Pros
Putting togethe pages in the software feels incredibly efficient. You're not limited to pre-made templates either since you can also design your own from scratch. Adding sections like text, images, videos and other elements is very practical and the drag and drop system works really well. The contact page tools are especially helpful too. I was able to set up a contact form without much trouble and that's usually a much more complicated job on WordPress or similar platforms if you're not a web developer. The main dashboard is another part I enjoy using. I adjusted my site for mobile phones and tablets in just a few clicks. On top of that, the software has a really strong media library so there's often no need to spend extra money on stock image websites. At this point, I run my own website on the software and also manage plenty of client accounts there. It saves a huge amount of time and I don't stress much about making revisions once a project is underway. Even with solid experience in WordPress, the software is still my first choice. If you're a complete beginner in website design, you can still put together a professional-looking site in around two hours which is impressive.
Cons
My issue with the software is less about the product team and more about how the pricing and support are handled. First, getting started is cheap because they often offer 50% or even bigger discounts for the first year but once that period ends, the renewal price jumps a lot and can feel like paying for nearly three websites. Second, the premium domain still doesn't come with an email account included. Instead, you have to pay very high fees for each separate email user. Since standard domain providers usually include email accounts, this feels unnecessarily expensive. For every client, I end up buying the domain service from another company and then connecting their email setup back to the software which becomes a tiring and frustrating process. The last downside is customer support. When I needed urgent assistance once, it took two days to get a reply. Even though the software lets you contact support in your own language, it seems like the support operation is based in the US so you have to work around time zone settings if you want phone help. That's a pretty big negative in my view.

Pros
Getting a basic website up and running is pretty easy with the software. There are plenty of templates to choose from which helps a lot when starting out. It works well for beginners especially if they already have some idea of what they're doing.
Cons
The downside was the cost which felt quite high for what I needed. I also wanted to use a plugin to build the site but that turned out to be difficult to figure out. I ended up depending on YouTube tutorials just to understand how to make it work. I could have hired an expert from the beginning but I wasn't planning to spend extra money on my website. In the end, I still had to pay someone to complete the job.

After more than ten years with the software, I can say it's been a reliable platform for building and managing websites. The editor is simple to figure out and design with and for anyone who doesn't want to build a site themselves, the software also offers services where a professional can create it for you. I've designed my own sites over the years and currently use both monthly and annual plans across my four websites. There's also a free plan available which is helpful for anyone just getting started.
Cons
One issues is the pricing especially because the yearly increases seem unavoidable. I remember when it was around $6.00 per month and now both the monthly and annual renewal costs can feel pretty expensive, with the annual plan hitting the hardest. There have been times when my yearly renewal came up and I just didn't have the budget for it so I had to switch back to the monthly option. Still, it's good that the software allows that flexibility until you're able to pay annually again. Also, the free plan displays the the software logo so that's something to keep in mind.

Creating pages with the software is incredibly fast and the best part is that keeping everything updated is just as quick. There are also plenty of plugins available including free ones and very affordable paid options and they really make a huge difference.
Cons

Right away, the wide selection of customizable templates made a big difference. For my press-on nail business, it helped me build a professional, visually appealing website without needing any advanced technical knowledge. The drag and drop editor also made updating content simple and let me display my products nicely.
Cons
A part of the software that could definitely be better is the level of customization in certain areas. The cart page was especially difficult to figure out and update for the specific content I needed and I ran into similar issues with the tracking page. That could end up affecting the overall experience for potential customers.

Even though I had never built a website before putting my store online with the software felt very easy! It made it simple to create the exact look I wanted organize products into different categories and add multiple pages without much trouble. I also appreciated their wide selection of upscale, attractive products to list. They were very clear about what was available and what was out of stock and it was pretty rare for items to be unavailable. When something did go out of stock, restocking it seemed to be a real priority. On top of that, customer support was easy to reach and very transparent throughout the process.
Cons
My only real complaint is that access to certain products required purchasing an annual plan rather than being available on the monthly plan.
