“Flexible layout for client handoff”

The layout is very user friendly for building websites and it makes it simple for our customers to step in and handle the design themselves once we've finished creating the site for them.

Cons

One small frustration was that certain image and video links were a little problematic to load onto the website especially when they were coming from Apple devices.

After using this for the past two years, I can say it made building a website possible for me even without any prior knowledge of how to create one. It helped me put together a site for my online projects without trouble and I'd definitely recommend it to beginners since it really guides you through the whole website creation process.

Whenever I run into something I can't figure out, the 24/7 support has been really useful. I can reach out anytime for help and the reps are always nice and pleasant to talk to.

I still haven't been able to connect my shipping software which ends up creating a lot of extra work on my side. On top of that, a lot of the third-party apps they offer don't feel all that reliable or impressive either.

One of the best things about the software is how many templates and example websites it gives you to work with so getting your site up and running feels much faster.

Cons

The part I don't like is that you're basically tied to using their hosting and domain services.

Launching our website with this solution made web design, eCommerce and payment processing feel very easy. Anytime something came up, I could usually reach a support person within an hour which made a big difference. It's reassuring to use a platform where I never feel on my own or left out of the loop.

Cons

I do wish the framework allowed a bit more room for creative flexibility. Even with that limitation, we're still extremely happy with the results we ended up with.

I really loved using it! It's very simple to work with, makes writing and managing a blog really convenient and even without subscribing, you can already build your website or blog properly and start monetizing it.

Cons

The only downside is the pricing. If they could adjust that, it would easily be the best platform.

Real-time editing is one of its biggest strengths. It gives beginners who don't specialize in website creation the chance to build a site themselves from start to finish. No coding knowledge is needed to use this tool which makes it very approachable.

It is not an open-source platform which limits the possibilities quite a bit. On top of that, having a website requires paying a monthly fee which can become a significant expense compared with CMS options like WordPress, Joomla and others.

Building a polished website is possible for anyone here even without coding. The built-in templates give the site a professional appearance and it also includes a free domain, SEO tools and email marketing features.

I have nothing to complain about. It's a free website builder packed with awesome features.

Getting started as a beginner has been a really positive experience. The platform is simple to figure out, reasonably priced and comes with a lot of useful features. It also feels like you can get much more out of your website and make better use of its full toolset once you upgrade to a premium plan.

Overall it is a very solid platform and includes many of the features you'd expect from most AI-powered website tools. That said a lot of clients are looking for something more distinctive than what many website builders typically offer so it would be better if the developers refined it to deliver a more unique feel while still keeping the premium options affordable.

Pros

Something that has made a real difference for me is being able to track user activity, use the multichannel option to chat with several clients at once and work with customizable templates. Those features make day-to-day tasks much more manageable and there are plenty of tools available to adjust and change different parts of the site as needed.

Cons

The area where it falls short for me is customer support. There really is not enough help available especially if you are unsure what you are doing or need guidance when creating a template. That support side feels quite limited in this software.

One of the best parts of using this software is that the website can keep growing over time instead of feeling locked in from the start. It comes with a huge range of features and apps and they keep adding more so it works well for just about any type of website. Whether you need an online store, forms or tools to collect visitor data, this has plenty of options built in.

Cons

My only real issue is not with the platform itself but with customer support. I don't have to reach out often but when I do, I usually end up talking to someone who doesn't fully understand the problem or isn't sure how to resolve it. The language barrier has definitely been a downside.

It is probably the most accessible and user friendly platform for building a website including a fully transactional e-commerce site. Customer support is available in French, the team is always incredibly pleasant to deal with and they consistently suggest ways to improve our site. I absolutely love it!

I can't integrate ConvertKit with this software.

Putting a website together on this tool is very easy. Uploading the information you need is simple and the design tools let you build something original that looks much more eye-catching.

Cons

there's very little to complain about. At most, purchase security could feel slightly vulnerable but it's a very minor issue and something that could happen on any platform.

The app store gives it a lot of flexibility and the drag and drop website builder makes creating a site feel very hands-on. The Hotel App is especially useful and the booking management features help keep reservations organized without much trouble.

Cons

One downside is that it really performs better on a more powerful computer. On lower-spec systems, the drag and drop builder can take a while to respond which slows the whole process down.

Building and designing a website with this software is very easy. There are plenty of templates available and the quality of those templates is excellent. Managing the site is also quite simple once you understand the basic concepts of how everything works.

Cons

It would be nice if there were an option to show or hide some of the more advanced features. They're definitely valuable and useful but they can feel a bit confusing for someone who's completely new to the platform.
