“effective store tools”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels incredibly accessible to use. The editor is easy, there are plenty of tools available and the wide range of templates fits specific industries and all kinds of website needs. Its mobile site-building features are especially strong and the online store capabilities are packed with useful options. I also appreciate the excellent uptime, responsive customer support and multiple payment choices including the option to sell digital downloads. Having a free plan available is another big plus.
Cons
The analytics from third-party apps tend to be better and one limitation is that you can't switch to a different template once your site is set up.

“happy with my experience”
Pros
Having direct access to top-notch tech support has been a real plus and I've been genuinely happy with that. it's the main reason I've stayed with this tool.
Cons
Without the customer service I don't think the platform would be nearly as appealing to people who aren't very tech-savvy.

“Simple to manage”
Pros
It is one of the best website builder platforms I've used. It's simple to work with, easy to manage and the standout feature for me is Velo code. I haven't seen many other companies offer that kind of functions.
Cons
One area they should work on is website speed. It would be much better if they improved and optimized site performance.

“accessible templates with branding freedom”
Pros
Having ready-made website templates was really helpful and I appreciated being able to personalize them with my own touch and my company's visual identity. The platform also felt fairly accessible to use.
Cons
A few features are unfortunately missing. There are workarounds and tips provided to achieve what you want but in some cases they still feel like added layers that make the platform heavier to use especially for things like carrier shipping options.

“excellent templates”
Pros
One of the things I appreciated most was the wide selection of website templates it offers. There are options for almost every type of business so it's quite simple to find a design that matches your company. On top of that, the templates are polished and professionally made which helps you build a solid-looking website without spending a lot of time or money. I also really valued the drag and drop interface because it makes creating content quick and accessible. That's especially helpful for businesses that don't have web development skills or simply don't have the time to learn coding.
Cons
Can feel a bit expensive for some businesses especially those that need advanced features or dedicated customer support. The website creation process can also be somewhat slow or tedious particularly when you want to customize your site in depth. That can be frustrating for companies that need to launch a website quickly. Some advanced features, like integrating social media accounts or building contact forms, can also be a little complicated to set up and may require some development knowledge. And while this is generally user friendly, it can still be a bit confusing for people who have never built a website before. That said there are plenty of tutorials and guides available to help you get up to speed quickly. Overall these are fairly minor issues and shouldn't have a major impact on the overall experience but they are still worth considering when deciding whether this tool is the right fit for your business.

“powerful website-building toolkit”
Pros
Building a professional-looking website with the tool is very approachable even without any coding knowledge. The drag and drop editor makes it simple to place and customize different elements which is especially useful for users who want more control over the look of their site without dealing with technical complexity. There's also a strong variety of templates and design choices so it's possible to create a site that feels polished and matches a brand or personal style. On top of that it includes helpful features for SEO social media integration and e-commerce which adds a lot of value for anyone trying to improve visibility, expand reach or sell online. All in all, it offers a well-rounded set of website creation and management tools that can work for many different needs.
Cons
Views on this software can really depend on the user since experiences tend to vary quite a bit. Personally, my experience was positive especially coming from a background in design and digital marketing though I can see how others might feel differently. One issue some people may have is pricing. Even though there are multiple plans available including a free version, the paid options can feel more expensive than some users are comfortable with. Another drawback is that, despite having plenty of templates and design features, the platform can still feel somewhat restrictive when it comes to deeper customization. Some users may end up feeling that the templates don't fully fit their specific needs or that the design flexibility isn't as open as they want.

“Strong features”
Pros
Pretty much covers everything you could want from a CMS. The templates are highly customizable, there are built-in marketing integrations, an app marketplace, different e-commerce options and connections solid analytics and the interface is really well done.
Cons
At times, the editor shows a message saying my MacBook (M1 Pro) is under heavy load. That's definitely frustrating especially while working in the editor.

“Worth every penny”
Pros
Really stood out how approachable the software is! It lets us build attractive, professional-looking websites without needing to learn any coding which made the whole process much more convenient. On top of that, it offers strong value for the price because there are so many features included. We started with the free version and were already impressed with what it could do but the Business Unlimited Plan ended up being surprisingly worthwhile especially with unlimited bandwidth and the e-commerce tools that let us set up our own online store.
Cons
Includes plenty of features and the free version is useful despite its limitations but access to certain tools depends on choosing the right plan. For instance, if you want to sell products through your website, those selling capabilities are only available with the e-commerce plans and the same kind of restriction applies to other advanced features as well.

“beautiful website with real wow factor”
Pros
Working on our site turned out better than we expected. A friend and I managed to create a truly beautiful website that now serves as the hub for our entire organization and I'm really excited to launch it. It has that instant "wow" factor when you see it. The whole process was very simple to follow and it saved me a lot of money since I didn't need to bring in a web developer. Anytime questions came up, the website had clear written guides that explained how to build, update and improve just about every part of the site.
Cons
The payment options took a bit of time to figure out and getting the best pricing isn't very flexible since you have to pay annually rather than month to month.

“Polished sites”
Pros
Putting together a polished website feels very easy thanks to the drag and drop builder. The editor itself is simple to understand although it can occasionally feel a bit slow when the browser struggles to keep up. I also appreciate that you can either build a theme completely from scratch or start from one of the existing designs if you do not want to create everything yourself. Like Squarespace and Weebly, there are industry-specific templates available but this makes that less important because its tools give you enough freedom to design the site the way you want instead of depending entirely on prebuilt layouts. The platform is user friendly overall and makes it possible to create a professional-looking website pretty quickly. On top of that, the blog editor is accessible and there are plenty of templates to choose from for different kinds of blogs.
Cons
Pricing is one of the bigger downsides especially if you need to manage more than one website. The App Market also is not as extensive as the WordPress Marketplace even though there are still enough apps available for most needs. Extra email accounts cost more than expected and you only get one free domain. While this is very popular as a website builder, the free plan is fairly limited since it only lets you build a basic site with a small selection of templates. If you want more than a single-page site or need access to premium features, you will have to upgrade.

“powerful website tools”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with this tool was incredibly easy. As a new business owner, it saved me thousands of pounds that I would have otherwise spent hiring a company. I also really appreciate that you can add things like e-courses, bookings and other features to your website under one price.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see is a plugin for FreeAgent and ideally other accounting software packages as well. At the moment, it supports QuickBooks but the accounting integrations could definitely be broader.

“drag and drop website freedom”
Pros
Building a site feels very hands-on in a good way. The templates make the whole process easy since you can just drop in your text and images without needing any coding or much technical know-how at all. It really is a matter of dragging, dropping and typing. Even the more advanced tools are laid out clearly so they are not hard to locate or understand. On top of that, the SEO features are well built out and the guidance around them is clear and simple to follow.
Cons
Pricing is where it becomes frustrating. The initial cost is pretty high and there is definitely some pressure to commit to an annual subscription if you want access to more features. There are also extra charges that are not obvious at first especially when it comes to customizing things like logos and similar design elements.

“affordable drag and drop website builder”
Pros
Compared with WordPress, building a site here feels much more easy. The drag and drop tools are simple to use and instead of dealing with coordinates to position elements, I can just move things around with the keys which makes the whole process much more convenient. On top of that, the starting price of 348 INR in India is really helpful when launching a new website.
Cons
The platform would be even better with a wider range of plugins and adding a learning management system would be a valuable update. Other than that, it has been excellent.

“professional site that converts”
Pros
Even without any coding background, I was able to put together a professional-looking website that actually converts. The blog post templates are great and really stand out. I also appreciate the way it guides you in getting your site SEO-ready. In just one month, my website brought in 6 clients and people are genuinely blown away when they see it.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is the pricing. It's definitely on the expensive side and that can be tough for people who are just getting started which is why some end up choosing Namecheap instead.
