On top of that, it comes with built-in SEO tools, mobile optimization and reasonably priced plans so it works well as a flexible and accessible option for creating websites.

Cons

Something to keep in mind with the software is that switching templates becomes quite limited once your site is already live. It can also have slower loading speeds compared with some other platforms and the advanced SEO controls are not as extensive as they could be. The free plan is helpful for getting started but it includes the software ads and restricted features which makes it less suitable for a more professional-looking website.

Getting a logo made in the right sizes for social media is really convenient with this platform and doesn't take much effort. It's also possible to put together a website or even an online store in about half an hour, then make changes later without needing help from a programmer or software developer.

One part that feels challenging is setting up payments for an online store. Integrating a payment system and being able to receive money is a bit complicated.

They stayed with me until everything was fully working, made sure the issue was actually resolved and even laughed at my joke which made the whole experience feel more personal.

Receiving help here was a really solid experience. The support rep was well informed, replied quickly and understood exactly what I needed. It honestly doesn't get much better than that. Even though everything was handled through typing, hearing his voice would have made it even better but this was still an excellent alternative.

Typing out questions and responses isn't my preference. I'd much rather speak with someone directly.

After using the software for years, I know the platform really well and feel comfortable navigating it. It's user friendly and there are plenty of search options to help you find what you need or figure out the steps for doing something. It also offers a ton of features and keeps up with the latest trends which makes it feel current and versatile.

Cons

My only real issue with the software is how long it can take to actually speak with a person. I understand they ask a lot of questions to narrow down the problem and help customers solve it on their own but sometimes you just need direct assistance from someone. When there's already an issue happening, being pushed through too many questions can add even more stress and anxiety which only makes the frustration worse.

Using the software, I was able to build a blog quite simply and the platform turned out to be very useful. I also used it to gather information about the latest security vulnerability news.

What I liked less about the software was the number of overly confusing settings. There were times when I wanted to change the font in the text and ran into difficulties and I also had some trouble with the website's responsiveness on certain mobile devices.
