At times the site can feel a little slow especially when pages have a lot of heavy content. The cost can also add up quickly once you start adding more advanced features. Also after selecting a template moving over to a completely different one is not very convenient.

“for beginners!”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software feels very easy especially if you're new to building websites. You don't need any coding skills and the drag and drop editor makes the whole process feel simple and approachable. It also comes with plenty of templates so it's quick to pick a design and start building right away.
Cons
Occasaionally the software can feel a little restrictive if you're looking for more advanced customization options. Another downside is that once you've selected a template changing it later is difficult unless you rebuild the site from scratch. The pricing can also become expensive when you start adding extra features.

“What a tool!”
Pros
Has been an absolute win for me. As both a designer and an entrepreneur, visuals matter a lot to me but coding definitely isn't my strength. I've used this software for my portfolio as well as a few startup projects and the sites consistently come out looking polished and beautiful. The drag and drop editor lets me place things exactly where I want them which gives me complete creative control without having to touch code. The value is also excellent especially with a free plan that's genuinely useful when I want to test ideas before fully committing. Other than that the AI tools and marketing features handle a lot of the work for me. I especially love the galleries and AI assistants because they help everything look professional without adding stress. Even their customer support has been great! Always friendly, supportive and ready to help whenever I need something. For creatives who want a stylish, premium looking website without becoming programmers this feels like the best option available!
Cons
My only real complaint is that the editor can sometimes feel a bit slow or slightly buggy when I'm building a very detailed page, probably because it includes so many features. It hasn't been serious enough to stop me from using it but if the builder were a little faster and more responsive it would feel nearly perfect.
